Higher Education Institutions (HEIs): Min 7 HEIs
3 essential rules:
➢Min 2 HEIs per Partner Countries (2 HEIs from Brazil + 2
from Mexico)

Latin America Regional Priorities
➢ Modernisation/ development of curricula and new methodologies
Teacher training and education science, Social and behavioural science, Law,
Physical sciences, Engineering and engineering trades, Architecture and Building,
Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, Veterinary, Health, Environmental protection
➢ Modernisation of Governance and Management
➢ Learning and teaching tools, methodologies and pedagogical approaches (learning
outcomes and ICT-based practices)
➢ Internationalisation of higher education institutions (recognition mechanisms,
mobility, international relations capacities)
➢ Quality assurance processes and mechanisms
➢ Strengthening links between Higher Education and Society
➢ University-enterprise cooperation, entrepreneurship and employability of graduates
➢ Knowledge triangle, innovation (reinforcing links between education, research and
business)
➢ International cooperation at regional level (among countries from the same region)
or cross-regional level (among countries from different regions)
