IHNEN NEUE MÖGLICHKEITEN DER LAGERUNG
VON ZEMENT UND ZEMENTÄHNLICHEN STOFFEN.
Horizontalsilos sind für den flexiblen und zeitnahen
Einsatz vorgesehen. Neben Einsparungen in Transport und Aufbau entfallen vor allem kosten- und zeitintensive Arbeiten für Fundamente. Trotz Mobilität
sind Größen bis zu 76 m³ (ca. 100 t) möglich und
bieten somit selbst großen Mischanlagen ausreichend Speicher für eine unterbrechungsfreie Produktion. Ausgestattet mit allen technischen Standards erfüllt dieses System alle Anforderungen
und steht einem konventionellen vertikalen Silosystem in nichts nach.
Transport & Umsetzung
Dank des Designs lassen sich unsere Horizontalsilos einfach und schnell mittels eines Tiefladers transportieren. Über ausziehbare Stützfüße
(Stützwinden) erfolgt das Absetzen ohne jeglichen
Kraneinsatz. Neben der hohen Zeitersparnis und
einem einfachen Positionieren zur Mischanlage,
zählt vor allem die zeitnahe Inbetriebnahme zu den
Vorteilen eines Horizontalsilos.
Das Konzept sieht ein völlig autarkes System vor,
das zu jeder beliebigen Mischanlage beigestellt
werden kann.

A COMPLETELY NEW DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY DIFFERENTIATE OUR HORIZONTAL SILOS
FROM CONVENTIONAL SILO SYSTEMS. THE
SPECIAL CONCEPT PROVIDES YOU WITH NEW
OPTIONS FOR STORING CEMENT AND CEMENTLIKE MATERIALS.
Horizontal silos are meant for flexible and prompt
use. Apart from savings in transport and setting
them up, especially the cost- and time-intensive
works for foundations can be dispensed. Despite
their mobility, sizes up to 76 m³ (approx.100 tons)
are possible and thus provide adequate storage
space even to large mixer systems for an uninterrupted production. Equipped with all technical
standards, this system meets all requirements that
are in no way inferior of those of a conventional
vertical silo system.
Transport & Implementation
Thanks to the design, our horizontal silos can be
transported easily and quickly with a low loader.
The system can be deposited without the use of
any crane using the draw-out retractable feet (support winch). Besides the high level of cost savings
and the ease of positioning with respect to the
mixer system, expeditious commissioning is primarily one of the benefits of a horizontal silo.
The concept provides a completely independent
system that can be provided for any mixer system.

included in the scope of supply just as an external

Besonderheiten
Auf Kundenwunsch gibt es auch einige Besonderheiten, mit welchen das NISBAU-Horizontalsilo ausgestattet werden kann. Darunter zählen ein
integriertes Wiegesystem sowie eine Abfülleinrichtung mittels Verladebalg. Beim Wiegesystem
bekommen Sie eine vollständig autarke Waage,
die den tatsächlichen Füllinhalt anzeigt und mittels einer Negativverwiegung genaue Dosierungen zulässt. Bei der Zwischenlagerung spezieller
Bindemittel und anschließender Abfüllung kann
über eine Verladeeinrichtung auch dies umgesetzt
werden. Hier kommt ein Verladebalg am Auslauf
der Austragsschnecke zum Einsatz und ermöglicht eine automatisierte und staubfreie Verladung
in einen Zementtransporter.
Insgesamt ist dieses Produkt die richtige Wahl, wenn Sie bei Ihren Unternehmungen
auf effiziente Verwendung und einfache Handhabung Wert legen.

Special Features
There are certain special features with which the
NISBAU horizontal silo can be fitted on request by
the customer. This includes an integrated weighing
system as well as a filling device using a loading
chute. In the case of a weighing system, you get
a completely independent weighing machine that
displays the actual filled content and permits exact
dosing my means of negative weighing. Intermediate storage of special binding agents and subsequent filling can be implemented via a loading
device. A loading chute is deployed at the outlet of
the discharge extruder and enables the automatic
and dust-free loading in a cement transporter.
Overall, this product is the right choice when you
attach importance to the efficient usage and ease
of handling in your contracts.

RADMOBILE HORIZONTALSILOS AN.
Auf einem Fahrgestell ist das Horizontalsilo jetzt
noch einfacher und schneller um- und einsetzbar.
Der Transport ist ebenso einfach wie bei einem
konventionellen Sattelauflieger. Die Transportdimensionen entsprechen der deutschen Straßenverkehrsordnung, und es bedarf keiner Sondergenehmigung für Schwer- oder Überbreitentransporte
(bis 56 m³ - ca. 72 t).
Das Fahrgestell hat zwei luftgefederte Achsen
und ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Bremssystem (ABS), Felgen und Reifen. Deutscher Fahrzeugbrief, TÜV Abnahme sowie deutsche Zulassung für den Straßenverkehr sind im Lieferumfang
enthalten. Durch das eigene Fahrgestell ist die
Positionierung vor Ort noch einfacher und schneller
durchführbar.
Sämtliche Verbindungen sind mittels Steckern
als PLUG & PLAY-Prinzip ausgeführt und können bauseits in kürzester Zeit installiert werden.
Neben der gewohnten Ausstattung erhalten Sie bei
dieser Ausführung zusätzlich eine Halterung für die
Austragsförderschnecke. Diese muss somit nicht
gesondert transportiert werden.

GREATER MOBILITY – EVEN FASTER DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITY WITH THIS SOLUTION
WE ARE THE FIRST MANUFACTURER IN THE
WORLD TO PROVIDE MOBILE WHEELED HORIZONTAL SILOS.
The horizontal silo on a chassis can now be deployed and transported now with even greater ease
and speed. The transport is just as easy as in the
case of a conventional trailer. The transport dimensions comply with the German road traffic regulations and no special permit is required for heavy
or extra-wide transport. (Up to 56 m³ - approx. 72
tons).
The chassis has two air-suspension axles and is
fitted completely with a brake system (ABS), rims
and tyres. German vehicle registration, TÜV acceptance as well as German registration for road traffic
is included in the scope of supply. Since it has its
own chassis, it can be positioned at site with even
greater ease and speed.
All connections have been designed with the help of
PLUG&PLAY connectors and they can be installed
at site in the shortest possible time. Apart from the
customary fittings, you get a holder additionally in
this version for the extraction worm conveyor. Thus,
this does not have to be transported separately.

THIS DESIGN EXTENDS THE FUNCTION OF THE
SIMPLE, SINGLE-CHAMBER VARIANT. USING
THE TWO CHAMBERS THAT ARE INDEPENDENT OF ONE ANOTHER, IT IS POSSIBLE TO
DOSE TWO BINDING AGENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY APART FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY.
Doppelkammersilos in werksgeschweißter Ausführung sind oftmals in Betonwerken zu sehen.
Das hier vorgestellte Konzept überträgt diese Idee
auf NISBAU-Horizontalsilos. Fahren Sie kostengünstig verschiedene Bindemittel (Weißzement,
Anhydrit) zu Betonwerken, bei denen kein Silo
dafür eingesetzt werden kann. Bei Sonderprodukten werden oft überschaubare Mengen benötigt.
Die Kosten für die Verwendung eines Zementsilos
mit anschließender Reinigung sind sehr hoch und
mit einem großen Zeitaufwand verbunden. Des
Weiteren ist man aufgrund dieser hohen Kosten
oftmals nicht in der Lage, Sonderprodukte anbieten zu können.
Mit dem Doppelkammer-Horizontalsilo erhalten Sie
eine vollmobile Lösung, die Sie beliebig, zeitnah
und kostengünstig einsetzten können. Anschließbar ist diese Einheit an nahezu alle gängigen Steuerungsprogramme und ermöglicht so eine einfache
Einbindung von Bindemitteln in bereits bestehende
Mischsysteme.
Dual-chamber silos can often be seen in factorywelded design in concrete plants. The concept
presented here transfers this idea to NISBAU horizontal silos. Transport different binding agents
(white cement, anhydrite) cost-effectively to concrete plants in which no silo can be used for this
purpose. In case of special products, the quantities
required are often manageable. The costs for using
a cement silo with subsequent cleaning are extremely high and associated with enormous amount
