ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR STANDREINIGUNG
EXPLANATIONS REGARDING STAND CLEANING
Der Aussteller ist für die Reinigung seiner Standfläche, die Abfallentsorgung während
der Veranstaltung und für die Entsorgung der beim Auf- und Abbau anfallenden Abfälle
verantwortlich.
The exhibitor is responsible for cleaning his stand area and for disposing of waste during the event and of the refuse incurred during erection and dismantling.
Lässt der Aussteller nicht durch firmeneigenes Personal reinigen, dürfen nur von
der DLG Service GmbH zugelassene Reinigungsfirmen mit der Durchführung der Arbeiten beauftragt werden.
In the event of the exhibitor not carrying out cleaning using his own personnel,
only cleaning companies approved by DLG Service GmbH may be commissioned with
such work.
Beauftragt der Aussteller eine andere, nicht von der DLG Service GmbH überprüfte
Firma, übernimmt er für ihren Einsatz auf dem Gelände aus Sicherheits- und Haftungsgründen die volle Verantwortung.
In the event of the exhibitor instructing another company, not approved by DLG Service GmbH to carry out this task, he shall accept full responsibility for their engagement on the site, on grounds of safety and liability.
Name und Anschrift der beauftragten Firma sind der DLG Service GmbH schriftlich
mitzuteilen.
The name and address of the company which has been instructed is to be made known
to DLG Service GmbH in writing.
Die tägliche Reinigung Ihres Standes können Sie für die Veranstaltungsdauer bei einem
zugelassenen Reinigungsunternehmen bestellen.
You may place an order for your stand to be cleaned daily for the duration of the event,
using an approved cleaning company.
Darüber hinaus können Sie weitere von Ihnen voraussichtlich benötigte Reinigungsdienste wie etwa Glas- und Teppichreinigung, eine Grundreinigung des Standes oder
auch eine Standbetreuung anmelden.
In addition to this, you may also apply for other cleaning services which you may presumably need, such as glass and carpet cleaning, thorough cleaning of the stand, or
even stand manning.
Bei Bedarf wird sich das Reinigungsunternehmen vor der Veranstaltung mit Ihnen in
Verbindung setzen, um die Einzelheiten des Auftrages abzustimmen.
The cleaning company will contact you if necessary before the event to agree on the
details of the order.
Nachfolgend finden Sie die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen des Reinigungsunternehmens, die zugleich Grundlage Ihres Reinigungsauftrages werden.
The General Business Conditions of the cleaning company are set out below which
will at the same time form the basis of your cleaning order.
ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN
DES REINIGUNGSUNTERNEHMENS
GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS
OF THE CLEANING COMPANY
1. Nur schriftliche Bestellungen und Abmachungen sind rechtsverbindlich.
1. Orders and arrangements must be made in writing, in order to be legally binding.
2. Eine termingerechte Ausführung der übertragenen Arbeiten kann nur dann ordnungsgemäß gewährleistet werden, wenn der Standaufbau 12 Stunden vor Ausstellungsbeginn beendet ist. Personalanforderungen für Stundenlohnarbeiten in
größerem Umfang sind rechtzeitig, mindestens aber 24 Stunden vorher, bekanntzugeben. Höhere Gewalt, Betriebsstörungen und sonstige Schwierigkeiten in der
Personalbeschaffung, die die Reinigungsfirma nicht zu vertreten hat, entbinden in
dem Umfang der Behinderung von den eingegangenen Verpflichtungen des Auftrages.
2. Completion of the work on time can only be guaranteed if stand construction is
completed 12 hours before the opening of the Exhibition. Larger numbers of
cleaning personnel must be applied for in good time, but at least 24 hours in advance. Force majeure, disruptions in supplies and other difficulties in connection
with the availability of labour which are beyond the control of the cleaning contractor, shall release the cleaning company from its obligations under the contract
to an extent proportional to the difficulties encountered.
3. Beanstandungen sind vom Auftraggeber sofort schriftlich oder telefonisch unter
Angabe der Halle und der Standnummer sowie der genauen Bezeichnung der Beanstandung der Reinigungsfirma zu melden.
3. Complaints must be made by the exhibitor immediately in writing or by telephone
giving the hall number and stand number as well as exact details to the cleaning
contractor.
4. Der Reinigungsbetrieb ist gegen Haftpflicht- und Obhutsschäden versichert. Evtl.
Schäden sind sofort schriftlich in zweifacher Ausführung bei der Firma zu melden.
4. The cleaning contractors are covered by third party liability insurance. Any damage
must be reported immediately in writing in duplicate to the contracting firm concerned.
5. Die aufgeführten Nettopreise sind für beide Teile verbindlich und von der DLG
Service GmbH genehmigt. Dazu kommt die Mehrwertsteuer zum jeweils geltenden
Steuersatz, soweit sie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Evtl. vereinbarte Sonderpreise
bedürfen der ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Bestätigung. Bis auf die Lohnstundensätze handelt es sich um Maximalpreise.
5. Net prices approved by DLG Service GmbH are binding on both parties. The statutory V.A.T. is to be added to the price. Any special prices agreed upon must be
confirmed in writing. With the exception of hourly wage rates, the prices stated
are maximum prices.
Jede angefangene 1/2 Stunde bei Stundenlohnarbeiten wird voll berechnet. Wegegelder werden nicht in Anrechnung gebracht. Für die Berechnung der Standreinigungspreise sind die zugeteilten Standflächen, wie sie in den offiziellen Hallenund Freigeländeplänen ausgewiesen sind, maßgebend.
Any part of half-an-hour will be charged as half an hour. Travelling expenses for
stand cleaning work are based on the allotted stand areas as shown in the official
hall and open-air site plans.
The discounts granted on the basis of the stand size apply only to normal stand
cleaning during the Exhibition, and not to general cleaning, glass cleaning or special cleaning.
Die entsprechend der Standgröße gestaffelten Nachlässe beziehen sich nur auf
die normale Standreinigung während der Ausstellungs-Dauer, also nicht auf Grundreinigungen, Glasreinigungen sowie Sonderreinigungen.
6. Der Betrag für die normale Standreinigung an den Ausstellungstagen ist bei der
Auftragserteilung bzw. Auftragsbestätigung fällig. Die sonstigen Beträge für
Glasreinigung, Grundreinigungen und Sonderarbeiten werden nach Ausführung
der Arbeiten während der Laufzeit der Ausstellung kassiert.
6. The amount due for normal stand cleaning during the days of the Exhibition is payable when the exhibitor places the order or when the order is confirmed by the
cleaning contractor. All other charges such as for glass cleaning, general cleaning
and special cleaning will be collected upon completion of the work concerned during the period of the Exhibition.
Die Vertreter der Reinigungsfirma haben Inkasso-Vollmacht. Zahlung in fremder
Währung wird spesenfrei zu dem am Zahlungstage gültigen Tageskurs der deutschen Banken entgegengenommen. Da alle Leistungen überwiegend lohnintensiver Natur sind, kann Skonto nicht gewährleistet werden.
The representatives of the cleaning contractors are authorized to collect payment.
Payments in foreign currencies will be accepted without additional charges at the
rate of exchange at German banks applicable on the day of payment. Since all
cleaning services are wage-intensive, discounts cannot be granted.
7. Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort für beide Teile ist Hannover. Von diesen Bedingungen abweichende Geschäftsbedingungen in den Bestellungen sind unwirksam.
7. Court of jurisdiction and place of performance for both parties is Hanover. Conditions of orders which differ from these conditions are null and void.

As exhibitor you are responsible for the disposal of waste on your stand area during the

ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR ABFALLENTSORGUNG
EXPLANATIONS REGARDING WASTE DISPOSAL
Der Aussteller (bzw. die von ihm beauftragte Standbau- oder Reinigungsfirma) ist für
die Reinigung und Abfallentsorgung seines Messestandes während der Veranstaltung
und für die Entsorgung der beim Auf- und Abbau seines Standes anfallenden Abfälle
verantwortlich und verpflichtet, für die sortenreine Trennung der Abfälle nach Wertund Reststoffen Sorge zu tragen.
The exhibitor (or the stand erection firm or cleaning firm contracted by him) is responsible for cleaning his trade fair stand and disposal of waste during the event and
for the disposal of waste made during the erection and dismantling of his stand and
is dutifully bound to separate the waste materials according to valuable materials and
waste products.
Das Abfall- und Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz vom 7.10.1996 (Abfallgesetz) regelt Art und
Umfang der Antrags- und Genehmigungsunterlagen zum Einsammeln, Befördern und
Entsorgen von Abfällen.
The law governing waste and recycling (of 7 October 1996) defines the type and scope
of documentation required for collecting, transporting and disposing of waste.
Demnach muss für jeden Entsorgungsvorgang vom Messegelände ein gültiger Entsorgungsnachweis der zuständigen Behörde vorliegen.
According to this ordinance, a valid proof of waste disposal from the authorities concerned must be obtained for each process of waste disposal from the exhibition grounds.
Mit der fachgerechten Entsorgung von wiederverwertbaren Stoffen (Wertstoffe) und
Restabfällen kann ein von der DLG Service GmbH zugelassenes Entsorgungsunternehmen über das Bestellformular 7b (Abfallentsorgung) beauftragt werden.
A refuse disposal firm approved by DLG Service GmbH can be contracted to undertake
the proper disposal of recyclable products (valuable products) and waste products
using the order form 7b (waste disposal).
Bei Selbstentsorgung (Pkt. 2 des Bestellformulars 7b) über 5 t muss dem Aussteller
bzw. dem von ihm beauftragten Standbauunternehmen bereits vor dem Entsorgungsvorgang eine gültige Entsorgungsbestätigung vorliegen.
If you intend disposing of waste exceeding 5 tonnes yourself then you or your stand
construction company must obtain authorisation prior to disposing of the waste.

Die bestellten Abfallbeutel werden Ihnen durch das zuständige Reinigungs-/Entsorgungsunternehmen am letzten Aufbautag oder ersten Ausstellungstag auf Ihren Stand
geliefert. Stellen Sie bitte die befüllten Beutel abends vor Ihren Stand, sie werden dann
automatisch entsorgt. Bitte füllen Sie aufgrund der Verletzungsgefahr kein Glas in diese
Abfallbeutel. Hierfür stehen vor jeder Halle kostenlos Glascontainer bereit.
Rubbish sacks that you order will be delivered to your stand on the last day of construction or the first day of the exhibition by the waste disposal/cleaning company.
Leave your full rubbish sacks at the front of your stand each evening and they will be
collected. Caution! Owing to the risk of injury do not put glass into these rubbish sacks.
You can dispose of glass in the containers outside
of every hall.
