Il corpo apertura interno unificato è predisposto per una porta da mm.100. Per
adattarlo su pannellature di mm.80 o mm.60 seguire le seguenti avvertenze:
mm.80, il gambo della vite filettata va accorciata di mm.20; mm.60, il gambo
della vite filettata va accorciata di mm.40. Per pannelli di mm. 60, la vaschetta
di contenimento va tagliata in corrispondenza del segno riportato sul canotto
(Fig. 2.1)

The device for inside release is supplied, as standard version, for 100 mm.
panel thickness but can be easily adapted to 80 or 60 mm sandwich panels:
with 80 mm. panels, shorten threaded bolt by 20 mm.; with 60 mm. panels,
shorten threaded bolt by 40 mm. With 60 mm panels, cut stem of white plastic
pan as far as the round mark located in the stem (Dwg. 2.1)

Le dispositif standard est prévu pour une porte ép 100 mm. Afin de l'adapter
aux panneaux ép 80 ou 60 mm., suivre les indications suivantes: pour ép 80
mm., raccourcir la vis de 20 mm., pour ép 60 mm., la raccourcir de 40 mm. Pour
les panneaux ép 60 mm., le manchon de la couvette doit être découpé au
niveau du repère (Fig. 2.1)

Die Innenbetätigung ist für 100 mm Plattendicke ausgelegt (StandardVersion), kann aber einfach auf 60 oder 80 mm. Sandwichplatten angepasst
werden: bei 80 mm. Dicke, kürzen der Gewindeschraube um 20 mm.; bei 60
mm Dicke, kürzen der Gewindeschraube um 40 mm.; kürzen des Zapfens der
weissen Plastik-Abdeckappe bis zur runden Markierung im Stiehl (Dwg 2.1)

Proceed to make the recess in the door panel by using a hollow mill with ext

necessary, adapt it to the panel depth, then rivet; G) Screw on the knob and
secure it with nut

A) Grundfläche des Schlosses auf Tür posizionieren; B) Türpaneel vollständig
mit einem Ø5 mm. Bohrer durch das für die Innenbetätigung vorgesehenes
Loch bohren; C) Schweisspunkt an der Buchse der Innenbetätigung (auf der
Grundflache des Schlosses) nach eventl. Setzen der Schraube anbringen; D)
Anschliessend Aussparung in Türblatt unter Verwendung eines
Kronenbohrers mit 114 mm. Ø ausbohren; E) Schlossmontage in Türe; F)
Einbringen der weissen Adbeckungsschale, anpassen auf Türdicke (bei
Bedarf), anschliessend nieten; G) Knopf aufschrauben und mit Mutter sichern
