Travel itinerary on Agency letter head or a copy of tickets.
Photocopy of a recent bank statement (For tourist visa).
Copy of your Green Card (For Non-U.S. Citizens).

The Embassy fee must be paid by money order only. American Visa of DC will
charge $25 to obtain one if it is not provided.

All visas are issued after authorization is obtained from Angola. This process can
take several months.
Validity of Visas:

Tourist and business visas are valid for 3 months for stays of 90 days.
