Introduction to Application 申請須知
1. ID Document 身份證明文件
Referring to the passport, visa (for PRC Citizen) or Macao ID Card (for Macao Citizen) as ID
Document. Please make sure that the related ID Document has a validity for the entry to Macao,
and the arrangements of visa shall be on the responsibility of the applicant.
身份證明文件指護照、入境簽證〈中國大陸居民適用〉或澳門居民身份證〈澳門居民適用〉。申
請人必須持有效身份證明文件方可入境澳門。如有需要，申請人必須自行申請入境簽證。
2. Application materials 申請人資料
An applicant must submit the following materials together in one application: an accreditation
application form, a passport photo, a copy of ID document.
申請人必須連同採訪報名表、相片和身份證明文件副本各乙份一併遞交。
3. Passport photo 申請人相片
Passport photo doesn’t need to be submitted again if the photo has been attached in the
application form.
如報名表已附上申請人相片，則無須另行遞交。
