Rodrigo advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, domestic
and cross-border, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and
corporate reorganizations. His experience includes counseling publicly-held
corporations on Brazilian corporate law issues. He served as an international
associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and
is currently an Officer of the M&A Committee of the International Bar
Association (IBA).
