Shuttle reservations must be made the night before. ADA transportation requires a
minimum of 12 hours advance notice.

Complimentary shuttle is not applicable to groups of 9 or more. Accommodations can
be made for groups at least 24 hours in advance for a fee, please contact the Local
Expert Desk next to the concierge in the lobby.

Shuttle bus will depart from the front of the resort outside the lobby doors.

Shuttles to Walt Disney World Resort drop off and pick up at the EPCOT Transportation
Center Lane #43

Once you arrive, Disney has transportation to all of their theme parks but you must
return to EPCOT to pick up the return shuttle.

