LUMINIŢA ROTARU-CONSTANTINOVICI (born
July 12, 1965, Coşcodeni, Balti, Moldova).
Bachelor of Arts in music from George
Enescu Academy of Science Faculty of
Musical
Performance
(1996),
she
participated in piano masterclasses in
Poland,
Switzerland,
Germany
and
Romania. Between 1993-1999 she has
taught piano in the National College O.
Băncilă from Iasi. She fallowed doctoral
courses at the National University of Music
in Bucharest (1999-2005) supporting her
thesis entitled Aspects of the interpretative
originality and creativity under the
guidance of prof. Dr. Nicholas Brânduş.
Curently she is Lecturer PhD. in the piano
department of the George Enescu
University of Arts. She has played concerts
with
philharmonic
orchestras
with
conductors like Ovidiu Balan, IlarionIonescu Galati, Totan Florin, Nicolae Ursu,
with a diverse repertoire: L. van Beethoven,
F. Chopin, C. Saint-Saens, D. Shostakovich,
A. Scriabin. She had performances in
nationally and internationally location in
the Philharmonics, Universities, Museums,
Cultural institutions. The CDs and DVDs
recorded include live recordings of concerts
and recitals from Italy, Spain, Turkey,
Republic of Moldova, Roumanie, pursuing a
repertoire like Christmas Concert, Angelic
and Demonic, The Lullaby of the
Beethoven’s univers, or basic repertoire
(selectiv): J. S. Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven,
R. Schumann, F. Schubert, F. Chopin, C.
Franck, C. Saint-Saens, J. Brahms, S.
Prokofiev, D. Sostakovici, A. Scriabin, A.
Berg, O. Messiaen, G. Enescu and so.
She has published volumes of books with
DVD accompaniment, Op. 109 - The Lullaby
of the Beethoven’s univers - 2011, Angelic
and Demonic - A. Scriabin Preludes for piano
and D. Shostakovich, Op. 11 and op. 34 2009, Aspects of the interpretative
originality and creativity - 2007, Musical
Performance between Bach and Messiaen 2007, and also articles published in edition
"Peter Lang International Publishing",
Greece, Bulgaria and Roumanie - Timisoara,
Oradea, Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Brasov,
including: Musical Performance - mediated
interface between science and art. The

Musica di Stato Vincenzo Bellini - Palermo
Italy – 2011, at the University A. Russo Balti
Moldova and Music workshops at high
schools in Bacau, Suceava and Botosani 2012. She was Project Cultural Foundation
Coordinator between Remember Enescu
and University of Arts George Enescu as well
as for the Greek Lied Masterclass project by
Sophia Kontossi - Greece, and also
committee member in the National Olympic
Interpretation - piano at Cluj, Bistrita and
Bucharest, member in the National Piano
Competition committee Remember Dinu
Lipatti, Member of EPTA - European Piano
Teachers Association.
