4ème GRAND CHAPITRE INTERNATIONAL DE L’ALGARVE
PRE-PROGRAM JUNE 11th – JUNE 14th, 2015
The Chapitre will be based at Vila Vita Parc, near Armação de Pera, a luxury resort
and long standing member of the Chaîne, where the Gala Dinner will take place on
the Saturday night; of course you are welcome to extend your stay if you wish to
make the most of your visit. After all, the Algarve is also a golfer’s paradise!
Thursday, June 11th
 Welcome Dinner at the charming restaurant “O Leão de Porches”.
Friday, June 12th
 Morning: A private boat “cruise” to explore the natural reserve and bird sanctuary
of the Ria Formosa followed by
 Lunch at restaurant “Estaminé” on Ilha Deserta (Desert Island) in the Ria.
 Afternoon: Visit to the salt pans where the famous “Flor de Sal” is produced.
 A traditional Algarvean Evening with local entertainment at “Moiras Encantadas”.
Saturday, June 13th

Light lunch on the terrace of Vila Joya, 2 Michelin stars and 22nd. “Best Restaurant
in the World” organised by the owner Joy Jung, Vice Chargée de Mission and
prepared specially for us by Chef Dieter Koschina, Vice Conseiller Culinaire.

Evening: Cocktail, Induction Ceremony and Gastronomic Dinner-Dance (black-tie)
at Vila-Vita where Chef Hans Neuner, now also awarded 2 Michelin stars, will be in
charge of the dinner.
Sunday, June 14th

Farewell Brunch at Vila-Vita.
