The cover shows a vase filled with 11 tulips. The vase is one of the world famous Dutch Delft
vases, representing ICEVI’s origins in the Netherlands in 1952. On the vase is the ICEVI logo. The
individual tulips show the flags of the countries in which conferences have been held and the
diversity which has been brought to each of the conferences by holding them in many different
countries.
Back Cover – ICEVI Voices: The comments on the tulips were sent to the author from ICEVI
members during the course of his research. They are a few of the “Voices of ICEVI”.
