First Anniversary!

With over 20 years of experience
in construction, Joe Moreira is the
ideal fit to keep Team Ghilotti’s
jobs running smoothly. Moreira
joined the “Team” back in 2010
after working as an area manager
for Ghilotti Construction for the last
17 years. Since then, Moreira has
managed several key projects
including a 12” Water Pipeline
Rehabilitation in St. Helena. Team
Ghilotti is fortunate to have such a
valuable employee.
Joe Moreira
Moreira has a wealth of knowledge of the construction
industry. He received a bachelor of science in Civil
Engineering from San Jose State University and in 2004 was
the President of the Engineering Contractors Association
(ECA).
Joe Moreira is experienced with both public and private work.
