O
Brasil tornou-se, em poucos anos, um ator energético
mundial de primeiro plano, mostrando uma significante
perspectiva de crescimento para a próxima década. As
descobertas, pela Petrobras, de megas reservas de hidrocarbonetos dentro da camada Pré-Sal prometem novas oportunidades
e desafios para o setor com um potencial estimado de dezenas
de bilhões de barris.
Neste contexto, o crescimento na produção de petróleo envolve diversos setores como o da construção naval, os serviços de
EPC, ou serviços de inspeção e manutenção. Hoje o Brasil é um
mercado extremamente atraente para as empresas estrangeiras,
em termos de oportunidades de investimento e de negócios.
Desde o ano 2012 várias ações tem sido conduzidas para
fortalecer as relações bilaterais entre a França e o Brasil. Considerando os desafios de competitividade do setor, a inovação
tem sido o eixo privilegiado dos acordos de parcerias internacionais. Os polos de competitividade franceses assinaram, neste
sentido, acordos estratégicos com órgãos nacionais brasileiros,
tal como a ONIP e o Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Estes acordos permitirão aos polos franceses trazerem a sua
experiência em termos de governança e tecnologia, enquanto
as empresas francesas beneficiaram, então, de uma estrutura
adequada às parcerias tecnológicas.
Neste ano, os polos Marítimos – Mediterrânea e Bretanha
– voltam a participar da feira Rio Oil & Gas, e serão acompanhados por 14 empresas inovadoras à procura de parceiros brasileiros. Os polos também serão atores importantes no segundo
grupo de trabalho organizado pelo MDIC e a DGCIS, enquanto
peritos sobre as questões de inovação. Este encontro acontecerá
o dia 12 de Setembro, com a participação do Secretário de Inovação do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Nelson Fujimoto, a Secretária de Estado de Competitividade francesa, Heloisa Menezes,
e os representantes da DGCIS Benjamin Gallezot diretor geral.
37 empresas francesas presentes no pavilhão francês participantes da feira Rio Oil&Gas 2014 fazem parte de uma «nova
safra» de fornecedores de equipamentos e de serviços de engenharia em busca de parcerias comerciais e industriais no Brasil. Com décadas, e algumas com séculos de experiência no
mercado francês e internacional, estas empresas - cujos perfis
encontram-se a seguir – trazem para o Brasil o melhor da tecnologia francesa para o setor.

For us, constant innovation, within our projects, is the key to
success. This is why our design department is so important to us: it
accounts 10% of our personnel and allow us to design and patent

topside engineering projects encompass conceptual, basic studies
and allow several disciplines interaction to attend the challenges
of each project. An example of that is the Replicant project with
Petrobras: in addition to the FEED, Petrobras has also requested
DEL’s technical assistance for the construction of topsides modules
and later integration of 8 FPSOs on several Brazilian yards to
follow-up the detailed engineering then assembly of the FPSOs up
to first oil in the coming years.
In 2013, DEL was contracted by EEP for the P76 hull conversion
of Cessão Onerosa to complete primarily the basic and detail
engineering of the pump and engine rooms, as well as structural
design and interfaces of those with the main deck, topsides,
accommodation and service modules.
Along these 8 years DEL developed its capability to cover all
disciplines encompassing offshore engineering, able also to grant
the local content required with internationally recognized quality
standards and within schedule.
The forecast for coming years in Brazil in offshore will demand
large investments involving complex projects and new solutions.
DEL will be prepared to face this challenge supplying high standard
engineering for operators and constructors in country.
