Paper Bag Puppets
The following steps describe how to make the owl. The principle is the same for the other puppets.
1) Take the brown bag and place it as shown.
2) Apply a small square of double-sided adhesive tape behind the owl’s beak. Remove the backing sheet from
the tape and stick the owl’s beak on top center of the bag.
3) Attach the other owl limbs in the same way. There! Your owl puppet is finished! Now you can make the three
other puppets by using the same method.
Artzooka! Challenge - Make your own puppet theater!
A) Find a large-size cereal box. Ask an adult for help to cut out the panels to make the theater stage (see the dotted
lines in the pictures) and to close the box with adhesive tape.
B) Cut out some pieces of colored paper and stick them on the box to make the roof, stage and theater curtains
(glue and paper not supplied).
C) Create other set items from pieces of cardboard to make your stage even better.
Well done! You’ve completed the bonus activity and created a wonderful puppet theater!

Marionettes de sacs en papier
Les étapes décrivent comment réaliser le hibou. Le principe est le même pour les autres marionnettes.
1) Prends le sac marron et positionne-le tel qu’indiqué.
2) Applique un petit carré de ruban adhésif double face derrière le bec du hibou. Enlève la pellicule protectrice
du ruban adhésif et colle le bec au centre sur le haut du sac.
3) Colle les autres éléments du hibou en répétant l’opération. Voilà ! Ta marionnette hibou est prête !
Tu peux maintenant confectionner les trois autres marionnettes en suivant le même principe.
Défi Artzooka ! - Construis ton théâtre de marionnettes !
A) Trouve une boîte de céréales vide grand format. Demande à un adulte de l’aide pour découper les panneaux
du théâtre (voir pointillés sur les photos) et fermer la boîte avec du ruban adhésif.
B) Découpe des feuilles de papier coloré et colle-les sur la boîte pour faire le toit, le sol et les rideaux du théâtre
(colle et papiers non fournis).
C) Imagine d’autres éléments de décor en carton pour embellir la scène.

Marionetas de Bolsas de Papel
Los pasos siguientes indican cómo hacer el búho. El concepto es el mismo para las otras marionetas.
1) Agarra la bolsa marrón y colócala del modo indicado.
2) Coloca un pequeño cuadrado de cinta adhesiva de doble cara en la parte posterior del pico del búho.
Retira la lámina de papel de la cinta adhesiva y pega el pico del búho en la parte superior central de la bolsa.
3) ¡Después de pegar todas las extremidades, la tortuga cobrará vida! Ahora puedes crear los otros cuatro
personajes y las plantas.

Papiertüten-Marionetten
In den nachfolgenden Schritten wird das Basteln der Eule beschrieben. Die Herstellungsmethode ist für alle Figuren gleich.
1) Nimm eine braune Papierstüte und breite sie wie gezeigt aus.
2) Bringe am hinteren Teil des Eulenschnabels ein kleines Quadrat aus doppelseitigem Klebeband an. Ziehe nun die
Schutzfolie von der Rückseite des Klebebands ab und bringe den Schnabel im oberen Bereich der Tüte mittig an.
3) Die weiteren Gliedmaßen werden auf die gleiche Weise befestigt. Siehst du? Und schon ist deine Eule fertig!
Mit der gleichen Methode kannst du nun noch weitere Figuren basteln.
Die Artzooka!-Herausforderung - Stell’ dir ein ganzes Marionettentheater zusammen!
A) Besorge dir einen großen Müslikarton oder eine ähnliche Schachtel. Bitte einen Erwachsenen, dir dabei zu helfen,
den Karton zu einer Theaterbühne zurechtzuschneiden (siehe die gestrichelten Linien in den Abbildungen),
und anschließend mit Klebeband zu sichern.
B) Schneide farbige Papier- oder Pappteile zurecht und bringe sie als Bühnendach, Bühne und Theatervorhänge an
(Kleber und Papier nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
C) Aus den restlichen Stücken des Kartons kannst du nun noch weitere Bühnenaccessoires oder Requisiten anfertigen.
Phantastisch! Du hast die Artzooka!-Herausforderung geschafft und ein ganz tolles Puppentheater geschaffen!
NL Papieren zak poppen
De volgende stappen beschrijven hoe je de uil moet maken. Het principe is hetzelfde als voor de andere poppen.
1) Pak de bruine zak en plaats hem zoals afgebeeld.
2) Plak een vierkantje dubbelzijdige plakband aan de achterkant van de snavel van de uil. Verwijder het schutvel van
het plakband en plak de snavel van de uil op de bovenkant in het midden van de zak.
3) Bevestig de andere ledematen van de uil op dezelfde manier. Zo! Je uil pop is af!
Nu kan je de drie andere poppen op dezelfde manier maken.
Artzooka! uitdaging - Maak je eigen poppentheater!
A) Zoek een grote doos van een graanontbijt product. Vraag een volwassene om hulp bij het uitknippen van de panelen
om het theater toneel te maken (zie de stippellijnen op de plaatjes) en om de doos dicht te kunnen maken met plakband.
B) Knip enkele stukjes gekleurd papier uit en plak ze op de doos om zo het dak, toneel en de theater gordijnen te maken (lijm en papier zijn niet meegeleverd).
C) Ontwerp andere voorwerpen voor toneelopbouw van stukjes karton om je toneel nog mooier te maken.
Goed gedaan! Je hebt de Artzooka! uitdaging voltooid en een geweldig poppentheater gecreëerd!

Marionette in Sacchetti di Carta
I passi seguenti descrivono come realizzare il gufo. Lo stesso principio è valido anche per le altre marionette.
1) Prendete il sacchetto marrone e sistematelo come mostrato.
2) Applicate un quadratino di nastro biadesivo sulla parte posteriore del gufo. Togliete la pellicola protettiva
dal nastro biadesivo e incollate il dietro del gufo in alto al centro del sacchetto.
3) Attaccate anche le ali del gufo allo stesso modo. Ecco fatto! La vostra marionetta del gufo è finita!
Ora potete realizzare anche le altre tre marionette seguendo lo stesso metodo.
Sfida di Artzooka! - Realizza il tuo teatrino di marionette!
A) Prendete una grande scatola per cereali. Chiedete l’aiuto di un adulto per tagliare i pannelli che diventeranno
il palcoscenico del teatrino (ved. le linee punteggiate nelle figure) e per chiudere la scatola con il nastro adesivo.
B) Tagliate alcuni pezzi di carta colorata e incollateli sulla scatola per fare il tetto, il palcoscenico e le quinte del teatro
(la colla e la carta colorata non sono fornite in dotazione).
C) Con pezzi di cartoncino create le scenografie per rendere il palcoscenico ancora più bello.

Fantoches de Sacos de Papel
Os passos seguintes descrevem o modo de fazer a coruja. O princípio é idêntico para os outros fantoches.
1) Pega no saco castanho e coloca-o conforme mostrado.
2) Aplica um pequeno quadrado de fita adesiva de face dupla no lado de trás do bico da coruja. Remove a película protectora da fita adesiva e cola o bico da coruja no centro do topo do saco.
3) Fixa as outras partes da coruja da mesma forma. Aí tens! A tua coruja-fantoche está terminada! Agora, podes fazer os outros três fantoches usando o mesmo método.
Desafio Artzooka! - Faz o teu próprio teatro de fantoches!
A) Arranja uma caixa de cereais grande. Pede a um adulto que te ajude a recortar a caixa para fazer o palco do teatro
(vê as linhas tracejadas nas imagens) e a fechar a caixa com fita adesiva.
