1. Important instructions
1.)
Technical firm / plumber
Must dimension the layout of the construction in a way that an immaculate operation is guaranteed
(e.g. connection according to the mounting instruction) The specified conditions of the boiler
manufacturer in his particular technical sheets must absolutely be followed (e.g. max. distance of
the box to the boiler, max. distance in height, electrical connections, adjustment parameter etc.)
Besides, the conditions of the boiler manufacturer must be followed (planning documents of pellet
boiler, or pellets store room). Please contact the particular manufacturer of the components,
to appoint the usability.
2.)
System administrator
As the case may be, maintenance work must be accomplished according to the maintenance
instruction

- Delivery hose DN 50 mm (at suction systems)
4.)
Mounting
The adequate mounting guidelines come enclosed with the product, or, as the case may be, can be
ordered in advance. The right control is carried out through the boiler control, and must be checked
from the person who operates the facility before the start of operation.
5.)
Cutting Site
The cutting site between the pellets storage system and the boiler are the connections of the hoses
on the suction lance and the hand-over-point of the pellets. In any case of disturbance, the reason
of the disturbance must be investigated according to the maintenance guidelines of fabric producer
and the boiler manufacturer and forwarded to the appropriate company.
6.)
Warranty-boundaries
The boundaries of the warranty take place at the defined cutting site.
These can not be invoked.
There is no acceptance of guarantee for individual parts and building kits.
7.)
Ventilating in the store room
It must be ensured that a permanent ventilating is avaiable in the store room to atmosphere.
Stick enclosed warning label (label A4) on the fire protection door of the store room.
8.)
Extraction units
It is not allowed to use foreign extraction units or constructions as delivery systems without written
approval from the manufacturer of pellet storage systems.

General details:
Before installation, the mounting instruction with the security guidelines must be read carefully. Please keep
this instruction within reach, so it will always be at your disposal.
The storage room should be bordered on an external wall and should be susceptible for potential maintenance – and repair works.
Access road for transport vehicle has to be given. The road must be at least 3 meters broad and 4 meters
high.
The storage room should be as big as possible, however to be able to stock the max. amount of pellets
needed per year. Standard value for consumption: about 0, 6 – 0, 7 m3 per KW heat output.

The box may only be used fort he storage of wood-pellets ( ÖNORM M7135 und DIN 51731,
diameter 6 mm , up to the length of 30 mm). The use with other materials or liquids is forbidden.
Any re-building or changes are forbidden for security reasons – also the warranty will expire!
No sharp items are allowed in the room of installation, as any contact with sharp items may damage
the fabric.
The room of installation must prevented from unauthorized access (e.g. children, pets,…)
Outside of store room a terminal box with 230V und 16A fuse protection should be exposable.
The fabric must be protected from sunlight
Please follow the fire regulations
Electrical connections and maintenance works may only be done by authorized, magisterial
concessionary specialised staff
The electricity must be switched off at any work on the storage- and holding systems
(turn the heating off, take the system off the net,…)
Both during installation and the operation of the box it is not allowed to climb by people!
A separate climbing aid (step ladder) should be used when needed.
After completion of the installation, all components are checked for plumb - vertical mounting.
Fuel:
Only wood-pellets with the following quality is allowed to be used as fuel:
ÖNORM M7135 and DIN 51731, diameter 6 mm, up to 30 mm of length, calorific value 4,9 kWh/kg,
8% remaining dampness
As the holding system was constructed for these kind of fuels, the specifications of these fuels must be
followed.
We recommend the following mounting tools:

3. Consistency of the room / fire prevention
The box can be mounted in any suitable room.
A permanent ventilation system must be avaiable in the store room.
Mounting in not ventilated rooms is not permitted!
These rooms must be retrofitted with a permanent ventilation to atmosphere!
Damp rooms, for example in the basement should not be a problem, but the sack silo may not lean against
damp walls.
UV-lightening must be avoided ( e.g.: affix UV-foil on to the windows ).
Sharp items must be encased or removed.
Basically, the room size have to be chosen so that an easily assembly of the box is possible. For installation
the room must be 100mm wider than the box. The impact protection wall (opposite to the filling system)
should show at least 200mm wall clearance.
Basically, it is possible to mount the box outdoors.
The box must be protected from weather effects (rain, wind and UV light)
In any case a watertight roof and side covering is necessary. Also the hoses have to be protected from UV
light.
Fire prevention:
For fire regulation ask the respective fire prevention authority!

Safe storage of pellets
For all energy sources are safety regulations that in dealing with fuel, heating and storage
rooms must be observed. This also applied to heating with pellets. Please take this information
seriously and give them attention regularly.
Switch off the pellet boiler in time before filling the pellet storage room or storage system and before operations on the pellet storage room or storage system!
Please keep in mind the temporal specifications of the boiler manufacturer!
Generally: At least one hour before the filling of the storage the boiler must be switched off!
Storage rooms and storage systems for wood pellets are not to enter or intended for long stay.
The storage rooms must be ventilated sufficiently before entering.
These rooms are no play yard!
Wood pellets can be swallowed by infants. Also moving parts, like delivery screws can cause injuries.
Pellet storage rooms may be entered only for operations which are in directly relation to the heating system (e.g. mounting and
maintain works).
A raised concentration of dangerous emissions in the air can be produced during combustion processes in the case of failure funcDE-B30-033-V05-1010
tions or by faulty storage. These emissions can accrue during a long time and can cause danger.
Even if there is no danger for the user, such accidents can´t be forbidden.

Ventilate the storage room before entering!
Risk of injury is possible caused by mobile components!
Keep children away from the pellet storage room!
During operations in filled storage rooms or systems a second person should always stay
outside the storage room just to be on the safe side.

(tap the fabric from outside).

Unscrew the mounting consoles, which affix
the fabric to the cone parts.
4.)
Now you can lift the tube and you have an
access to the inside of the box.
5.)
Repeat this process on an adjacent side
once again, to get more place.
(see red lines on the left)
6.)
Now the pellet dust can be removed or sucked
off with the help of a traditional vacuum cleaner.
Reinstate the basic state and tighten all the screws.
