1. Anschlag auf der Ablage
Auf der Ablage der Stanze befinden sich drei
Arretierungen für den Anschlag. Der Anschlag ist der
Riemenbreite entsprechend anzupassen. Je näher der
Riemen an der Klinge ist, desto höher ist die
Schneidkraft der Stanze.
1. The slot on the cutter base
On der cutter base there are a few sets of the slot used
for the stopper attachment. Always use the slots closer
to the pivot of the blade according to the width of the
plank. The closer the pivot of the blade, the more cutting
power you will get.
2. Gerade Schnitte
Legen Sie den Laminatriemen auf die Auflage und
arretieren Sie den Anschlag entsprechend. Drücken Sie
die Klinge am Griff herunter. Die Stanze schneidet einen
feinen Streifen Laminat heraus. Bitte beachten Sie, dass
eine leicht raue Kante entsteht. Die Kante wird wandseitig
verlegt und mit einem Sockel abgedeckt.
2. Straight Cut
Place the flooring plank onto the cutter base and position
the stopper in the appropriate slot at the required length.
Then push down the blade by using the handle. The cutter
is designed to cut through laminate pieces by removing a
small amount of laminate. Please note that a slightly rough
edge is normal. The cut edge will meet the wall and be
covered by a molding (a base board or a quarter-round).
3. Winkelschnitte
Markieren Sie den gewünschten Schnitt auf dem Laminatriemen und entfernen Sie den Anschlag von der Auflage.
Richten Sie den Riemen der Markierung und der Klinge
nach aus und schneiden Sie das Laminat gemäss
Abbildung. Die feinen Zacken am Rande der Klingenaussparung geben dem Laminatriemen Halt. Sollte der
Schnitt länger sein als 20 cm, empfehlen wir kleine, ca. 5
cm Schnitte zu machen und den Riemen jeweils
nachzustossen.
3. Free Angle Cut
Mark a line of the floor plank and remove the stopper
attachment from the cutter base. Line up the blade with
the line marked on the plank, then push down the blade
by using the handle. The small teeth located along the
cutting slot will keep the laminate plank from slipping. If
the cut is longer than 20 cm (8 inch) it is recommended to
make a few cuts with the increment of 5cm (2 inch) for
each cut in order to follow marked cutting line. After
making each cut pull the handle back up. Slide the cut
portion of the flooring towards the pivot of the blade and
cut again. Repeat the procedure until the full length of the
cut is completed.
4. Längsschnitte
Markieren Sie den gewünschten Schnitt auf dem Laminatriemen und entfernen Sie den Anschlag von der Auflage.
Drücken Sie den Riemen fest auf die Auflagefläche und
schneiden Sie der Markierung entsprechend. Sollte der
Schnitt länger sein als 20 cm, empfehlen wir kleine, ca. 5
cm Schnitte zu machen und den Riemen jeweils
nachzustossen.
4. Lengthwise Cutting
When cutting laminate lengthwise, remove the stopper
from the cutter base. Mark a line on the laminate plank and
place it on the base. Hold it down firmly while pushing
down the cutter blade. Small teeth located along the cutting
slot will keep the laminate plank from slipping. If the cut is
longer than 20 cm (8 in), it is recommended to make a few
cuts with the increment of 5cm (2 inch) for each cut in
order to follow marked cutting line. After making each cut
pull the handle back up. Slide the cut portion of laminate
towards the pivot of the blade and cut again. Repeat the
procedure until the full length of the cut is completed.
5. “L” Schnitt
Wenn Sie ein L-Schnitt machen empfehlen wir, den
Längsschnitt zuerst zu machen. Folgen Sie den
Anleitungen für die entsprechenden Schnitte und
beachten Sie die Abbildung.
5. “L” Cut
When making an “L” cut, it is recommended to cut the
lengthwise first, following the “Lengthwise Cutting”
procedure to cut plank to the required point and then reposition the plank, make a last cut “cut-out”.
6. Tragen
Befestigen Sie den Griff an der Kette und tragen
Sie die Stanze gem. Abbildung.
6. Carry
Hook the chain to the ring on the handle and carry
the cutter as shown.
