This is to certify that on February 11, 2005, an Order {Order No . 2005-06 (D) } was issued
by this Office in the above entitled case, the dispositive portion of which reads as follows :
"WHEREFORE, this case is DISMISSED as all issues involving
the trademark "TORO & BULL HEAD DEVICE" has become MOOT
and ACADEMIC . Consequently, Trademark Application bearing
Serial No. 4-2001-0081 11 filed on October 29, 2001 for "TORO &
BULL HEAD DEVICE" used on herbicide is hereby considered
VOLUNTARILY WITHDRAWN . "
and that the same has, on March 20 , 2005 become final and executory and is hereby recorded in the
Book of Entries of Judgments.
IN VIEW THEREOF, the filewrapper of the trademark "TORO & BULL HEAD DEVICE"
bearing Serial No . 4-2001-008111 subject of the opposition case is transmitted to the Director,
Administrative, Financial and Human Resource Development Services Bureau (AFHRDSB) for
appropriate action in accordance with the aforementioned Order .
