Die raffinierte Eleganz des japanischen Minimalismus von Nendo abstrahiert die Stilelemente der Marke, um sie
im zeitgemäß neu zu interpretieren. Ein strenger und zugleich poetischer Ansatz, der auf die Einfachheit der
Designsuche ausgerichtet ist, wo sich das dampfgebogene Holz in einem einzigen Detail der Struktur äußert, das
es vermag die Aufmerksamkeit auf jedes Element der SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION, das Tischchen, den Esstisch
und den Hocker in der Ausführung mit drei oder vier Beinen zu lenken.
Auf dem Unterbau, der aus zwei unterschiedlichen Holzelementen besteht, liegt die lange Tischplatte des
Esstisches auf, der zu der SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION gehört. Ein Gestell aus Buchenholz, das durch die
transparente Tischplatte aus Glas, die auch in den Ausführungen aus Marmor und aus Holz erhältlich ist, seine
kostbaren dampfgebogenen Elemente zeigt.
La raffinata eleganza del minimalismo giapponese di Nendo astrae gli stilemi del marchio per reinterpretarli in
chiave contemporanea. Un approccio rigoroso e al contempo poetico che punta all’essenza dell’indagine
progettuale dove il legno curvato a vapore declina un unico dettaglio strutturale, capace di focalizzare
l’attenzione su ogni elemento della SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION: tavolino, tavolo da pranzo e sgabello nella
versione a tre o quattro gambe.
Sulla base, costituita da due elementi distinti in legno, poggia il lungo piano del tavolo da pranzo che è parte della
SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION. Una struttura in faggio che rivela il suo prezioso dettaglio curvato a vapore
attraverso la trasparenza del top in vetro, disponibile anche nella variante in marmo e in legno.
The refined elegance of the Japanese minimalism by Nendo abstracts from the brands’ stylistic features, in order
to reinterpret them in a contemporary light. A rigorous and poetic approach which distills the essence of the
design research, where the steam-bent wood expresses only one structural detail, which draws the attention on
each element of the SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION: low table, dining table and stool in three or four legs version.
The long countertop of the dining table, included in the SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION, rests on the base, which is
made up of two different wooden elements. A beech structure disclosing its precious steam-bent detail through
the transparent glass top, also available in the marble and wood version.
