Ajustes modo de fábrica 8.1 Condições de Ajuste Geral 8.1.1 Ajutes Padrão Realize todos os ajustes elétrico sob as seguintes condições: • Tensão de alimentação: 230 Vac/ 50Hz (+-10%) • Conecte o aparelho na rede via um transformador isolnte com baixa resistência interna. • Permite o aparelho esquentar aproximadamente 20 ou 30 minutos. • Mede tensões e formas de onda em relação a terra do chassis (com exceção das tensões no lado primário da alimentação). Atenção: nunca use fontes de calor como terra. • Teste: 100: 1, Ri > 10 Mohm, Ci <3.5pF. • Use uma chave de fenda isolada para os ajustes. 8.2 Ajustes do Hardware 8.3.3 25 Ajuste Tensão da Tela 1. Ajuste imagem para modo “Standard”, sem entrada do sinal. 2. Pressione as teclas [i+], “smart sound” e “smart picture” para entrar no menu de fábrica. Quando estiver na página “B/W BALANCE”, pressione “mute” no controle remoto. Existirá um nível de luz na linha do display. 3. Ajuste o botão Screen até o nível de brilho ser visto. 4. Quando na tela estiver a linha de luz, CUT R e CUT G podem ser ajustados se necessário com as seguintes teclas do controle remoto: Para aumentar/diminuir CUT R (veja tabela 8-1) Para aumentar/diminuir CUT G (veja tabela 8-2). 5. Pressione a tecla “MUTE” para voltar para a página “B/W BALANCE”. Tabela 8-1 Para aumentar/diminuir CUT R Função CUT R+ CUT R- Tecla controle remoto 1 4 Tabela 8-2 Para aumentar/diminuir CUT G Função CUT G+ CUT G- Tecla controle remoto 2 5 Para este aparelho não existe ajustes de hardware. 8.3 Ajustes de Software Coloque o parelho no modo MENU (modo de fábrica) como segue (veja a Þgura “Modo de Fábrica” na próxima página: • Pressione as teclas [i+], “smart sound” e “smart picture” para entrar no menu de fábrica. • Pressione as teclas [i+] novamente e “ADJUST” aparecerá na tela. • Pressione as teclas numéricas para entrar na página ajustada, pressione 3 4 para mudar os itens que foram ajustados, pressione 1 2 para ajustar seus valores.. • Pressione [i+] para sair do modo de fábrica. Os diferentes parâmetros ajustados estão descritos adiante. 8.3.1 Ajuste de Tensão AGC Rf 1. Forneça 294,25 MHz, 60 dB metada da cor da barra de sinal. 2. Entre com o modo de fábrica e pressione a tecla 1. 3. Meça a tensão do ponto de tuner AGC, ajuste o item AGC até a tensão ser 2.2 V, ou até desaparecer o ruído da imagem. (valor típico estar em 32). 8.3.2 Ajuste Fino do Foco. 1. Forneça um sinal padrão “cross-hatch”. 2. Ajuste estação para modo “Rich”. 3. Ajuste botão do Foco até a imagem Þcar clara. 8.3.4 Ajuste Horizontal (Tecla 1) 1. Forneça um padrão monoscópio de 50 Hz. - Pressione as teclas [i+], “smart sound” e “smart picture” para entra no modo de fábrica. - Pressione as teclas [i+] novamente e aparecerá “ADJUST” na tela. 2. Pressione a tecla “0” e ajuste “HPH” para imagem horizontal, CRT para central horizontal. 8.3.5 Ajuste Horizontal Vertical e YUV/RGB (tecla 2) 1. Forneça um sinal cross hatch de 50 Hz, ajuste o TV para o modo standard. Ajuste VSL para que metada da imagem do painel cross apareça. A linha vertical da imagem está na parte inferior da metada da imagem. Ajuste VSL para fazer o centro da linha vertical da imagem e o cinescópio estarem em superposição. 2. Ajuste VSI para obter uma taxa de re-display do vertical da imagem até 90%. 3. Forneça um sinal cross hatch de 60 Hz, faça para 1 e 2 novamente para ajustar. 4. Se necessário, juste Þno use os itens acima. 8.3.6 Posição OSD (tecla 4) 1. Ajuste da posição OSD do menu: Forneça um padrão de cross hatch 50/60 Hz. Coloque o aparelho no modo MENU. - Pressione as teclas [i+] , “smart sound” e “smart picuture” para entrar no menu de fábrica. - Pressione as teclas [i+] novamente e “ADJUST” aparece na tela. 2. Pressione a tecla 4 para entrar no modo de fábrica. Ajuste os itens VP e HP para acessar o menu OSD no centro da tela CRT. 3. Forneça um sinal cross hatch RGB ou YUV, o aparelho entra no modo padrão, ajuste “YUV OSD HS” até a imagem central horizontal aparecer no centro do CRT (opcional). 26 SK5_1L Para entrar no modo de fábrica: Pressione sequencialmente: I+ ---> Smart Sound ---> Smart Picture Menu Principal no box vermelho. Navegação: Entre novamente com "I+" (ou "MENU")no CR para acessar a página "ADJUST" que permitirá a Navegação para páginas individuais Service: Selecionando os números "0 - 8", "Smart Picture" e "Smart Sound" no controle remoto para acessar diretamente as páginas. Mudando o valor Mova para o paramêtro desejado com a tecla "up" e "down" no controle remoto. Use a seta "Right" e "Left" para aumentar ou diminuir o valor respectivo. Sair Entre com " I+ " no controle remoto para sair do modo de fábrica. Nota especial: O TV pode acessar o modo de fábrica quando no modo de serviço, neste modo de fábrica, o aparelho não responderá no CR e teclado local. Factory aparecerá no canto esquerdo da tela. Na página principal do modo de Serviço, quando “2” é inserido, o aparelho acessará o modo de fábrica. Quando no modo de fábrica, entrar “8”, “9” para sair do modo de fábrica.
