ILIB - Indicações
• Pelo controle inibitório de RL, ampla reperfusão
sanguínea, maior fluidez e “maciez” das hemácias,
minimização dos processos inflamatórios, podemos
utilizá-la como coadjuvante no tratamento de
diversas patologias:
- Asma e outros transtornos respiratórios;
- Diabetes;
- Cardiopatias e alterações cardiovasculares;
- Anemia ferropriva;
- Anemia falciforme;
- Defesa aos Telômeros;
- Antienvelhecimento, rejuvenescimento, dentre outras.
ILIB – Contra-indicações
• Alterações nos fatores de coagulação;
• Glaucoma;
• Tumorações sanguíneas, em geral;
• Pré-cirúrgicos;
• Implantes eletrônicos (marca-passo);
ILIB - Protocolo
• 60 minutos a cada dois dias, durante 05 dias;
• Descanso de 20 dias, repete protocolo;
• Descanso de 20 dias, repete protocolo;
• Manutenção a cada 4 meses – 10 dias de
tratamento.
DÚVIDAS???
• Usar,
preferencialmente,
por
motivos
circulatórios, no punho esquerdo. Não sendo
possível, pode-se fazer no punho direito;
• Em clientes com quadros de AVC isquêmico ou
hemorrágico, solicitar autorização médica;
• A técnica ILIB pode ser realizada,
conjuntamente, com outros procedimentos
porém, o ideal é que seja empregada de
maneira isolada, valorizando o procedimento.
Endovascular Laser irradiation Therapy on Patients with Early Acute
Craniocerebral Injury

37 cases of acute craneocerebral injury at early stage were subject to intravas
cular laser irradiation with low power on blood (ILIB), and the nerve functi
on, blood sedimentation, blood sugar, and hemogram before and after the
treatment were observed and compared with that in control group. The re
sults showed that application of ILIB to patients at early stage of craniocer
ebral injury is obviously effective in reducing infection incidence and prom
oting the recovery of nerve function. The present study indicates that earl
y application of ILIB to craniocerebral injury is very valuable for its prognos
is.

[Effects of intravascular laser irradiation of blood on erythrocyte stereo-ultrastructure in
the treatment of generalized suppurative peritonitis]

Abstract
The authors analysed the course and the results of examination of peripheral blood in
dynamics and study of red cell stereo-ultrastructure in dynamics before and after
sessions of intravascular laser irradiation of blood (ILIB) and treatment in 120 patients
with peritonitis, in 60 of them ILIB was applied in the complex of intensive therapy
(main group). The control group was made up of 60 patients. The studies showed a
favorable curative effect of ILIB: the morphological characteristics of red cells and
peripheral blood in patients with peritonitis improves. The laser irradiated blood
evidently stimulates the bone marrow and the organs in which blood elements are
stored as a result of which their ejection into circulation intensifies. The favorable effect
of ILIB is also manifested by increase of the number of intermediate and reduction of
the number of prehemolytic and degenerating forms of red cells in various stages of
peritonitis, i.e. ILIB affects mainly the retransformation of stomatocytes into discocytes
but produces no marked effect on echinocytic transformation.

Summary
The Radiantflife LT and Qi-Light intranasal / endonasal blood irradiation
therapy devices are directly supported by studies to be able to reduce the
level of cholesterols, particularly low density lipoprotein (LDL). A study
directly attributes the lowering of lipid level such as cholesterols to the
use of a low level laser therapy / phototherapy (LLLT) device like
RadiantLife LT. Because the non-laser Qi-Light device uses light of the
same wavelength as the RadiantLife LT, it is also effective in reducing
cholesterol levels in the same way.
