•O aumento do custo da

Estes filtros são concebidos
com o tipo de meio filtrante
para fazer a filtragem do particulado grosso, funcionando
como um pré-filtro.
Eles servem para a remoção
confiável de líquidos e partículas sólidas inferiores a 3 µm
existente no ar comprimido e
de gás, tendo uma eficiência
de separação de aproximadamente 99,99%.
A temperatura de operação
recomendada está na faixa
de 1.5°C a 60°C.
O conjunto do meio filtrante
plissado, com material em
microfibra de celulose, representa 75% de seu volume.
Em comparação com os sililares bobinado do mesmo
dimensional, oferecem 4 vezes
área filtrante.

mícron com uma eficiência de
separação de 99,99999% em
redes de ar comprimido e gases.

O núcleo do filtro, é a forma
de plissas com até 4
camadas de tecido sintético
fabricado a partir de tecido de
microfibra de borosilicato com
mais de 96% de volume vazio
que está rodeada por um
tecido de filtração adicional
em polipropileno oferecendo
suporte estrutural.
A temperatura indicada de operação não deve ultrapassar a
faixa de 1.5 °C à 60 °C.
Em comparação com um
elemento bobinado de
tamanho semelhante, o
plissado possibilita mais de 4

DIFILTRO - Filtro de Carvão Ativado
Os filtros de carvão ativado são
utilizados para absorção dos
hidrocarbonetos produzidos
pelos valores de óleo ou gases.
Em conjunto com um filtro de
da linha ultrafina (DC ... / 1) e
um equipamento de secagem
adequado, ao filtro DC... / 3
produz ar comprimido limpa,
que é tecnicamente isento de
óleo de acordo com os requisitos
para ar de respiração conforme
a norma DIN EN 12021 (anteriormente DIN 3188 ou BS 4275).
A temperatura de operação remendada deve estar entre 1.5°C
a 40°C.
O núcleo do filtro é constituido
por um tecido plissado com
microfibras impregnado com
carvão activado. É constituída
por uma concentrada de carvão
vegetal triturado, coberto em
ambos os lados por uma camada de filtração. Isto impede que
quaisquer partículas de carvão
activado entre no fluxo de gás.
Em comparação com um elemento de carvão granulado de
tamanho semelhante, o modelo
plissado permite área de filtrage
m para mais deduas vezes a área
da superfície do filtro com a respectiva quantidadede carvão activado.
