Suitable for VW-Audi, BMW, Ford, Seat, Skoda, Vauxhall/Opel, etc.
Designed for the quick, safe and professional removal and installation of wheel
bearings.
The unique design of the pressure pieces enables safe and accurate centring
and alignment when changing a wheel bearing. It ensures that when removing
and mounting the wheel bearing, the pressing force will be applied on the outer
bearing race only, and that when mounting the wheel hub, the pressing force will
be applied only on the inner bearing race. This prevents damage to the new
wheel bearing.
The combination of centring rings and pressure rings creates pressure pieces
which can be adjusted accurately to the bearing-Ø.
Alternatively, a hydraulic 17t drive (accessorie) can be used if wheel bearings
are heavily corroded or seized in place.
Thanks to the possibility to easily upgrade the tool set with other parts of the
KL-0039 .. Series such as centring and pressure rings or pressure-/support
sleeves, this wheel bearing tool is almost universal in its field of application. It
can, for example, also be used to change suspension ball joints or silentblocs.
Note:
The wheel bearing tool set KL-0039-0110 K can also be operated hydraulically. For this, the
set has to be used in conjunction with the hydraulic drive KL-0039-802, hydraulic cylinder
KL-0040-2500 and a hydraulic pump such as the KL-0215-35 M25. This will be necessary,
for example, when wheel bearings are extremely stuck or seized in place.

bearings as well as for the installation of wheel hubs on rear axle wishbones without
the need for removing the latter from the vehicle.
The special design of the press pieces enables safe and accurate centring and
alignment when changing wheel bearings. It ensures that when removing and
mounting the wheel bearing, the pressing force will be applied on the outer bearing
race only, and that when mounting the wheel hub, the pressing force will be applied
only on the inner bearing race. This prevents damage to the new wheel bearing.
The combination of centring rings and pressure rings creates press pieces which can
be adjusted accurately to the bearing-Ø.
Thanks to the possibility to upgrade the tool set with other parts of the
KL-0039 .. Series such as centring and pressure rings or press-/support sleeves, this
wheel bearing tool is almost universal in its field of application. It can, for example,
also be used to change suspension ball joints or silentblocs.

Extraction and insertion of wheel hubs and wheel bearings.
Due to the special design of the wheel bearing housings used in these vehicles,
it is recommended to first remove the wheel bearing housing from the vehicle
and then, to extract and insert the wheel hub with the wheel bearing by means
of the hydraulic bench press.
Here it is important that the wheel bearing side with the built-in ABS-sensor is
facing towards the inner side of the wheel bearing housing. In order to avoid
damage to the ABS-sensor retaining ring on the inner side of the wheel bearing
housing, the centring disc KL-0430-1003 features the appropriate recesses.
Advantages:

of drive shafts that are bonded with Loctite or corroded in place.
The tools are used in conjunction with the hydraulic cylinder (17t)

This set is designed to mechanically press out drive shafts with the aid of
pressure spindle M20. It can also be used in conjunction with the slide hammer
puller to remove wheel hubs, half-shafts etc.
Even bonded, corroded or severely seized shafts can be pressed out without
any trouble using the 17 t Hydraulic Cylinder (optionally available as accessory)
instead of pressure spindle M20.
Note:
The KL-0174-111 Universal Puller Set can be further enhanced with additional puller plates,

The KL-0045-7 is a hydraulic spindle with a maximum admissible force
capacity of 120 kN (12 t) designed to fit a wide range of KLANN tool
systems.
The base tool KL-0045-700 consist of a body made of high-grade steel, two
internal pistons, cup seals and various screw joints. The spindle is operated via
a pressure screw.
If the hydraulic spindle KL-0045-7 is combined with tools of the KL-0174-Series,
the adaptor KL-0174-552 (2¼"-14 UNS to M42x2) is needed when the
perforated puller plates size 2 and size 3 are used.

These AccuTorq Impact Sockets are designed to be used in conjunction with a 1/2“drive impact gun to tighten vehicle wheel-nuts to pre-determined torque limits

AccuTorqs work by absorbing excessive torque into a torsion bar spring which will
release the stored energy by rotating the anvil of the impact gun backwards during the
