APRESENTAÇÃO
PRESENTATION
O sistema bi-trem objetiva a descarga de carretas bi-trem
sem a necessidade de investimentos em aumento do
comprimento das rampas, realizando esta operação de forma
segura e rápida. O conjunto é constituído de dois
equipamentos, sendo um móvel, chamado de bica de
descarga, constituído de estrutura reforçada de aço carbono,
é adaptado á parte traseira da primeira carroceria que deve
ser separada da segunda carroceria, possibilitando a
passagem de produto sobre a quinta roda e diminuindo a
queda do produto até a esteira de recolhimento.
The objective of the system for unloading interlink trailers is
the unloading of the trailer without the necessity of
investments to increase the length of the unloading ramps,
and so making this a fast and safe form of operation. The
assembly is made up of two main parts, of which one is
retractable, called the discharge chute, manufactured in a high
strength stucture made from carbon steel. After uncoupling
the rear trailer, this is mounted to the rear of the front trailer
using the fifth wheel as its support, and also locking
mechanism, thus letting the product pass cleanly over the rear
axle assembly and into the collecting belt chute.

Com o objetivo de facilitar a colocação e a remoção da bica
de descarga, além de proporcionar maior segurança a esta
operação, o sistema completa-se com uma talha elétrica
montado em pórtico giratório, fora do perímetro de ação das
rampas. O sistema de descarga é padronizado e compatível
com os vários fabricantes de carretas (Randon, Guerra,
Facchini e outros), além disso visa utilizar o máximo da
logística existente em cada planta.
With the objective to facilitate mounting and dismounting of
the discharge chute, and also providing greater operational
safety, the complete system is supplied with an electric hoist
mounted on revolving arm, that is outside the perimeter of
action of the unloading ramps. The discharge system is
standardized and compatible with all manufacturers of trailers
(Randon, War, Facchini and others), and is aimed at
maximizing logistics at each plant.
