Seminário
Lars Ekberg
Lars Ekberg is an Associate Professor at Chalmers University of Technology in
Gothenburg and has since the late 1990s worked at Chalmers Institute of Technology
Energy Management AB. He works on behalf of property managers as a specialist on issues
related to indoor environmental quality and the functioning of the installations. During 2005-2006, he
was responsible for the revision of the Plumbing Technical Association's Guidelines for Specification of
current climate regulations. He has been engaged as an expert of the National Energy Authority in connection with technical guidelines regarding energy efficient air filter and has been chairman of the expert group set up by the National Property Board in support of the measure of current environmental
problems in the Moderna Museet in Stockholm.
David Wyon
David Wyon is known for his behavioural research into indoor environmental effects on people.
In 40 years of field and laboratory experiments he has shown conclusively that quite
small differences in such factors as temperature, humidity, air quality and noise can have
large effects in practice on health, comfort and productivity. Although most of his work has been on
conditions in different kinds of
buildings, from schools to offices to factories, he has also studied transportation environments,
including cars, trucks, buses and most recently, aircraft cabins. He has lived and worked in 4 continents,
lives currently in France and is a Visiting Professor at the International Centre for Indoor Environment
and Energy at DTU in Copenhagen, which he helped to found in 1997.

– Um forum para transmissão de conhecimentos
Swegon Air Academy (SAA) é um forum aglutinador de conhecimento e experiências no âmbito científico do movimento do ar e da qualidade do ar interior
dos edifícios. A ambição da SAA é de trabalhar de um modo isento e objectivo.
Experiências concretas e os resultados de investigação e desenvolvimento de
universidades e de empresas tecnológicas são veiculadas através de seminários,
de artigos técnicos em revistas das especialidades e de literatura técnica publicada regularmente.

Este seminário terá lugar no “Centro Cultural de Belém”, Auditório “Luís

Serão convidados os profissionais envolvidos no mercado da construção e
AVAC, incluindo especialistas, peritos, consultores e projectistas, arquitectos,
promotores e donos de obra, técnicos de ambiente e de saúde pública, nomeadamente.
No final das apresentações, sera realizado um sorteio para atribuição do livro
da Swegon Air Academy intitulado “Air”. Trata-se de um manual de mais de
600 páginas com muita informação técnica útil.
