Unsere Schnellschlußventile zeichnen sich durch ihre
sichere und einfache Bedienung aus. Dank ihrer niedrigen
Bauhöhe sind sie für engste Platzverhältnisse geeignet und
sind lieferbar in den Werkstoffen Sphäroguss, Stahlguss
und Bronze, für Rohre von DN 15 bis DN 200 in Eck- und
Durchgangsform.

Die Armaturen haben Zulassungen von ABS, GL, LR und BV.
Our Quick Closing Valves are designed to ensure a safe
and simple operation. The short height also allows the usage in narrow spaces. They are available in nodular cast iron,
cast steel and bronze from DN 15 up to DN 200, both as
straight and angle type.
The valves are type approved by ABS, GL, LR and BV.

Application range
Die Schnellschlußventile werden zur schlagartigen
Absperrung von Rohrleitungssystemen im Gefahrenfall,
sowie an Tanks mit brennbaren Flüssigkeiten verwendet.
Die Absperrung erfolgt außerhalb des Gefahrenbereiches
mittels Fernbetätigung. Die Schnellschlußventile befinden
sich im Normalfall in der geöffneten Position.
Quick Closing Valves are mainly used for sudden blocking
of pipe line systems in case of danger and on tanks with
combustible liquids. The blocking is done by remote control
from outside the danger area. Under normal circumstances
the Quick Closing Valves are in an open position.

Die hydraulische Fernbetätigung erfolgt über einen
Druckgeber. Es können bis zu sechs Schnellschlußventile an
einen Druckgeber angeschlossen werden.
The hydraulic remote control works via a hand pump unit.
Up to six Quick Closing Valves can be connected to one hand
pump unit.
Die pneumatische Fernbetätigung erfolgt von einer
Steuerstation aus, die aus einem Schrank mit Auslöseventilen
und einer Druckluftflasche besteht. Der erforderliche
Steuerdruck zur Auslösung beträgt 5-8 bar.

The pneumatic remote control works from a control board,
which mainly consists of a cabinet with release valves and a
compressed air bottle. The necessary control pressure for the
release is 5-8 bar.
Die manuelle Fernbetätigung erfolgt über Seilzug.
The manual remote control works via wire.

Zur Stellungsrückmeldung des Schnellschlußventils können
elektrische oder pneumatische Endlagenschalter angebracht
werden.

- je nach Armaturentyp von DN 8 - DN 600.
