Occupation OnScreen
The New New Cinema from Rio
A showcase of films made by the youngest and talented generation of Rio
filmmakers, including 12 fiction features, 9 documentary features, and 23 short
films, will be screened for the first time in London as part of Rio Occupation
London.
The showcase takes place at the V22 Summer Club and at Casa Brasil in
Somerset House. Representatives from a number of the films will also be holding
debates with the audience after some screenings.

Tickets are free and will be available from the venue box office on the day, one hour before the
screening. On evenings when two screenings are scheduled, tickets for both performances will
be available one hour before the first screening. Please note that 50% of tickets for the second
screening will be held and released one hour before it is due to commence.
