Eurospital Coimbra 2006 Bulletin nº 2 Hello friends! The Eurospital Coimbra 2006 organization informs: 1 – Currency and Exchange money The currency used in Portugal is the EURO. In Coimbra there are no exchange money agencies. Only in banks it’s possible to do it. The timetable is 8:30 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday. The Organizing committee remembers to all the participants that the main goal of Eurospital is FRIENDSHIP. The rules that will guide the tournament, that were approved in Lille, are on the website www.eurospital.org and all the participants are invited to take a look. 5 – Music All the participants are invited to send the organization one or two music to be played during social dinners, and prize giving ceremony. 6 – Participants list. Please fill in participants list and send it, as soon as possible, to the organization. 7 – Children The costs for all-inclusive package,(Two dinners, two breakfasts, one lunch and two nights lodging) for children under 12 years old will be as follow: 7.1 – First 2 (two) free. 7.2 – Others beyond the first 2 (two), pay 50 % that is 50 €. 8 – Assurance. Although there will be health care services during Eurospital Coimbra 2006, they will not cover all the situations and that’s why the organization recommends all participants to have a travel and health care assurance.
