z dnia 5 marca 2004 r.
o zmianie postanowienia o nadaniu orderów i odznaczeƒ
Na podstawie art. 138 Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 2 kwietnia 1997 r. (Dz. U. Nr 78,
poz. 483) oraz ustawy z dnia 16 paêdziernika 1992 r.
o orderach i odznaczeniach (Dz. U. Nr 90, poz. 450,
z 1999 r. Nr 101, poz. 1177, z 2000 r. Nr 62, poz. 718 oraz
z 2002 r. Nr 74, poz. 676) postanawia si´, co nast´puje:
poz. 10 otrzymuje brzmienie:
§ 1. W postanowieniu Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej
Polskiej z dnia 7 paêdziernika 2003 r. o nadaniu orderów i odznaczeƒ (M. P. z 2004 r. Nr 6, poz. 106) wprowadza si´ nast´pujàce zmiany:
§ 2. Postanowienie wchodzi w ˝ycie z dniem og∏oszenia, z mocà od dnia 7 paêdziernika 2003 r.
„10. ks. Mukans Juris”,
poz. 12 otrzymuje brzmienie:

in the field of tourism and

As Partes comprometem-se a

coopera˜ão entre as Institui˜ões
responsáveis pela pesquisa no
domínio do Turismo.

Parties
will

favourable conditions for the
exchange of experts and scientists
specialising in the field of tourism,

1. Strony utworzà Komisj´ Mieszanà, której zadaniem b´dzie zapewnienie nale˝ytego wykonania
postanowieƒ niniejszej umowy
oraz rozwiàzywanie problemów,
które mogà powstaç w toku jej realizacji.
1. As Partes instituirão uma
Comissão Mista responsável pelo
cumprimento das disposi˜ões
estabelecidas no presente Acordo
e pela resolu˜ão de diverg˘ncias
que possam surgir no decurso da
sua execu˜ão.
1. The Parties will establish a
Mixed Commission responsible
for the proper execution of the
provisions of this Agreement and
seeking solution to any problems
that may arise in the course of its
execution.

miesi´cy od dnia wejÊcia umowy
w ˝ycie.
3. A primeira reunião da
Comissão Mista terá lugar seis
meses depois da entrada em vigor
do Acordo.
3. The Mixed Commission’s
first meeting will be held within six
months of the Agreement’s
coming into force.
4. Komisja Mieszana na swym
pierwszym posiedzeniu opracuje
regulamin, w którym okreÊli tryb
pracy.
4. A Comissão Mista redigirá,
na primeira reunião, um conjunto
de regulamentos que definirão os
procedimentos que orientarão as
suas actividades.
4. At the first meeting, the
Mixed Commission will draw up a
set of regulations which will define
the procedures governing its
activities.

Entry into Force
1. Umowa niniejsza podlega
przyj´ciu zgodnie z prawem Paƒstwa ka˝dej ze Stron, co zostanie
stwierdzone w drodze wymiany

1. O presente Acordo está
sujeito a aprova˜ão de acordo com
o direito interno das Partes, as
quais se informarão recíprocamente desse facto através de
comunica˜ão escrita.
1. The hereby Agreement is
subjected to approval in accordance with the national legislation
of both Parties. Each Party will
notify the other, by way of an
exchange notes, of the approval.

2. O Acordo entrará em vigor
30 dias após a data de recep˜ão da

2. The Agreement will come
into force after 30 days after the

Wa˝noÊç i wypowiedzenie
Vig˘ncia e Denúncia
Validity and Denouncing
1. Umowa niniejsza zawarta
jest na okres pi´ciu lat. Ulega ona
automatycznemu przed∏u˝eniu na
dalsze pi´cioletnie okresy, je˝eli
˝adna ze Stron nie wypowie jej
w drodze notyfikacji, najpóêniej na
szeÊç miesi´cy przed up∏ywem danego okresu wa˝noÊci.
1. O presente Acordo será
válido por um período de cinco
anos, considerando-se automaticamente renovado por sucessivos
períodos de cinco anos, salvo
denúncia de uma das Partes
comunicada ∫ outra com, pelo
menos, seis meses de anteced˘ncia relativamente ∫ data de
cessa˜ão da respectiva vig˘ncia.
1. The hereby Agreement is
concluded for a period of five
years. The duration of the Agreement will automatically be renewed for five-year periods, provided that neither of the Parties
terminates it, by way of notification, until six months prior to the
date of expiration of the Agreement, its intention to denounce.
2. Wypowiedzenie umowy nie
b´dzie mia∏o wp∏ywu na przedsi´wzi´cia podj´te i realizowane
zgodnie z umowà w czasie jej obowiàzywania, a˝ do czasu ich zakoƒczenia.
2. O fim do Acordo não
afectará os programas implementados ou em curso
acordados pelas Partes durante a
vig˘ncia do mesmo e até ∫ sua
conclusão.
2. The termination of the
Agreement will have no impact on
ventures
undertaken
and
implemented in accordance with
the Agreement, while it was in
force, until their completion.

Na podstawie art. 33 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o Narodowym Banku Polskim (Dz. U. Nr 140,
poz. 938, z póên. zm.1)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje:
