CAUTION
The serum used in this product has been tested at donor level and found
negative for Hepatitis B surface antigen and antibodies to Hepatitis C virus and
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV 1 & 2). However, these tests cannot
guarantee the absence of infective agents. Proper handling and disposal
methods should be established as for all potentially infective materials and only
personnel adequately trained in such methods should be permitted to perform
the procedures.
This product should only be used by suitably trained persons for the purposes
stated. Adherence to the given procedure is recommended.
The controls used in this product contain 0.099% sodium azide and must be
handled with caution – do not ingest or allow contact with skin or mucous
membranes. If contact does occur wash with a large volume of water and seek
medical advice. Explosive metal azides may be formed with lead and copper
plumbing; on disposal of reagent, flush with a large volume of water to prevent
azide build up.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
The unopened pack should be stored at 2-8°C and can be used until the expiry
date given on the pack label. DO NOT FREEZE. Individual reagents should be
stored at 2-8°C.

WARNUNGEN UND VORSICHTSMAßNAHMEN
Jede
Einzelspende
wurde
bezüglich
Antikörpern
gegen
HumanImmunschwäche-Virus (HIV 1 & 2), Hepatitis C-Virus und Hepatitis-BOberflächenantigen (HBsAG) untersucht und als negativ befunden. Es gibt aber
zur Zeit keine absolut sicheren Testmethoden zum Auschluss von
Infektionsträgern. Deshalb sollten die Reagenzien als potentiell infektiös
behandelt werden. Umgangs- und Entsorgungsmethoden sollten denen für
potentiell infektiöses Material entsprechen und der Test nur von entsprechend
geschultem Personal durchgeführt werden.
Dieses Produkt sollte nur von entsprechend geschultem Laborpersonal für den
angegebenen Verwendzungszweck verwendet werden. Die Einhaltung der
Arbeitsvorschrift wird empfohlen.
Die Kontrollseren enthalten 0,099% Natriumazid und müssen mit den
entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen behandelt werden. Verschlucken sowie
Kontakt mit Haut oder Schleimhäuten vermeiden. Nach Kontakt Hautstelle mit
viel Wasser abspülen und ärztlichen Rat einholen. Natriumazid kann mit Bleioder Kupferrohren explosive Metallazide bilden. Nach der Entsorgung mit ausreichender Menge Wasser nachspülen um Azidablagerungen zu vermeiden.

LAGERUNG UND STABILITÄT
Der ungeöffnete Kit ist bei 2-8°C bis zum angegebenen Verfallsdatum haltbar.

PRECAUTIONS
Ce réactif doit être utilisé par un personnel adéquat. Il est recommandé de suivre
scrupuleusement le protocole.
Les contrôles du kit contiennent 0,099% d’azide de sodium comme
conservateur. Il est donc nécessaire de les manipuler avec précaution. Ne pas
ingérer ou mettre en contact avec la peau ou les muqueuses. En cas de contact,
laver à grande eau et consulter un médecin. Des azides de métaux explosifs
peuvent se former avec le cuivre ou le plomb. Laver à grande eau les récipients
ayant contenu ces réactifs afin d’empêcher la formation des azides de métaux.
STOCKAGE ET STABILITE
Les coffrets non ouverts doivent être stockés à 2-8°C et peuvent être utilisés
jusqu’à la date de péremption. NE PAS CONGELER. Les réactifs individuels
doivent être stockés à 2-8°C.

Le sérum de donneur utilisé dans ce réactif a été soumis aux tests des hépatites
B et C et de l’HIV 1 et HIV 2 et se sont avérés négatifs. Toutefois, ces tests ne
peuvent garantir l’absence totale d’agents infectieux. Tous les échantillons
doivent donc être considérés comme potentiellement infectieux et manipulés par
un personnel averti.

PROPÓSITO
PRECAUCIONES
El suero humano suministrado en el kit se ha sometido a screening para
donantes, resultando negativo ante el antígeno de superficie de la hepatitis B y
ante los anticuerpos de los virus VIH1, VIH2 y VHC. A pesar de ello, estos tests
no pueden garantizar la ausencia de agentes infecciosos. Será necesario
establecer métodos de tratamiento y de eliminación adecuados, tal como se
hace con todos los materiales potencialmente infecciosos, y sólo el personal
experto y autorizado podrá cumplir con los procedimientos.
Este producto puede ser utilizado exclusivamente por personal con formación
adecuada y con los fines indicados. Se recomienda seguir el procedimiento
descrito en estas instrucciones de uso.
Los controles del kit contienen el 0,099% de azida sódica y deben tratarse con
precaución – no tragar ni permitir el contacto con la piel o las mucosas. En caso
de contacto, aclarar con abundante agua y consultar a un médico. La azida
sódica puede formar ácidas metálicas explosivas en contacto con tubos de
plomo o cobre. Tras la eliminación aclarar con gran cantidad de agua con el fin
de evitar depósitos de azida.

ALMACENAMIENTO Y ESTABILIDAD
Los kits no abiertos deben conservarse a 2-8°C y se pueden usar hasta la fecha
de caducidad indicada en la etiqueta de la caja. NO CONGELAR. Los reactivos
individuales se deben conservar a 2-8°C.

ser manuseados com cuidado – não ingerir nem permitir o contacto com a pele
ou membranas mucosas. Em caso de contacto lavar abundantemente com água
e procurar um médico. Podem formar-se azidas metálicas explosivas nas
canalizações de cobre e alumínio; quando eliminar o reagente lavar
abundantemente com água para impedir a formação das azidas.
ARMAZENAMENTO E ESTABILIDADE
Antes de aberta, a embalagem deve ser conservada a uma temperatura de
2-8°C e pode ser utilizada ate à data de validade indicada no rótulo da
embalagem. NÃO CONGELAR. Reagentes individuais devem ser conservados
a uma temperatura de 2-8°C.

negativos para o antigénio da superfície do vírus Hepatite B, anticorpos contra o
vírus da Hepatite C e para o Vírus de Imunodeficiência Humana (HIV 1 & 2). No
entanto estes testes não garantem a ausência de agentes infecciosos. Deverão
ser estabelecidas medidas adequadas para o manuseamento e eliminação de
material potencialmente infectado e o procedimento deverá ser efectuado
apenas por pessoal treinado nestes métodos.

PRECAUZIONI
Tutti i sieri umani forniti nel kit sono stati sottoposti a screening per donatori,
risultando negativi per l’antigene di superficie dell’epatite B e per gli anticorpi
verso i virus HIV1, HIV2 e HCV. Ciò nonostante, questi test non possono
garantire l’assenza di agenti infettivi. Devono essere stabiliti metodi di
trattamento e di eliminazione adeguati come per tutti i materiali potenzialmente
infettivi e le procedure devono essere eseguite soltanto da personale esperto ed
autorizzato.
Il prodotto deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente da personale adeguatamente
formato. Si raccomanda di attenersi rigorosamente alla procedura indicata.
I controlli del kit contengono lo 0,099% di sodio azide come conservante e
devono essere trattati con cautela – non ingerire né permettere il contatto con la
pelle o le mucose. In caso di contatto, lavare con molta acqua e rivolgersi al
medico. Azotidrati metallici esplosivi si possono formare con il rame e il piombo.

recipienti allo scopo di evitare l’accumulo di azide

CONSERVAZIONE E STABILITA’
Il kit non aperto deve essere conservato a 2-8°C e può essere utilizzato fino alla
data di scadenza riportata sull’etichetta della confezione. NON CONGELARE. I
singoli reagenti debbono essere conservati a 2-8°C.
