O
crescimento contínuo experimentado pela Cooperativa Agrária ao longo dos últimos anos enveredou para
o caminho da excelência, em 2013. Após atingir a casa dos R$ 2 bilhões em faturamento pelo segundo ano
consecutivo, a Agrária estabeleceu-se no patamar, que lhe trouxe significativos e inéditos reconhecimentos.
A nova identidade visual da Cooperativa representa sua flexibilidade, dinamismo e abertura ao mercado
– fatores diretamente ligados à busca constante pelo crescimento com excelência. Um novo momento da
Agrária, reconhecido por importantes prêmios, como o de “Produtividade da Década”, oferecido pelo Rally
da Safra, e o ranqueamento entre os melhores resultados das principais empresas brasileiras, conforme as
publicações nacionais Exame, Valor Econômico e Amanhã.
Com vistas à manutenção do nível alcançado, traçou-se um planejamento estratégico com metas que
englobam um horizonte de cinco anos. Estabeleceu-se a sigla SER (Sustentabilidade, Ebitda e Rentabilidade),
segundo a qual, de 2014 a 2018 espera-se atingir número zero em acidentes de trabalho com afastamento,
um Ebitda de R$ 350 milhões e rentabilidade 5% superior para o cooperado. A partir de 2014, o SER abrangerá
todas as diretrizes internas da Agrária.
A depender dos resultados conquistados pelos cooperados no campo, em 2013, as perspectivas são promissoras.
Recordes históricos de produtividades, tanto na safra de verão (médias de 11.800 kg/ha no milho e 3.900 kg/
ha na soja), quanto na de inverno (4.800 kg/ha de cevada e 4.000 kg/ha de trigo), colocam o último ano
agrícola no rol dos mais bem-sucedidos já vividos pelos agricultores.
O sucesso externo refletiu-se internamente, com certificações da ISO 22.000 - referentes à segurança de
alimentos e às boas práticas de fabricação - conquistadas pelas três Unidades de Cereais (Vitória, Guarapuava
e Pinhão), pela Ireks do Brasil e pela Agrária Óleo e Farelo, que também recebeu a certificação internacional
GMP+. Já a Gerência de Gente e Gestão foi certificada na ISO 9001 - primeira área de prestação de serviço
interno a conquistá-la.
O futuro dos negócios esteve em pauta durante todo o ano, com os debates em torno dos projetos de
sustentabilidade. As atividades de bovinocultura leiteira, suinocultura e projeto fundiário ganharam interessados
e poderão ser iniciadas, caso haja adesão dos cooperados.
A Agrária Grits e Flakes, com início das atividades previstas para o primeiro semestre de 2014, agregará ainda
mais valor ao milho, fechando todas as cadeias produtivas dos principais grãos produzidos pelos cooperados.
Ampliações, especialmente na Unidade Vitória, serão igualmente postas em marcha, em atendimento
às demandas internas. No mesmo sentido, as unidades de negócios fortaleceram parcerias com empresas
nacionais e internacionais.
Importantes eventos levaram novamente o nome da Agrária, bem como sua nova logomarca, a toda a região
e ao cenário nacional. O WinterShow atingiu recordes de público, participação de expositores e consolidou-se
como principal evento de cereais de inverno no Brasil. Na Alemanha e em Entre Rios comemorou-se os 25 anos
da assinatura do termo de adesão que tornou co-irmãs as cidades de Rastatt e Entre Rios/Guarapuava.
O ano de 2013 ficará marcado na história pela excelência dos resultados alcançados, seja na proximidade
com seu cooperado, fomentada por eventos estratégicos; seja pelos resultados conquistados no campo,
internamente e em cooperação com parceiros, clientes e fornecedores. Um 2013 representativo de uma
Agrária aberta ao mercado e às novas conquistas.

T
ie ständige Weiterentwicklung der Genossenschaft Agrária in den letzten Jahren führte zu einem ausgezeichneten Jahr 2013. Nach Erreichen
eines Umsatzes von rund 2 Milliarden Reais für das zweite Jahr in Folge,
festigte die Agrária ihren Stellenwert, der ihr bedeutende und beispiellose
Anerkennung einbrachte.
Das neue Selbstverständnis der Genossenschaft zeigt sich in ihrer Flexibilität,
Dynamik und Offenheit auf dem Markt - Faktoren, die unmittelbar im Zusammenhang mit der ständigen Suche nach Wachstum mit Spitzenleistungen
stehen. Eine neue Agrária-Epoche, die durch renommierte Auszeichnungen
Beachtung findet, wie beispielsweise die Ehrung „Produktivität des Jahrzehnts“,
überreicht von Rally da Safra und das Ranking unter den besten Ergebnissen
der großen brasilianischen Unternehmen, übereinstimmend festgelegt von den
nationalen Publikationen Exame, Valor Econômico und Amanhã.
Mit Blick auf die Beibehaltung des erreichten Niveaus, kam es zu einer strategischen Planung mit Zielen, die ein Zeitfenster von fünf Jahren umfassen und
man führte dazu die Abkürzung „SER“ (Nachhaltigkeit, Ebitda und Rentabilität)
ein. Ziele sind: Null Arbeitsunfälle mit Krankmeldung, ein Ebitda von R$ 350
Millionen und eine 5% höhere Rentabilität je Mitglied. Ab 2014 soll die Strategie
des SER alle internen Richtlinien der Agrária erfassen.
In Anbetracht der erreichten Ergebnisse der Mitglieder im Jahr 2013 auf dem
Feld, sind die Aussichten viel versprechend.
Historische Produktivitätsrekorde, sowohl bei der Sommerernte (Durchschnittswerte von 11.800 kg/ha bei Mais und fast 3.900 kg/ha bei Sojabohnen) wie
auch bei der Winterernte (4.800 kg/ha bei Gerste und 4.000 kg/ha bei Weizen),
hoben das letzte landwirtschaftliche Jahr auf die Liste der erfolgreichsten je von
Landwirten erlebten Jahre.
Der äußere Erfolg spiegelt sich auch intern, mit Zertifizierungen der ISO 22000
- in Bezug auf die Lebensmittelsicherheit und die guten Herstellungspraktiken –
mit den drei Getreide-Einheiten von (Vitória, Guarapuava und Pinhão), mit der
Ireks do Brasil und der Agrária Öl- und Kleie-Industrie, die auch die internationale Zertifizierung GMP+ erreichte. Auch die Personalabteilung erhielt bereits die
Zertifizierung ISO 9001 – als erster interner Dienstleistungsbereich.
Die Zukunft der Geschäfte stand während des ganzen Jahres auf der Tagesordnung, mit Debatten über die Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte zum Einkommen
der Mitglieder. Die Aktivitäten Milchviehwirtschaft, Schweinehaltung und das
Landprojekt gewannen Interessenten und können dann eingeleitet werden,
wenn die Mitglieder ihre Zustimmung geben.
Die Agrária-Industrie für Maisgrieß und Maisflocken, mit Betriebsbeginn für
das erste Halbjahr 2014, gibt dem Mais noch mehr Bedeutung, da sich mit
dieser Industrie die gesamte Produktionskette der Getreideproduktion der
Mitglieder schließt.
Erweiterungen, vor allem in der Einheit Vitória, werden ebenfalls eingeleitet, um
die interne Nachfrage zu stillen. Ebenso verstärken die Geschäftseinheiten ihre
Partnerschaften mit nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen.
Wichtige Ereignisse trugen einmal mehr den Namen Agrária wie auch ihr neues
Firmenlogo und fanden in der gesamten Region in der nationalen Szene Anklang. Die WinterShow erreichte Publikums - und Ausstellerrekord und festigte
ihren Ruf als wichtigste Wintergetreide-Messe in Brasilien.
In Deutschland und in Entre Rios feierte man den 25. Jahrestag der Unterzeichnung der Patenschaft, zwischen den Schwestern-Städten Rastatt und Entre
Rios / Guarapuava.
Das Jahr 2013 bleibt in der Geschichte gekennzeichnet durch die Qualität der
erreichten Ergebnisse, sei es durch die Nähe zum Mitglied mit strategischen
Veranstaltungen; sei es durch die erzielten Ergebnisse in der Landwirtschaft,
intern und in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Kunden und Lieferanten.
Ein wichtiges Jahr 2013 einer Agrária, offen für den Markt und für neue Herausforderungen.

he continuous growth experienced by Cooperativa Agrária in
recent years led the company onto the path of excellence in
2013. Having surpassed the level of R$ 2 billion in sales for the
second consecutive year, Agrária consolidated this level, earning
significant and unprecedented recognition.
The Cooperative’s new visual identity represents its flexibility,
dynamism and openness to the market – factors directly linked to the
constant quest for growth with excellence. A new phase for Agrária,
acknowledged by major awards, such as the Rally da Safra “Productivity
of the Decade” award, and the fact that the Cooperative ranked among
the major Brazilian companies with the best results, according to the
national publications Exame, Valor Econômico and Amanhã.
With a view to maintaining the level attained, a strategic plan was
drawn up, with goals that encompass a five-year horizon. The
acronym SER (Sustainability, Ebitda and Return) was established,
according to which, from 2014 to 2018, we expect to reach zero
accidents involving medical leave, an EBITDA of R$ 350 million, and
5% higher return for the cooperative member. From 2014 on, the SER
plan will cover all of Agrária’s internal guidelines.
Considering the results achieved by the cooperative members in the
field in 2013, the prospects are promising. All-time productivity records,
both in the Summer crop (average yields of 11,800 kg/ha of maize and
3,900 kg/ha of soybeans) and in the Winter crop (4,800 kg/ha of barley
and 4,000 kg/ha of wheat), place the past agricultural year on the list of
the most successful ever experienced by the farmers.
The external success was reflected internally, with ISO 22000
certifications – pertaining to food safety and good manufacturing
practices – won by the three Cereal Units (Vitória, Guarapuava
and Pinhão), by Ireks do Brasil, and by Agrária Oil and Meal, which
also received the GMP+ international certification. Meanwhile, the
Personnel and Management Department received the ISO 9001
certification – the first internal service area to win it.
The future of the business was debated throughout the year, with
discussions about the sustainability projects. Several members
expressed interest in the dairy cattle and hog raising business and
in the land acquisition project, and these activities may be started if
enough cooperative members take up the proposals.
Agrária Grits & Flakes, which is expected to start its activities in the
first half of 2014, will add even more value to our corn, completing all
the production chains related to the major grains produced by our
members. Expansions, especially in the Vitória Unit, will also be set in
motion, to meet internal requirements. Moving in the same forward
direction, the business units strengthened their partnerships with
national and international companies.
Important events again brought the name of Agrária, as well as
its new logo, to the whole region and to the national scene. The
WinterShow hit records in attendance and in participating exhibitors,
and consolidated its position as the main winter cereals event in
Brazil. In Germany and in Entre Rios, the 25th anniversary of signing
the declaration whereby Rastatt and Entre Rios/Guarapuava became
sister towns was celebrated.
The year 2013 will go down in history for the excellent results
achieved, both in terms of the Cooperative’s close relationship
with its members, fostered by strategic events, and because of the
results attained – in the field, internally, and in cooperation with
partner companies, customers and suppliers. 2013 was a year that
well represented Agrária’s posture, open to the market and ready
for new victories.

Nosso Ambiente
A ligação com o ambiente que nos cerca suscita
a preocupação da Agrária, tanto em relação ao
meio ambiente, à segurança e saúde ocupacional, quanto com a comunidade na qual está
inserida. Ações desenvolvidas pelo SESMT, a busca por novas certificações e a preocupação em
fomentar projetos culturais, sociais, educacionais,
bem como a própria matriz energética estão entre os destaques de 2013.

Der Umgang mit unserer Umwelt weckte
die Besorgnis der Agrária, sowohl in Bezug
zur Umwelt wie auch zur Gemeinde, in der
sie eingebunden ist. Aktionen der SESMT,
die Suche nach neuen Zertifizierungen
und das Anliegen, kulturelle, soziale und
erzieherische Projekte, wie auch die eigene
Energieversorgung zu fördern, gehörten zu
den wichtigsten Zielen des Jahres 2013.

Our Environment
The connection with the world that
surrounds us arouses Agrária’s concern,
both in relation to the environment itself
and the community in whose midst it works.
Among the highlights of 2013 are actions
carried out by the SESMT, the pursuit of new
certifications, and the concern to develop
cultural, social and educational projects, as
well as our own energy matrix.

fungierte bei der Förderung von Gesundheit
und Arbeitsplatzsicherheit. Dabei
umfassten Ausbildung, Überwachung von
Sitzungen der Cipas und Simulationen
des Notfallplanes einen Großteil der
Genossenschaft im Jahr 2013. Weitere
Aktivitäten waren das Seminar der
Feuerwehr und die Gesundheitswoche.
O Sesmt (Serviço Especializado em Engenharia de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho) atuou na promoção da
saúde e segurança ocupacional. Treinamentos, acompanhamento das reuniões das Cipas e simulados do Plano de Atendimento a Emergências envolveram grande
parte da Cooperativa em 2013. As atividades incluíram
também o Seminário da Brigada de Emergência e a Jornada da Saúde.

die Zertifizierungen der ISO 14001 und
OHSAS 18001 zu erlangen, die sich mit der
Verringerung der Umweltauswirkungen
und der Erhaltung der Gesundheit am

wurden Lehrhefte, die die integrierte
Managementpolitik beschrieben und
die beiden Standards betonten in allen
Einheiten der Genossenschaft ausgegeben.

duas normas foram entregues em todas as unidades da
Cooperativa.

The “Sesmt” (Specialized Safety Engineering
and Occupational Medicine Service) was
active in promoting occupational health and
safety. Training sessions, accompanying
meetings of the Cipas (Internal Accident
Prevention Commissions), and simulated
exercises for the Emergency Services Plan
involved a large part of the Cooperative
in 2013. Other activities included the
Emergency Brigade Seminar and the Health
Campaign.
ISO and OHSAS
In 2014, Agrária intends to achieve the ISO
14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications,
which deal with the reduction of
environmental impacts and the preservation
of occupational health, respectively. In May
2013, booklets presenting the Integrated
Management Policy and emphasizing
the two norms were delivered to all the
Cooperative’s units.

Trabalho) reuniu cerca de 700 colaboradores, relembrando-os e alertando-os sobre o risco de acidentes de trabalho e as formas de evitá-los. Na edição de 2013, atividades
especiais enfatizaram requisitos para as certificações ISO
14001 e OHSAS 18001.

Die Genossenschaft verfügt über 82
Unfallverhütungskommission, unterteilt

Unfallverhütung). Diese Teams halten
monatliche Treffen, erkennen Risiken in ihren
Bereichen und arbeiten an Verbesserungen,
um Unfälle zu vermeiden.

The Cooperative has 82 Cipa members
divided among 13 Cipas (Internal Accident
Prevention Commissions). These teams
hold monthly meetings, identify risks in their
areas, and introduce improvements so as to
avoid accidents.

highlights were a presentation carried
out by the Cooperative during the

ao cotidiano, a Agrária investe constantemente
na formação e desenvolvimento do seu colaborador. Em 2013, foram dedicadas, em média, 19,2
horas de treinamento por colaborador. A excelência em resultados tem no investimento anual em
capacitação seu principal pilar.

Kenntnisse für den Alltag zu erweitern und
investiert daher ständig in die Ausbildung

A 2ª turma de Green Belts formada pela Agrária contou
com 20 colaboradores. Entre finalizados e em execução,
14 projetos otimizaram importantes setores da Cooperativa a partir da metodologia Seis Sigma. Em 2013, a
Agrária passou a contar com a primeira colaboradora especialista Seis Sigma Black Belt.

que iniciou-se em 2010, com a participação de colaboradores, cooperados e filhos de cooperados, totalizando
32 formandos. Conforme ocorreu em anos anteriores, a

Weiterentwicklung.

In November, the graduation of the class

Management in 2010 took place. The
class included employees, cooperative
members and their children, with a total

Training Service) in organizing events and

Im Jahr 2013 arbeitete die
Donauschwäbisch-Brasilianische
Kulturstiftung einmal mehr an ihrem
Ziel zur Erhaltung und Förderung der
donauschwäbischen Kultur. Über 50 000
Menschen beteiligten sich an den von der
Stiftung unternommen Aktionen. Diese
Aktionen, sowie die Geschichte und das
tägliche Leben der donauschwäbischen
Gemeinde wurden wieder auf den Seiten
der Zeitschrift Entre Rios veröffentlicht, die
sechsmal jährlich erscheint und eine weitere
Investition der Stiftung darstellt.

Foundation
In 2013, the Swabian-Brazilian Cultural
Foundation worked hard at its objective
to preserve and disseminate the Swabian
culture. About 50,000 people were involved
in the actions carried out by the Foundation.
These actions, as well as the history and
everyday life of the Swabian community,
were once again recorded on the pages
of the bi-monthly issues of the Entre Rios
Magazine, yet another investment made by
the Foundation.

Reformas e melhorias estão entre
os principais projetos da Fundação
Semmelweis, que, em 2013, inscreveu-se
no processo de requerimento à concessão
federal do CEBAS-SAÚDE.

The Semmelweis Foundation enjoyed the

hospital’s activities. In three big events,

As atividades do PAIS (Programa Agrária
de Integração Solidária) tiveram em 2013
um ano especial. As quatro entidades
atendidas, bem como o Projeção,
receberam volume recorde em recursos:
R$ 51.800. O Hemocentro de Guarapuava
foi agraciado pelo maior volume de bolsas
de sangue já doado pelos colaboradores
da Agrária. Ao longo do ano foram
desenvolvidas atividades sociais, de
segurança, saúde e relacionadas às
certificações OHSAS 18001 e ISO 14001.

The activities promoted by the “PAIS”
(Agrária Solidary Integration Program) had
a special year in 2013. The four entities
supported, as well as the “Projeção”
(Youngsters in Action Project), received
a record volume of funds: R$ 51,800. The
Guarapuava Blood Bank benefited from the
highest number of blood units ever donated
by Agrária’s employees. In the course of the
year, activities in the social, safety and health
areas were carried out, as well as others
related to the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001

Ein Faktor der aktuellen Zeit der Agrária,
nämlich die Einführung des neuen
Logos, zählt zu den bemerkenswertesten
Ereignissen des Jahres 2013. Dazu wählte
man den 62. Jahrestag der Genossenschaft
im Mai (durchgeführt mit Mitgliedern). Eine
moderne visuelle Identität, die eine für die
Zukunft gerüstete Agrária repräsentiert
durch Begriffe wie Dynamik, Flexibilität,
Offenheit für den Markt, Innovation und
Geschick.

New Visual Identity
A factor that represents Agrária’s present
phase, the launch of the new logo is among
the most significant events in 2013. The day
chosen for the launch was the Cooperative’s
62nd anniversary, in May (celebrated
by the members). It is a modern visual
identity, which portrays Agrária prepared
for the future, by means of concepts such
as dynamism, flexibility, openness to the
market, innovation and agility.

Agrária, o lançamento da nova logomarca
está entre os fatos marcantes de 2013.
Para tanto, escolheu-se a comemoração
alusiva aos 62 anos da Cooperativa, em
maio (realizada aos cooperados). Uma
identidade visual moderna, que retrata uma
Agrária preparada para o futuro, por meio
de conceitos como dinamismo, flexibilidade,
abertura ao mercado, inovação e agilidade.
Certificações
As certificações na ISO 22000, referente à
segurança de alimentos e boas práticas de
fabricação, foram obtidas pelas Unidades
de Cereais, a Agrária Óleo e Farelo (que
também alcançou a certificação GMP+) e
a Ireks do Brasil. Já a Gerência de Gente e
Gestão conquistou a ISO 9001.

significant result. The extraction of wheat
flour reached a record level, thanks to the

Im Jahr 2013 erzielte die Agrária Öl- und
Kleie-Industrie ein Rekordvolumen bei der
Soja-Verarbeitung: 517.501 t. Eine weitere
Neuerung war die Nutzung der Eisenbahn,
um eine beträchtliche Menge von Rohstoffen
(88.284 t) zur Fabrik zu bringen.

um volume recorde de processamento
de soja: 517.501 t. Outra novidade foi a
utilização do modal ferroviário para levar à
fábrica um volume considerável de matériaprima (88.284 t).

Angesichts der hohen Ausfuhrrate der Ölund Kleie-Einheit, zählte das Ministerium
für Entwicklung, Industrie und Außenhandel
die Agrária zu den größten Exporteuren
des Landes. Das Hauptziel von Sojaöl und
Kleie, im Ausland, war im Jahr 2013 die
Europäische Union.
Zertifikate
Die Geschäftseinheit erreichte im
Jahr 2013, zwei Zertifizierungen zur
Lebensmittelsicherheit und den guten
Herstellungspraktiken: ISO 22000 und GMP+
(für die Europäischen Union erforderlich),
um die Anforderungen der inländischen und
ausländischen Kunden zu erfüllen.

In 2013, Agrária Oil and Meal attained a
record volume of soybeans processed:
517,501 t. Another novelty was the use of

die strukturellen Verbesserungen, auf die
Prozesse zur UBS (Einheit zur Verbesserung

Saatgutbehandlung).

During the year, several improvements
took place at Agrária Seeds, especially in
respect of the expansion of the storage
capacity, speed in receiving raw material,
and improvements both in structure and

Unit) and at the “CTS” (Seed Treatment
Center).

Agrária. A empresa conquistou a certificação
ISO 22000, de segurança de alimentos e boas
práticas de fabricação, em julho. Além disso,
dentre as unidades da Ireks sediadas em 86
países, a que obteve o maior crescimento em
2013 foi a Ireks do Brasil. Em alusão ao ano
Alemanha-Brasil, a empresa lançou uma linha
de produtos de panificação e confeitaria da Ireks

Um ano agrícola como o de 2013 ficará
marcado na história da Agrária por
produtividade e rentabilidade recordes. O
empenho de cada cooperado, em conjunto
com o trabalho da pesquisa e da assistência
técnica, os bons preços de comercialização
e a otimização dos custos de produção,
elevaram os resultados em 2013. As altas
produtividades nas quatro principais
culturas - soja, milho, trigo e cevada -, são
reflexo do engajamento pela constante
profissionalização do agronegócio por
parte de cooperados e cooperativa.

An agricultural year like 2013 will be
pinpointed in Agrária’s history for record
productivity and profitability. The dedicated
efforts of each cooperative member,
together with the work of the research and
technical assistance areas, the good sales
prices and optimization of production costs,

productivity levels of the four main crops –
soybeans, corn, wheat and barley – reflect
the constant dedication of the Cooperative

Research
With a view to transmitting technical
information to cooperative members and
agronomists, Agrária organized specific
events, such as training sessions at which
the Summer and Winter seed reserves were
presented and made available; training in
preventive control of pests and diseases; and
a precision farming workshop. Preventive
warnings issued by the Radar Project favored
the control of the main diseases that affect
the crops.

crop surpassed the 300,000 ton mark in
the 2012/2013 harvest. Planting at the
preferential time (which was made possible

is licensed by Agrária, amounted to 30,600
forty-kilogram sacks of the seed – practically
double the amount in 2012, when 16,740

The new BRS Korbel cultivar was launched
during the 2013 WinterShow and will be

Em uma safra com produtividades recordes
no campo, a FAPA (Fundação Agrária de
Pesquisa Agropecuária) colhe os resultados de
anos de investimento em novas tecnologias.
Responsável direto pela alta produtividade e
qualidade de grãos, a pesquisa realizada em
2013 contou com mais de 37.000 parcelas.
A partir de 2013 a instituição passou a
contar com mais uma linha de pesquisa, a
entomologia, elevando seu corpo funcional
para oito pesquisadores. Estes publicaram ao
todo 95 trabalhos. A Agrária investiu cerca de
R$ 3 milhões na fundação ao longo de 2013.

Cooperativa, alinhada com a força do agronegócio
nacional, ultrapassou o faturamento de R$ 2,3
bilhões, apresentando crescimento nos volumes
de produção e vendas. Os resultados de 2013
foram adequados apesar dos crescentes custos de
produção e de logística. Os preços das commodities
e dos produtos com valores atrelados ao Dólar
mantiveram-se competitivos o ano todo. Nesse
contexto, a Agrária permaneceu firme no seu
planejamento de crescimento, investindo em novas
indústrias, ampliando as existentes e aumentando
a capacidade de armazenamento para receber os
recordes de produção de seus cooperados.

In an unstable economic environment, the
Cooperative, in line with the strength of
agribusiness in Brazil, surpassed the mark
of R$ 2.3 billion in sales, recording growth
in both production and sales volumes. The
2013 results were satisfactory, despite the
increasing production and logistics costs.
The prices of commodities and products that
are linked to the Dollar remained competitive
all the year round. In this context, Agrária
carried on firmly in its growth plan, investing
in new industries, expanding the existing
ones and increasing its storage capacity
in order to receive the record production
volumes achieved by its members.
