GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF TICKETS
1. Acceptance of GTCs by the Ticket Holder
Any use of 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™
(“Competition”) match tickets (in the form of a
paper ticket or other device) (“Tickets”) and the
terms of admission to the Stadium at which a
specific Competition match (“Match”) is taking place
will be subject to the following General Terms and
Conditions (“GTCs”) as established by FIFA Ticketing
AG and/or 2014 FIFA World Cup Venda de Ingressos
Ltda. (together with Fédération Internationale de
Football Association jointly referred to as “FIFA”).
Anyone who purchases, holds or uses a Ticket
(“Ticket Holder”) will have, or will be deemed to
have, fully and irrevocably agreed with FIFA to
these GTCs.
1. Aceitação dos TCGs pelo Detentor de Ingresso
O uso dos ingressos de partidas da Copa do Mundo
FIFA 2014TM (“Competição”), (sejam físicos ou
eletrônicos) (“Ingressos”), bem como os termos de
admissão aos Estádios nos quais uma partida
específica da Competição (“Partida”) esteja sendo
realizada estarão sujeitos aos Termos e Condições
Gerais (“TCGs”), conforme definidos pela FIFA
Ticketing AG e/ou pela 2014 FIFA World Cup Venda
de Ingressos Ltda. (em conjunto com a Fédération
Internationale de Football Association referidas
apenas como “FIFA”).
Considera-se que qualquer pessoa que compre,
detenha, ou use um Ingresso (“Detentor de
Ingresso”) concorda integralmente e
irrevogavelmente com a FIFA no que diz respeito
aos presentes TCGs.
2. Confirmation of GTCs and Stadium Code of
Conduct
In addition to Section 1, by completion and
submission to FIFA of an online or hard copy
application or order form for Tickets (“Ticket
Application Form”) each person who applies for and
purchases Tickets (“Ticket Applicant”) confirms
that:
(a) he/she has read, understood and accepted the
GTCs and applicable safety, security and other rules
of conduct adopted by FIFA in the stadium code of
conduct, which are published and available from the
sources identified in Clause 11.2 below (“Stadium
Code of Conduct”), and
(b) he/she undertakes that each individual
receiving a Ticket through the Ticket Applicant
(directly or indirectly) will have read, understood
and accepted these GTCs and the Stadium Code of
Conduct prior to receiving a Ticket (in addition to
the fact that any Ticket Holder will also be deemed
to have fully and irrevocably agreed with FIFA to
these GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct as per
Section 1 above). For that purpose, the Ticket
Applicant will provide a copy of these GTCs and the
Stadium Code of Conduct to the individuals
receiving Tickets from him/her or will direct the
individuals to the additional sources for copies of
these GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct that
are identified in Clause 11.2 below.
2. Confirmação dos TCGs e Código de Conduta no
Estádio
Em complemento ao disposto na Seção 1, a entrega
à FIFA de requerimento eletrônico ou físico, ou
formulário de pedido de Ingressos devidamente
preenchidos (“Formulário de Pedido de Ingresso”)
confirma que cada pessoa que solicite e compre
Ingressos (“Solicitante de Ingresso”):
(a) leu, entendeu e aceitou os TCGs e outras regras
de segurança e conduta definidas pela FIFA no
código de conduta no estádio, que serão publicadas
e disponibilizadas pelas pessoas indicadas na
Cláusula 11.2. abaixo (“Código de Conduta no
Estádio”), e
(b) garante que cada individuo que receba dele um
Ingresso (direta ou indiretamente) terá lido,
entendido e aceitado os TCGs e o Código de
Conduta no Estádio antes de receber um Ingresso
(em complemento ao fato de que também será
considerado que cada Detentor de Ingresso
concordou integral e irrevogavelmente com a FIFA a
respeito dos TCGs e ao Código de Conduta no
Estádio, nos termos da Seção 1 acima). Para esta
finalidade, o Solicitante de Ingresso deverá entregar
uma cópia destes TCGs e do Código de Conduta no
Estádio para os indivíduos que dele recebam
Ingressos ou deverá direcionar tais indivíduos para
as outras fontes de acesso às cópias destes TCGs e
do Código de Conduta no Estádio, indicados na
Cláusula 11.2. abaixo.
3. Entry to the Stadium and Stadium Conduct
3.1
Entry into a stadium, which includes specifically
indicated areas of the stadium being under the
control of the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities (as
defined in clause 3.3 below) on a Match day
(“Stadium”), will be authorised on a Match day
during the official opening hours as determined by
FIFA and only upon the presentation of a valid
Ticket by each person seeking to gain entrance,
regardless of his/her age. The Ticket Holder must
retain his/her Ticket during the Match for
verification purposes.

entorno do estádio especificamente indicadas que
estejam sob o controle das Autoridades da Copa do
Mundo da FIFA™ (conforme definido na cláusula 3.3
abaixo) no dia de uma Partida (“Estádio”), será
autorizada em dias de Partida durante os horários
oficiais de abertura, conforme determinado pela
FIFA, e apenas mediante a apresentação de um
Ingresso válido para cada pessoa que pretenda
entrar, independentemente de sua idade. O
Detentor de Ingresso deve manter o seu Ingresso
durante a Partida para fins de verificação.
3.2
Each Ticket is official evidence authorized by FIFA to
indicate a personal, revocable license to enter and
stay in the Stadium on a Match day during the
opening hours of the Stadium as determined by FIFA
subject to the terms and conditions set forth under
these GTCs and applicable laws. This means that a
Ticket shows permission from FIFA to enter and
remain in the Stadium subject to the conditions
identified in these GTCs, in particular in this Clause
3. FIFA remains the owner of the Ticket. All Ticket
Holders must comply with:
(a) the GTCs,
(b) the sales regulations applicable to the Ticket
Applicant outlined in the Ticket Application Form,
which is available through the sources identified in
Clause 11.2 below (the “Ticket Sales Regulations”),
(c) the Stadium Code of Conduct, and/or
(d) any other relevant laws, by-laws, regulations,
ordinances or instructions given by FIFA, the local
organizing committee for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™
(Copa do Mundo da FIFA 2014 – Comitê Organizador
Brasileiro Ltda.) (“LOC”), the FIFA Ticketing Centre
(“FTC”), the FIFA Ticketing Office (“FTO”), the
Stadium management and/or the Brazilian public
authority(ies) responsible for safety and security in
connection with the Match, and their respective
employees, volunteers, agents, representatives,
officers and directors (together the “FIFA World
Cup™ Authorities”)
3.2
Cada Ingresso é um comprovante oficial, autorizado
pela FIFA, que indica uma licença pessoal e
revogável para entrada e permanência no Estádio
em um dia de Partida, durante os horários de
abertura do Estádio, conforme determinados pela
FIFA, sujeito aos termos e condições previstos
nestes TCGs e na legislação aplicável. Isso significa
que o Ingresso comprova a permissão da FIFA para
entrar e permanecer no Estádio, sujeita às
condições previstas nestes TCGs, especialmente
nesta Seção 3. A FIFA continua sendo a proprietária
do Ingresso. Todos os Detentores de Ingresso
devem observar:
(a) os TCGs,
(b) o regulamento de venda aplicável ao Solicitante
de Ingresso, indicado no Formulário de Pedido de
Ingresso, que poderá ser obtido por meio das
fontes mencionadas na Cláusula 11.2 abaixo (o
“Regulamento de Venda de Ingressos”)
(c) o Código de Conduta no Estádio, e/ou
(d) quaisquer leis, estatutos, regulamentos,
portarias ou instruções dadas pela FIFA, pelo Copa
do Mundo da FIFA 2014 – Comitê Organizador
Brasileiro Ltda.) (“COL”), pelo Centro de Venda de
Ingressos da FIFA (FIFA Ticketing Centre -“FTC”),
pelo Escritório de Venda de Ingressos da FIFA (FIFA
Ticketing Office - “FTO”), pelas administrações dos
Estádios e/ou pelas autoridades públicas brasileiras
que sejam responsáveis pela segurança relativa à
Partida, e pelos seus respectivos empregados,
voluntários, agentes, representantes,
administradores e dirigentes (em conjunto,
“Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™”)
3.3
a) A Ticket, and consequently the license to enter
and stay in a Stadium, will be automatically
revoked in case of a violation of any terms of
the GTCs, the Stadium Code of Conduct, the
Ticket Sales Regulations and/or any of the
relevant laws, by-laws, regulations, ordinances
of, or instructions given by, the FIFA World
Cup™ Authorities. Examples of prohibited
conduct include: to be noticeably under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or any
behaviour-modifying substance; to express any
offensive messages, of racist nature,
xenophobic nature, or which stimulate other
forms of discrimination; to promote any
political, ideological messages or any charitable
cause; to hinder or harass other individuals,
including players and Match officials; to
behave, or to show a tendency to behave
violently, harmfully or in a manner likely to
disrupt public order.
b) Examples of items prohibited in the Stadium
include: weapons of any kind or anything that
could be used as a weapon, fireworks, flares or
other pyrotechnics, commercial materials or
similar items which could infringe any rights of
FIFA for the Competition, and other objects
which could compromise public safety and/or
harm the reputation of the Competition.
c) Examples of instructions that may be given by
the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities include: an
instruction by which a Ticket Holder is
requested to leave the stadium, move to a
different seat for safety and security reasons,
due to technical requirements or to ensure the
orderly and smooth implementation of the
Competition, and to cover or to remove any
materials displaying commercial or otherwise
prohibited content.
3.3
a) O Ingresso, e consequentemente a licença para
entrar e permanecer no Estádio, serão
automaticamente revogados em caso de violação
de quaisquer dispositivos dos TCGs, do Código de
Conduta no Estádio, do Regulamento de Venda de
Ingressos e/ou de quaisquer leis, estatutos,
regulamentos, portarias, bem como de instruções
das Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™. São
exemplos de conduta proibida: estar visivelmente
sob o efeito de álcool, narcóticos ou qualquer
substancia entorpecente; expressar mensagens
ofensivas, de natureza racista ou xenofóbica, ou
que estimulem outras formas de discriminação;
promover mensagens políticas ou ideológicas ou
qualquer forma de caridade; assediar ou incomodar
outras pessoas, inclusive jogadores ou oficiais das
Partidas; comportar-se (ou demonstrar tendência a
se comportar) de forma violenta, agressiva ou de
maneira que possa perturbar a ordem pública.
(b) São exemplos de itens proibidos nos Estádios:
armas de qualquer tipo ou qualquer objeto que
possa ser usado como arma, fogos de artifício,
sinalizadores ou artigos pirotécnicos, material
comercial ou itens similares que possam infringir
quaisquer direitos da FIFA sobre a Competição, e
outros objetos que possam pôr em risco a
segurança pública e/ou prejudicar a reputação da
Competição.
(c) São exemplos de instruções que podem ser
dadas pelas Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da
FIFA™: uma ordem solicitando que um Detentor de
Ingresso deixe o Estádio, ou que se mude para
outro assento por motivos de segurança, de
requisitos técnicos ou para assegurar a realização
ordenada e tranquila da Competição, e uma ordem
solicitando que se cubra ou se remova materiais
exibindo conteúdo comercial ou de outra forma
proibido.
3.4.
The FIFA World Cup™ Authorities may give
instructions on the basis of these GTCs, the Sales
Regulations and the Stadium Code of Conduct. The
FIFA World Cup™ Authorities will be entitled to
carry out checks on any Ticket Holder. Each Ticket
Holder is required to cooperate with the FIFA World
Cup™ Authorities. The Ticket Holder must provide
proof of his/her identity, including photographic
identification, upon request, and must consent to

3.5
Individuals who have been banned from attending
football matches by competent authorities or sports
governing bodies in any country, or who are
considered as a security risk, are prohibited from
receiving Tickets and from entering or remaining in
the Stadium.

3.6
Ticket Holders leaving the Stadium will not be readmitted
unless otherwise approved by the FIFA
World Cup™ Authorities. The FIFA World Cup™
Authorities will not replace any lost Tickets.

Detentores de Ingresso que deixarem o Estádio não
poderão entrar novamente, salvo se aprovado pelas
Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™. As
Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™ não
substituirão quaisquer Ingressos perdidos.
3.7
Each Ticket is personalised with the identification of
the Ticket Applicant and numbered to identify a
specific seat. Each Ticket Holder must sit in the seat
allocated to the respective Ticket. However, the
FIFA World Cup™ Authorities reserve the right to
substitute the seat identified on the Ticket with
another seat, if appropriate for security or technical
reasons, even if the seat is in a different block but
at least of the equivalent category. THE TICKET
HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SUCH
SUBSTITUTION DOES NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF
THE SEAT AND THE SERVICES WHICH A TICKET
HOLDER IS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE WITH THE TICKET
AND DOES NOT ENTITLE THE TICKET HOLDER FOR
ANY REFUND OR FURTHER COMPENSATION.
3.7
Cada Ingresso é personalizado com a identificação
do Solicitante de Ingresso e numerado para indicar
um assento específico. Cada Detentor de Ingresso
deve sentar no assento atribuído ao respectivo
Ingresso. Entretanto, as Autoridades da Copa do
Mundo da FIFA™ se reservam o direito de substituir
o assento identificado no Ingresso por outro, em
caso de motivos técnicos ou de segurança, mesmo
que o novo assento esteja em setor diferente, mas
em categoria no mínimo equivalente. O DETENTOR
DE INGRESSO RECONHECE QUE TAL SUBSTITUIÇÃO
NÃO ALTERA O VALOR DO ASSENTO E DOS
SERVIÇOS QUE O DETENTOR DE INGRESSO TEM
DIREITO DE RECEBER COM O INGRESSO, E NÃO
CONFERE AO DETENTOR DE INGRESSO QUALQUER
DIREITO DE REEMBOLSO OU DE COMPENSAÇÃO.
3.8
The FIFA World Cup™ Authorities cannot guarantee:
(a) that a specific player or team will participate in
the Match;
(b) the duration of the Match;
(c) THAT THE TICKET HOLDER WILL HAVE ENTIRELY
UNINTERRUPTED AND/OR UNINHIBITED VIEW OF
THE MATCH FROM THE SEAT PROVIDED;
THE TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY
OF THE ABOVE DOES NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF
THE SEAT AND/OR THE SERVICES WHICH A TICKET
HOLDER IS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE WITH THE TICKET
AND DOES NOT ENTITLE THE TICKET HOLDER FOR
3.8
As Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™ não
podem garantir:
(a) que um jogador ou time específico participará
da Partida;
(b) o tempo de duração da Partida;
(c) QUE O DETENTOR DE INGRESSO TERÁ UMA
VISÃO INTEIRAMENTE ININTERRUPTA E
DESOBSTRUÍDA DA PARTIDA NO ASSENTO
DESIGNADO;
O DETENTOR DE INGRESSO RECONHECE QUE AS
MUDANÇAS ACIMA NÃO ALTERAM O VALOR DO
ASSENTO E/OU DOS SERVIÇOS QUE O DETENTOR
DE INGRESSO TEM DIREITO DE RECEBER COM O
INGRESSO, E NÃO CONFERE AO DETENTOR DE
ANY REFUND OR FURTHER COMPENSATION. INGRESSO QUALQUER DIREITO DE REEMBOLSO
OU
DE COMPENSAÇÃO.
3.9
DUE TO APPLICABLE LAWS IN BRAZIL, THE
PURCHASE OR USE OF CERTAIN TICKETS BY
RESIDENTS OF BRAZIL IS SUBJECT TO A PERSONAL
CONDITION DEFINED BY LAW (INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO AGE OR RESIDENCE) (THE
“PERSONAL CONDITION”). THESE PERSONAL
CONDITIONS DO NOT APPLY TO INDIVIDUALS NOT
BEING A RESIDENT OF BRAZIL.
IF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF A TICKET IS SUBJECT
TO A PERSONAL CONDITION , IN ADDITION TO
PROOF OF HIS/HER IDENTITY, THE TICKET HOLDER
MUST CARRY AND PRESENT AT ANY TIME, UPON
REQUEST OF THE FIFA WORLD CUPTM AUTHORITIES,
THE REQUIRED OFFICIAL BRAZILIAN DOCUMENTS
WHICH EVIDENCE HIS/HER FULFILMENT OF THE
PERSONAL CONDITION REQUIRED FOR THE
PURCHASE OR USE OF THE TICKET.
THIS MEANS THAT, REGARDLESS OF THE
PROVISION IN ITEM 3.2, A TICKET WHICH IS
SUBJECT TO A PERSONAL CONDITION DOES NOT
GRANT BY ITSELF (WITHOUT THE PRESENTATION
OF THE REQUIRED OFFICIAL BRAZILIAN
DOCUMENTS), PERMISSION FROM FIFA TO ENTER
AND REMAIN IN THE STADIUM.
3.9
EM RAZÃO DAS LEIS APLICÁVEIS NO BRASIL, A
AQUISIÇÃO OU USO DE DETERMINADOS
INGRESSOS POR PESSOAS RESIDENTES NO BRASIL
É SUJEITA A UMA CONDIÇÃO PESSOAL DEFINIDA
EM LEI (INCLUINDO MAS NÃO SE LIMITANDO A
IDADE OU RESIDÊNCIA) (“CONDIÇÃO PESSOAL”).
TAIS CONDIÇÕES PESSOAIS NÃO SÃO APLICÁVEIS
ÀS PESSOAS NÃO RESIDENTES NO BRASIL.
SE A AQUISIÇÃO OU USO DE UM INGRESSO FOREM
SUJEITOS A UMA CONDIÇÃO PESSOAL, ALÉM DE
PROVA DE SUA IDENTIDADE, O DETENTOR DE
INGRESSO DEVERÁ PORTAR E APRESENTAR A
QUALQUER TEMPO, MEDIANTE SOLICITAÇÃO DAS
AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA FIFA™, O
DOCUMENTO BRASILEIRO OFICIAL NECESSÁRIO
PARA DEMONSTRAR SEU PREENCHIMENTO DA
CONDIÇÃO PESSOAL NECESSÁRIA PARA A
AQUISIÇÃO OU USO DO INGRESSO.
ISSO SIGNIFICA QUE, INDEPENDENTEMENTE DO
DISPOSTO NO ITEM 3.2, UM INGRESSO QUE É
SUJEITO A UMA CONDIÇÃO PESSOAL NÃO
CONCEDE POR SI SÓ (SEM A APRESENTAÇÃO DO
DOCUMENTO BRASILEIRO OFICIAL NECESSÁRIO)
PERMISSÃO DA FIFA PARA ENTRAR E
PERMANECER NO ESTÁDIO.
4. Limitation on Transfer of Tickets
4.1
TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE,
OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS
COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR
OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY
WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT
OF FIFA. FIFA will only give such consent in case a
Ticket Holder (i) wishes to transfer a Ticket to a
privately invited guest or family member for free or
for the price charged to the Ticket Holder by FIFA,
(ii) is seriously ill or has died, or (iii) any other
reasons which may be defined by FIFA in the Ticket
transfer and resale policy available
on www.FIFA.com (“Ticket Transfer/Resale Policy”).
The process for selling, offering for sale, reselling,
donating or otherwise transferring a Ticket through
FIFA’s official Ticketing platform, and obtaining
FIFA´s consent, is described in the Ticket
Transfer/Resale Policy.
The purposes for the rule limiting any Ticket
transfers include: (i) event security, (ii) consumer
protection and (iii) economic fairness as described

OS DETENTORES DE INGRESSOS NÃO PODERÃO
VENDER, OFERECER PARA VENDA, OFERECER EM
LEILÕES, REVENDER, DOAR, ATUAR COMO AGENTE

QUALQUER FORMA TRANSFERIR SEUS INGRESSOS
SEM O CONSENTIMENTO PRÉVIO E POR ESCRITO
DA FIFA. A FIFA dará este consentimento apenas
nos seguintes casos: (i) o Detentor de Ingresso
pretenda transferir o Ingresso para um convidado
particular ou para um membro de sua família,
gratuitamente ou pelo preço cobrado do Detentor
de Ingresso pela FIFA, (ii) o Detentor de Ingresso
esteja com doença grave ou tenha falecido, ou (iii)
qualquer outra razão que tenha sido definida pela
FIFA na política de transferência e revenda de
Ingressos disponível em www.FIFA.com (“Política
de Transferência/Revenda de Ingressos”)
O Processo de venda, oferta para venda, revenda,
doação ou qualquer forma de transferência de
Ingresso por meio da plataforma oficial de
transferência de Ingressos da FIFA, bem como para

na Política de Transferência/Revenda de Ingressos.
Os objetivos da regra que limita qualquer
transferência de Ingressos incluem: (i) a segurança
do evento, (ii) a proteção ao consumidor, e (iii) o
tratamento igualitário aos Solicitantes de Ingressos,
conforme descrito com maiores detalhes no site
www.FIFA.com.
4.2
Tickets may only be purchased through official sales
channels authorised by FIFA, such as
via www.FIFA.com, any official ticketing centres or
any official sales agents. Any Ticket obtained from
any other source (for example, unauthorised
intermediaries such as ticket brokers, internet
auctions, internet ticket agents, internet or other
unofficial ticket exchange platforms) will be
automatically rendered void and invalid. Upon
request from FIFA, Ticket Holders must explain how,
from whom, for what consideration and from
where they obtained their Tickets.
4.2
Os Ingressos só podem ser adquiridos por meio de
canais oficiais de venda autorizados pela FIFA, tais
como www.FIFA.com, qualquer centro oficial de
venda de Ingressos ou qualquer agente oficial de
venda. Qualquer Ingresso obtido por qualquer
outro meio (por exemplo, intermediários sem
autorização tais como cambistas, leilões de
internet, vendedores de Ingressos pela internet,
internet ou outras plataformas não oficiais de
trocas de Ingressos) será automaticamente
considerado nulo e inválido. Mediante solicitação
da FIFA, os Detentores de Ingressos deverão
explicar como, de quem, por quanto e de onde os
Ingressos foram obtidos.
4.3
Ticket Holders acknowledges that certain activities
related to the undue sale or use of Tickets may
represent a criminal act under the laws of Brazil, in
particular Law No. 10671, dated May 15, 2003 and
other applicable legislation. Ticket Holders are
advised to obtain information about the applicable
laws relating to the undue sale or use of Tickets.
4.3
O Detentor de Ingresso reconhece que
determinadas atividades relacionadas com a venda
e uso irregulares de Ingressos poderão configurar
crime de acordo com as leis do Brasil, em especial a

Ingressos se informem sobre as leis aplicáveis à
venda e uso irregulares de Ingressos.
5. Sound and Image recordings
5.1
Any Ticket Holder attending the Match expressly
acknowledges that (i) FIFA owns and controls all of
the commercial and intellectual property rights in
relation to the Match and the Competition; and (ii)
it is a public Competition that is being recorded. To
the greatest extent permitted by applicable law,
any person attending the Match unconditionally
agrees that use may be made in perpetuity, for
commercial purposes or otherwise, free of charge
or any compensation, of his/her voice, image,
photograph and likeness by means of live or
recorded video display, broadcast, streaming or
other transmission or recording, photographs or
any other current and/or future media technologies
(now known or hereinafter invented and/or
devised), and irrevocably consents to the use of
such voice, image, photograph or likeness by FIFA
or third parties authorised by FIFA to use such

imagem, fotografia ou similar, por meio da exibição
de vídeo gravado ou ao vivo, radiodifusão,
streaming ou outra transmissão ou gravação,
fotografias ou qualquer outra tecnologia de mídia
conhecida atualmente ou que venha a ser
inventada, e irrevogavelmente autoriza o uso de tal
voz, imagem, fotografia ou similar pela FIFA ou
media. Any Ticket Holder attending a Match or
person collecting a Ticket consents to the use of
image recording devices for safety and security
purposes. Each Ticket Holder waives in advance all
rights and actions seeking to oppose such use,
subject to applicable laws. FIFA (and third parties
authorised by FIFA with respect to the use of such
media) will be bound by, and comply with, all
applicable laws with respect to any use they may
make of such media.

5.2
Ticket Holders may not record or transmit any
sound, moving or still image or description of the
Match (or any result, data or statistic of the Match)
other than for private use. It is strictly forbidden to
disseminate any sound, moving or still image,
description, data, result or statistic of the Match, in
whole or in part, for any sort of public access,
irrespective of the transmission form, whether over
the internet, radio, television, mobile phone, data
accessory or any other current and/or future media
(now known or hereinafter invented and/or
devised). Ticket Holders may not assist any other
person(s) to conduct such activities.
5.2
Os Detentores de Ingresso não poderão gravar ou
transmitir qualquer som, imagem estática ou em
movimento ou descrição da Partida (ou de qualquer
resultado, informação ou estatística da Partida)
salvo para uso privado. É estritamente vedada a
disseminação de qualquer som, imagem estática ou
em movimento, descrição, informação, resultado
ou estatística da Partida, no todo ou em parte, para
qualquer tipo de acesso público,
independentemente da forma de transmissão, seja
via internet, radio, televisão, telefone celular,
qualquer equipamento de transmissão de
informações, ou qualquer outra mídia existente ou
que venha a ser inventada. Os Detentores de
Ingressos não poderão auxiliar outras pessoas na
prática de tais atividades.
6. Prohibitions Regarding Ambush Marketing and
Other Marketing Activities
6.1
Ticket Holders may not engage in any form of
activity which may result in any direct or indirect
commercial association with FIFA, the Competition
or parts of it or its commercial affiliates without the
authorisation of FIFA, whether by way of an
unauthorised use of logos or otherwise (“Ambush
Marketing”).

envolver em qualquer forma de atividade que possa
resultar em associação comercial direta ou indireta
com a FIFA, a Competição ou partes dela, ou com

FIFA, seja por meio de uso não autorizado de logos
ou por qualquer outro meio (“Marketing de
Emboscada”).
6.2
At the Stadia on Match days, Ticket Holders are
strictly prohibited from using, wearing, possessing
or holding promotional or commercial objects and
materials, or offering to sell, selling or possessing
with the intent to sell beverages, food, souvenirs,
clothes, or other promotional and/or commercial
items. All such items may be removed or
confiscated by the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities
without any compensation payable to the Ticket
Holder, who may receive back such items
immediately after the Match.
6.2
Os Detentores de Ingressos estarão estritamente
proibidos de usar, vestir, possuir ou carregar
objetos e materiais comerciais ou promocionais, ou
oferecer para venda, vender ou possuir com a
intenção de vender bebidas, comidas, souvenires,
roupas, ou outros itens comerciais e/ou
promocionais nos Estádios em dias de Partida.
Todos os referidos produtos poderão ser retirados
ou confiscados pelas Autoridades da Copa do
Mundo FIFATM, sem qualquer pagamento de
compensação financeira aos Detentores de
Ingressos, que poderão receber de volta tais
produtos imediatamente após a Partida.
6.3
Ticket Holders are strictly prohibited from providing
any type of commercial service or undertaking any
commercial promotions in the Stadium, unless
expressly authorised by FIFA in writing.

Os Detentores de Ingressos estarão estritamente
proibidos de realizar qualquer atividade comercial
ou participar de qualquer promoção comercial nos
Estádios, exceto se aprovado expressamente por
escrito pela FIFA.
6.4
Ticket Holders are strictly prohibited from handing
out pamphlets or information relating to, or in any
way promoting or drawing attention to, any
business, cause, charity or concern, whether
commercial or not, in the Stadium, unless expressly
authorised by FIFA in writing.

proibidos de entregar panfletos ou informações, ou
qualquer outra forma de promover ou chamar a
atenção relacionados a qualquer negócio, causa
(comercial ou não) ou caridade nos Estádios, exceto
se autorizado expressamente por escrito pela FIFA.
6.5
Ticket Holders may not use a Ticket for commercial
purposes, such as for promotions or advertising
activities or use as a prize in a competition or
sweepstake.

Ingresso para fins comerciais, tais como promoções
ou atividades de divulgação, bem como utilizar
como prêmio em competições ou sorteios.
6.6
Tickets may not be sold as part of a, or otherwise
included in, travel package (for example combining
Tickets with flights and/or a hotel room night) or an
on-site or off-site hospitality package (for example
combining Tickets with pre- or post-Match catering
services), without the prior written approval of
FIFA.

Os Ingressos não poderão ser vendidos como parte
ou de qualquer forma incluídos em pacotes de
viagem (como, por exemplo, em conjunto com voos
e/ou diárias de hotel) ou pacotes incluindo serviços
de hospitalidade dentro ou fora das áreas de
hospitalidade localizadas nos estádios ou ao redor
deles (como, por exemplo, em conjunto com
serviços de catering antes ou depois da Partida),
sem a prévia aprovação por escrito da FIFA.
7. Acceptance of Risk and Limited Liability
7.1
EACH TICKET HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
BEHAVING AT THE STADIUM IN A WAY WHICH
SAFEGUARDS HIS/HER OWN PERSONAL SAFETY
AND THE SAFETY OF ANY MINORS OR OTHER
PERSONS WITHOUT LEGAL CAPACITY (“INCAPABLE
INDIVIDUAL”) USING A TICKET PURCHASED BY
THE TICKET HOLDER, IN HIS/HER OWN NAME AND
ON BEHALF OF ANY INCAPABLE INDIVIDUAL, AND
ACCEPTS ALL RISKS AND DANGERS WHICH THE
TICKET HOLDER OR ANY SUCH INCAPABLE
INDIVIDUAL MAY FACE OR ENDURE WHILE
ATTENDING THE MATCH AND WAIVES ANY CLAIMS
AGAINST THE FIFA WORLD CUP™ AUTHORITIES
RELATING TO SUCH RISKS AND DANGERS. THE
TICKET HOLDER (IN HIS/HER OWN NAME AND ON
BEHALF OF ANY SUCH INCAPABLE INDIVIDUAL)
AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE
RISKS TO HIS/HER PERSONAL SAFETY OR PROPERTY
LOSS ON THE WAY TO, OR FROM, AND OUTSIDE
OF, OR WITHIN, THE STADIUM.

INCAPAZ, E ACEITA TODOS OS RISCOS E PERIGOS
QUE O DETENTOR DE INGRESSO OU QUALQUER
DEPENDENTE POSSA ENFRENTAR OU SOFRER
ENQUANTO ESTIVER PRESENTE À PARTIDA BEM
COMO RENUNCIA A QUALQUER MEDIDA CONTRA
AS AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA FIFA™
RELATIVAS A TAIS RISCOS E PERIGOS. O DETENTOR
DE INGRESSO (EM SEU NOME OU EM NOME DE
QUALQUER PESSOA INCAPAZ) CONCORDA E
RECONHECE QUE HÁ RISCOS À SUA SEGURANÇA E
DE PERDA DE SEUS PERTENCES A CAMINHO DO
ESTÁDIO, NO CAMINHO DE VOLTA DO ESTÁDIO,
NOTHING IN THESE GTCS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR
EXCLUDE ANY RIGHTS THAT MAY NOT BE WAIVED
BY A TICKET HOLDER UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAWS,
SUCH AS
(A) TO ACCEPT RISKS OR DANGERS FROM, OR
WAIVE RIGHTS TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM,
CULPABLE ACTS FROM THE FIFA WORLD CUP™
AUTHORITIES; OR
(B) TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT ANY LIABILITY FOR
DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM THE
NEGLIGENCE OR IMPROPER CONDUCT BY THE FIFA
WORLD CUP™ AUTHORITIES.

DECORRENTE, DE ATOS CULPOSOS COMETIDOS
PELAS AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA
FIFA™; OU
(B) EXCLUIR OU RESTRINGIR QUALQUER
RESPONSABILIDADE POR MORTE OU LESÃO
CORPORAL RESULTANTE DE NEGLIGÊNCIA OU
CONDUTA IMPRÓPRIA DAS AUTORIDADES DA COPA
DO MUNDO DA FIFA™.
7.2
Each of the respective entities referred to as the
FIFA World Cup™ Authorities have independent
roles and responsibilities in connection with the
Competition. Each of the FIFA World Cup™
Authorities is responsible for its own acts and
omissions.

funções e responsabilidades em relação à

8. Orders of the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities and
Non-compliance by Ticket Holder
8.1
In the event of a violation of any terms of the GTCs,
the Ticket Sales Regulations, the Stadium Code of
Conduct or any of the relevant laws, by-laws,
regulations, ordinances of, or instructions given by,
the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities, in addition to the
other rights and remedies that the FIFA World Cup™
Authorities may have, a Ticket will be automatically
rendered null and void and the FIFA World Cup™
Authorities will, as the case may be,
(a) refuse entry into the Stadium to the Ticket
Holder;
(b) eject the Ticket Holder from the Stadium;
(c) seize the Ticket;
(d) electronically cancel the Ticket, and any other
Tickets bearing the Ticket Holder’s name if such
other Tickets are determined to have also been
subject of a violation;
8. Ordens das Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da
FIFA™ e Não Cumprimento pelo Detentor de
Ingresso
8.1
Em caso de violação de qualquer das disposições
dos TCGs, do Regulamento de Venda de Ingressos,
do Código de Conduta no Estádio ou de quaisquer
outras leis, estatutos, regulamentos ou portarias,
ou de instruções dadas pelas Autoridades da Copa
do Mundo da FIFA™, o Ingresso será
automaticamente considerado nulo e inválido e as
Autoridades da Copa do Mundo da FIFA™ irão,
conforme o caso, e sem prejuízo de outras medidas
cabíveis:
(a) impedir a entrada do Detentor de Ingresso no
Estádio;
(b) expulsar o Detentor de Ingresso do Estádio;
(c) confiscar o Ingresso;
(d) cancelar eletronicamente o Ingresso, bem como
quaisquer outros Ingressos que estejam em nome
do Detentor de Ingresso, caso se verifique tais
outros Ingressos também tenham sido objeto de

(f) notify governmental authorities of any such
violation.

If a Ticket is rendered null and void, admission is
refused, or the Ticket Holder accesses the Stadium
on the basis of wrongful conduct (such as seeking
access with a Ticket obtained through any Ticket
sources not authorized by FIFA) or a Ticket Holder is
ejected from the Stadium based on a violation of
the GTCs, the Ticket Sales Regulations, the Stadium
Code of Conduct or any of the relevant laws, bylaws,
regulations, ordinances of, or instructions
given by, the FIFA World Cup™ Authorities, the
Ticket Holder is not entitled to any refund or
further compensation, subject to applicable laws.
BRAZILIAN RESIDENTS ONLY:
In case a Ticket is rendered null and void due to a
Ticket Applicants misrepresentation on his/her or
his/her Guest’s fulfilment of a Personal Condition to
which a Ticket is subject to, the Ticket Sales
Regulations for the Brazilian Market shall apply and
supersede this Clause 8.2 with respect to the
cancellation of the relevant Tickets and any refund
or further compensation related thereto.

do Estádio com base em violação dos TCGs, do
Regulamento de Venda de Ingressos, do Código de
Conduta no Estádio ou de quaisquer leis, estatutos,
regulamentos ou portarias aplicáveis, ou de
instruções dadas pelas Autoridades da Copa do
Mundo da FIFA™, o Detentor de Ingresso não fará
jus a reembolso ou qualquer outra forma de
compensação, nos termos da legislação aplicável.
APENAS PARA RESIDENTES NO BRASIL:
Caso um Ingresso seja considerado nulo e inválido
em razão de declaração falsa do Solicitante de
Ingresso relativa ao preenchimento, por ele ou por
um Convidado, de uma Condição Pessoal a qual o
Ingresso está sujeita, o Regulamento de Venda de
Ingressos para o mercado brasileiro será aplicável e
prevalecerá sobre esta cláusula 8.2 com relação ao
cancelamento do referido Ingresso e qualquer
reembolso ou compensação a ele relacionadas.

In addition to the remedies identified in Section 8.1
and 8.2, and other remedies permitted by law or in
equity, the Ticket Holder agrees to give overall
revenues or other consideration received from an
unauthorised transfer of Tickets to FIFA to provide
these revenues to a charitable organisation
identified by FIFA in the event neither FIFA nor any
FIFA designated rights holder has a claim to the
revenue or other consideration.
8.3
Além das medidas indicadas nas Cláusulas 8.1 e 8.2
e outras medidas permitidas por lei, o Detentor de
Ingresso concorda em entregar à FIFA todas as
receitas ou outros proveitos auferidos com a
transferência não autorizada de Ingressos, para que
a FIFA repasse tais receitas a uma organização de
caridade por ela escolhida, caso nem a FIFA nem
outro detentor de direitos designado pela FIFA
tenha direito a tal receita ou outros proveitos.
8.4
EACH TICKET HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE
OF HIS/HER TICKET AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, ANY TICKET
HOLDER INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE
FIFA WORLD CUP™ AUTHORITIES FROM AND
AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, COSTS, DAMAGES
AND LIABILITIES SUFFERED AND/OR INCURRED IN

PELO USO DE SEU INGRESSO E, NA MEDIDA EM
QUE SEJA PERMITIDO PELA LEI APLICÁVEL,
QUALQUER DETENTOR DE INGRESSO DEVERÁ
INDENIZAR E MANTER INDENE AS AUTORIDADES
DA COPA DO MUNDO DA FIFA™ DE TODA E
QUALQUER RECLAMAÇÃO, CUSTO, DANO E
CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF OR
RESULTING FROM:
(A) HIS/HER MISUSE OF A TICKET; OR
(B) THE MISUSE OF A TICKET BY AN INCAPABLE
INDIVIDUAL IF THE TICKET WAS PURCHASED BY
THE TICKET HOLDER; OR
(C) THE MISUSE OF A TICKET BY ANY OTHER
THIRD PARTY WHICH HAS OBTAINED, DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY, A TICKET THROUGH THE TICKET
HOLDER; OR
(D) A VIOLATION OF THE GTCS, THE TICKET SALES
REGULATIONS, THE STADIUM CODE OF CONDUCT
OR ANY OF THE RELEVANT LAWS, BY-LAWS,
REGULATIONS, ORDINANCES OF, OR
INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY, THE FIFA WORLD CUP™
AUTHORITIES.
AMONGST OTHER THINGS, THIS MEANS: IF A
TICKET HOLDER VIOLATES THE GTCS, THE TICKET
SALES REGULATIONS, THE STADIUM CODE OF
CONDUCT OR ANY LAWS, BY-LAWS, REGULATIONS
OR ORDINANCES OF THE FIFA WORLD CUP
AUTHORITIES, HE/SHE WILL HAVE TO TAKE FULL
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND PAY FOR ANY
DAMAGE, INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS THAT THE FIFA
WORLD CUP™ AUTHORITIES MAY INCUR, IN
MANAGING OR RESOLVING THE PROBLEMS CAUSE
BY THE VIOLATION.
RESPONSABILIDADE SOFRIDA E/OU INCORRIDA,
EM RAZÃO OU EM DECORRÊNCIA DE:
(a) USO INDEVIDO DE UM INGRESSO; OU
(b) USO INDEVIDO DE UM INGRESSO POR UM
PESSOA INCAPAZ CASO O INGRESSO TENHA SIDO
ADQUIRIDO PELO DETENTOR DE INGRESSO; OU
(c) USO INDEVIDO DE INGRESSO POR QUALQUER
TERCEIRO QUE TENHA OBTIDO, DIRETA OU
INDIRETAMENTE, UM INGRESSO DO DETENTOR DE
INGRESSO; OU
(d) UMA VIOLAÇÃO DOS TCGS, DO REGULAMENTO
DE VENDA DE INGRESSOS, DO CÓDIGO DE
CONDUTA NO ESTÁDIO OU DE QUAISQUER LEIS,
ESTATUTOS, REGULAMENTOS OU PORTARIAS
APLICÁVEIS, OU DE INSTRUÇÕES DADAS PELAS
AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA FIFA™.
DENTRE OUTRAS COISAS, O DISPOSTO NA
PRESENTE CLÁUSULA SIGNIFICA: SE UM DETENTOR
DE INGRESSO VIOLAR OS TCGs, O REGULAMENTO
DE VENDA DE INGRESSOS, O CÓDIGO DE CONDUTA
NO ESTÁDIO OU QUAISQUER LEIS, ESTATUTOS,
REGULAMENTOS OU PORTARIAS DAS
AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA FIFA™,
ESTE SERÁ OBRIGADO A ASSUMIR A COMPLETA
RESPONSABILIDADE FINANCEIRA E PAGAR POR
QUALQUER DANO, INCLUINDO CUSTAS JUDICIAIS
QUE AS AUTORIDADES DA COPA DO MUNDO DA
FIFA™ POSSAM INCORRER NA CONDUÇÃO OU
SOLUÇÃO DOS PROBLEMAS CAUSADOS PELA
VIOLAÇÃO.
9. Data
The personal data that the Ticket Applicant and/or
the Ticket Holder, directly or indirectly, provide to
FIFA pursuant to the Ticket Sales Regulations
and/or the Ticket Transfer/Resale Policy will,
subject to applicable laws, be used, processed,
stored, and transferred to third parties designated
by FIFA (located both within and outside of Brazil)
for purposes relating to Ticket sales and allocation
procedures, any relevant safety and security
measures and/or rights protection measures in
connection with the Competition.
9. Informações
As informações pessoais que o Solicitante de
Ingresso e/ou o Detentor de Ingresso fornecer
direta ou indiretamente, para a FIFA, nos termos do
Regulamento de Venda de Ingressos e/ou da
Política de Transferência/Revenda de Ingressos será
usada, processada, arquivada e transferida a
terceiros indicados pela FIFA (localizados dentro ou
fora do Brasil) em conformidade com a legislação
aplicável e para os fins relacionados à venda de
Ingressos, procedimentos de alocação de assentos,
qualquer medida pertinente de segurança e/ou
medidas de proteção de direitos relacionados à
Competição.
10. Unforeseen Circumstances
10.1
The Ticket Holder acknowledges that FIFA and/or
the referee of the Match are entitled but not

national state of emergency, scourge or other
declared public health emergency, fire, explosion,
act of terrorism, rebellion, theft of essential
equipment, malicious damage, strikes, lock-outs or
other industrial disputes, air or ground
transportation traffic or route closures, third party
injunctions, acts of governments or other
prevailing authorities, or any other similar or
related event which is beyond the control of FIFA
or another FIFA World Cup™ Authority.
Other applicable reasons include, for example, the
protection of the integrity of the Competition or
decisions based on the Laws of the Game, which
are the codified rules of the sport of association
football as authorised by the International Football
Association Board.

rebelião, roubo ou furto de equipamento essencial,
dano intencional, greves, lock-out ou outras
disputas semelhantes, fechamento de vias ou
tráfego aéreo ou terrestre, medidas cautelares
solicitadas por terceiros, atos de governo ou de
autoridades competentes, ou qualquer evento
similar ou relacionado que esteja fora do controle
da FIFA ou outra Autoridade da Copa do Mundo da
FIFA™.

proteção da integridade da Competição ou decisões

10.2
If the Match is cancelled, the Ticket shall be
rendered invalid and the Ticket Holder shall be
entitled to a refund.
If FIFA makes a change to the time or date of the
Match, the Ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled
Match. If FIFA changes the teams participating in a
Match, the Ticket will be valid for the Match with
the new teams. If a Match is relocated to another
venue, FIFA may decide that the Ticket will be valid
for the relocated Match or to provide a refund to
the Ticket Holder.
If a Match is replayed, the replay match is
considered a new match and the Ticket will not be
valid for the new match and the Ticket Holder shall
not be entitled to a refund or any further
compensation.
10.2
Se uma Partida for cancelada, o Ingresso será
considerado invalido e o Detentor de Ingresso terá
direito ao reembolso.
Se a FIFA alterar a data ou horário da Partida, o
Ingresso será válido para a Partida remarcada. Caso
a FIFA altere os times participantes de uma Partida,
o Ingresso será válido para a Partida com os novos
times. Se o local de realização da Partida for
alterado, a FIFA poderá decidir que o Ingresso será
válido para a Partida realocada ou que o Detentor
de Ingresso receberá reembolso.
Se houver repetição da Partida, a Partida repetida
será considerada uma nova Partida. Neste caso, o
Ingresso não será válido para a Partida repetida e o
Detentor de Ingresso não terá direito a reembolso
ou qualquer outra compensação.
10.3
Should the Ticket Holder be entitled to a refund
pursuant to Section 10.2, such refund shall be

arranged separately by the Ticket Holder at his/her

10.4
Altering or damaging Tickets may result in entry to
a Stadium being refused. Due to security concerns,
neither FIFA nor its agents will be obligated to issue
duplicate Tickets because duplicate Tickets could
result in more spectators entering the Stadium than
the Stadium could safely accommodate. Neither
FIFA nor its agents will be liable for any lost or
damaged Tickets or late delivery caused by
malfunction or interruption of mail or delivery
services.
TREAT YOUR TICKET WITH CARE AND KEEP IT IN A
SAFE LOCATION AT ALL TIMES.
10.4
Alterar ou danificar Ingressos pode resultar na
proibição de entrada no Estádio. Por razões de
segurança, nem a FIFA nem seus agentes serão
obrigados a emitir segunda via de Ingressos, uma
vez que Ingressos duplicados poderão resultar na
entrada de espectadores em número superior
àquele que pode ser acomodado com segurança no
Estádio. Nem a FIFA nem os seus agentes serão
responsáveis pela perda ou danificação dos
Ingressos, ou pela entrega atrasada causada por
mau funcionamento ou interrupção de serviços de
correio ou entrega.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER
APPLICABLE LAWS, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET
FORTH IN THESE GTCS, THE TICKET HOLDER SHALL
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE ENTITLED TO ANY
REFUND, ANY DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER
COMPENSATION.

The GTCs, the Ticket Sales Regulations and the
Stadium Code of Conduct are: (a) registered with
the Registry Title and Deed (”Registro de Títulos e
Documentos – RTD”) (b) made available to all Ticket
Holders at www.fifa.com; (c) provided to any
person upon request at the contact address and
number indicated above; (d) provided to the Ticket
Applicant in order to be distributed by him/her to
every Ticket Holder receiving Tickets through him;
and (e) posted at official ticketing centres and in
addition, the Stadium Code of Conduct will be
posted at the stadia on match days.
11.3
Os TCGs, o Regulamento de Venda de Ingressos e o
Código de Conduta no Estádio são: (a) registrados
no Registro de Títulos e Documentos – RTD, (b)
disponíveis para os Detentores de Ingressos no
site www.fifa.com; (c) fornecidos a qualquer pessoa

fornecidos ao Solicitante de Ingresso para que
possa ser distribuído por ele a todos os Detentores

11.4
Should any provision(s) of these GTCs be declared
void, ineffective or unenforceable by any
competent court, the remainder of these GTCs will
remain in effect as if such void, ineffective or
unenforceable provision(s) had not been
contained.

consideradas nulas, sem efeito ou não-exequíveis
por um tribunal competente, o resto dos TCGs

These GTCs have been drafted in Portuguese and
English. Other translations of the GTCs are available
through www.fifa.com, and, upon request, from
FIFA at the address set out in Clause 11.2. In the
event of any discrepancy between the Portuguese
and translated texts, the Portuguese text will be
used to solve doubts of interpretation and
application.

on the Ticket backs, the terms of these GTCs will
govern.

reach such amicable solution, the exclusive place of
