Proof of enrollment in University indicating level of studies
English or Portuguese certificate

Health insurance (to be shown upon arrival)
AF must be sent 4 months before the Exchange!
*All the documents must be written in English or Portuguese
*UPLOAD all the documents in your e-AF
*WE ACCEPT ONLY MEDICAL AND DEGREE STUDENTS (UNTIL 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DEGREE
DATE).
*NO STUDENT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS ARE MISSING!!!
*E-AF with the Digital required documents must be sent at least 3 months before the exchange.
Special requirements: -Acomodation outside the calendar months are impossible.
-IFMSA-BR cannot and will not provide acomodation or board for any friends, relatives, fiancees or family of
incoming students.
-IFMSA-BR reserves the right to cancel any exchange if receives any complains of misconduct or unethical
practice both in hospital/lab as well as in the lodgings.
-The students responsible for such acts are held liable for any damage incurred during the research.

A TOURIST/ VISITOR'S VISA, EXCLUSIVELY. If your country has problems with this condition please
let us know as soon as possible!
*SCORE certificate will only be given for the students with at least 80% of the schedule completed, with the
Tutor's aprooval and AFTER the Evaluation Form is written. We take this condition VERY seriously! If
you student does not comply with this or the tutor says that the student's participation was not enough
to warrant the certificate, we will not provide it for the student.

Card of Acceptance at least (weeks before starting the RE Program): 8
Card of Confirmation at least (weeks before starting the RE Program): 4
Substitutions: -Maybe possible for the same period, city, project, sex and study status as originaly
confirmed.
-The substitute's AF MUST arrive to the NORE(IFMSA-BR) at least 30 days before the students arrival
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6 to 8 hours per day (depends on the project desired)
Board & Lodging: -Free in bilateral exchanges (The student gets one free meal per day).
-Unilateral exchanges: the student MUST PAY 300 Euros upon his/her arrival or the exchange will be
cancelled
Social Program: To be arranged and depends on each Local Committee (LC). Check it with your contact
person.
Pocket Money: No
