4 golden apples
12 lychees
5 pieces of crystallised ginger, chopped
1/2 tablespoon of butter
Juice of 1 lemon
6 Chinese crèpes
Icing sugar (to taste)
Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add all the ingredients and caramelize over a hot stove.

Place filling on spring roll sheets, fold sides over and roll. Follow the instructions on the packet.

Deep fry until golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with a portion of sweet egg pudding or a scoop of rich
vanilla ice-cream.
