Notice to Stoughton Residents
WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS
Effective December 1 to April 1
In accordance with the Traffic Rules and Orders of the Town of Stoughton no vehicles
other than one acting in an emergency shall be parked on any street, sidewalk or any
municipal off–street parking area for a period of time longer than one hours between the
hours of 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. of any day from December 1st to April 1st. Residents are also
reminded that the Town of Stoughton will not be liable for any damage done to
mailboxes, shrubs, lawns, fences, steps, sprinkler heads or trees which are within the
street layout due to snow removal activities.
The fine for violation of these parking regulations is $15.00 for each offense and/or
towing of vehicle at owner’s expense.

De acordo com as leis de transito da vila de Stoughton nehum veiculo alem dos
emergencia devera estacionar em nenhuma rua, passeio ou em parque municipal por um
periodo superior a uma hora entre as 1 da manha e as 6 da manha a partir do dia 1 de
Decembro ate 1 de Abril. Residentes sao lembrados que a vila de Stoughton nao e
responsavel para prejuizo a caixas do correio, arbustos, relvas, passos, aspersor, arvores
ou vedacoes que estao a beira da estrada enquanto se limpa a neve.
A multa para violacao de este regulamento de estacionamento de veiculos e $15.00 cada
offensa e reboque do veiculo e a custo do dono.
