Company's First Issue and Addition, shall, on December 7, 2011, the right to redeem in
advance R$100 million of the balance of the nominal value of all outstanding debentures,
debentures
upon payment of a portion of the balance of the nominal value of all outstanding
debentures plus the remuneration,
emuneration, calculated pro rata temporis from the date of
payment of compensation immediately prior to the date of actual payment, plus a
premium of 0.50% on the value of that amortization.

The payment will follow the procedures adopted by Cetip, for the debentures custody
electronically on SND – Sistema Nacional de Debêntures (National
(National Debenture System).
