General information and cancellations policy for romance packages
Please review the following conditions, prior to confirming your reservation. PACKAGES CONDITIONS • Packages are quoted per person, per night, in Euros. All taxes and Service Charges are included. • Minimum stay is stated in respective package. Extra-­‐‑nights may be booked at a special rate. • Suite & premium room supplements available on request. • Dinners included in package are per person, and do not include beverage, caviar, lobster or other shellfish. • Spa treatment should be booked in advance, to secure availability. • Picnic basket available on request. We kindly request a 3 hours advance request. • No credits or refunds will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package or services included are used. VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL & CHAUFFEUR SERVICE • This service is subject to prior approval by the airport authorities, on a per flight basis • Your arrival experience will include being met from the aircraft gate, expedited through immigration and customs process • Chauffeurs will be parked outside the arrivals terminal to ensure a fast and efficient transfer away from the airport, while baggage porters are arranged to collect luggage and transfer out to your final destination. • In the event this service is not available for your specific flight, a private transfer from Faro’s airport in a chauffeured luxury vehicle will be arranged and the guest may use two exclusive services in our spa. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION CONDITIONS • Reservations must be confirmed in writing, with credit card details, in order to guarantee the booking. • Specific reservations conditions may apply for the Royal Suite CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES • Cancelation is free of charge up to the day prior to the first night stay. • In case of a no-­‐‑show or cancellations made with less than the required notice, the hotel will charge 25% of the total stay. • Specific cancelation policies for the Royal Suite apply EARLY DEPARTURES • For reductions in the length of stay or early departures, there is a charge of 50% on the number of nights reduced, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
