COMUNICADO AO MERCADO
A BR Insurance Corretora de Seguros S.A. (“Companhia”), em cumprimento ao disposto
na Instrução CVM nº 358/2002 e alterações posteriores, comunica aos seus acionistas e
ao mercado em geral que recebeu correspondência enviada pelo M&G Investment
Management Limited (“M&G”), informando que este, em conjunto com Eastpring
Investments (Singapore) Limited (“Eastpring”), reduziu sua participação na Companhia,
mantendo em custódia na data de 25 de julho de 2016, 1.102.772 (um milhão, cento e
dois mil, setecentos e setenta e dois) ações ordinárias representativas do capital social
da Companhia, representando aproximadamente 14,54% das ações ordinárias emitidas
pela BR Insurance.

We hereby inform you that the position in registered Common Shares issued by the
Company held by M&G Investment Management Limited is 1,093,159 (14.42%)
and Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited is 9,613 (0.12%), both foreign
investors.
Both are subsidiaries of Prudential Plc which holds a total of 1,102,772 registered
Common Shares as at 25th July 2016, corresponding to 14.54% of the Company’s
capital, which is represented by 7,581,958 registered Common Shares.
The undersigned clarifies that the position merely represents a financial investment
and does not seek to acquire control of the Company or to alter the Company’s
administration, the composition of its controlling block of shareholders or any aspect
of its operations.
