There will be a Flubber-Guts Tourney going on beside the Ultimate-Event!
We have a table for 32 teams ready to fill. Please sign in at the Welcome-Party or Friday morning.
First come - first serve. See the schedule for the Flubber-Times.
The Rules are written below.
You can play your games whenever possible. All 1st round games should be played on Friday!
The Rules of Flubber-Guts:

In case of disputes, the Spirit of The Game should prevail.
You have to catch the disc with one part of the body. It has to be a clean catch,
usually one-handed.
You can't throw too hard (fast).
You can't throw too low (not below the knee).
You can't throw short nor "outside".
You score a point if:
The other team drops it
The other team traps it
The other team makes 3 bad throws in a row
You catch it behind your back.
You score 2 points if a correct throw hits the ground untouched ('As')
Teams are made of two players, no subs.
Minimum distance 2m.
Games to 21, halftime at 11, cap 2 (25)
The whole tournament we
will work with a deposit
system for plates, cups etc.
We donÕt use any one-way
stuff, you will get real dishes. There will be a deposit
of 2 bucks on every item.
You can also bring your own
stuff, if you dont like to pay
the deposit.
Die Flubber-Guts Regeln:
Im Falle von Uneinigkeiten sollte am Spirit of The Game festgehalten werden.
Die Scheibe muss mit einem Teil des Körpers gefangen werden. Die Scheibe darf
während des Fangversuches nie mehr als einen Körperteil gleichzeitig berühren.
Der Wurf darf nicht zu scharf sein.
Der Wurf darf nicht zu tief sein (nicht unterhalb des Knies).
Der Wurf darf nicht zu kurz oder zu weit ausserhalb sein.
Man erzielt einen Punkt, wenn:
das andere Team nicht fängt
das andere Team unkorrekt fängt (double)
das andere Team 3 schlechte Würfe hintereinander macht
der Wurf hinter dem Rücken gefangen wird
Man erzielt zwei Punkte, wenn ein korrekter Wurf vom anderen Team unberührt
zu Boden gelassen wird ('As')
Ein Team besteht aus zwei Spielern.
Mindestabstand der Teams ist 2 m.
Spiel auf 21, Halbzeit (Seitenwechsel) bei 11, 2 Punkte Unterschied, max.25

Players-Pack & Tickets
Together with your package of needful things to survive the weekend, you received a few tickets and
a bracelet. The bracelet identifies you as a frisbee player and is also used to get into the parties on
Friday and Saturday. Please wear it on your non-throwing hand all the weekend. If you loose it, we
will give you a new one at the info-desk.
The Dinner-Ticket is for SaturdayÕs evening free dinner. Dinner on Friday is at your own cost.
Breakfast-Tickets are for Saturday and Sunday morning.
All Players get a sponored can of Red Bull. You can use this ticket whenever you want.

The Party-Tickets are for SaturdayÕs night Party. We will
work with a ticket-system on this night at all bars and food
corners! It is worth sFr. 15.- and itÕs NOT refundable. You
can also use it all day long on Sunday. Tickets bought at the
Party are fully refundable.
With the plastic-cup in your players-bag, you can get free
beer on Thursday night as long and much as you want...

Places 4-6 of both pools build the lower pool.

Each Team has 4 games on Friday, 3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
Playing time is running 40 minutes . Time does stop in timeouts (2 min).
There is NO halftime, each team can take one (1) timeout of 2 minutes.
There are no timeouts in the last 5 minutes and in the point-cap!
If a timeout is called in the last 5 minutes, it is not a turnover, unless the team has
no more timeout left. Play on after a check.
If a timeout is called in the point-cap, itÕs a turn.
After the time is out, the point is finished.
Now, if one team is leading with a 2-point difference, the game is over.
If not, a 2-point cap will be played to the higher score.
- time is over and the point is finished. The score is now 9:7. The game is over.
- time is over and the point is finished. The score is now 9:8. The game goes to 11.
- time is over and the point is finished. The score is now 9:9. The game is to 11.

How do we play ?

Next Point starts with the last score (Paga-Rule).
This means if the time is over after a point (while changing sides), the last point
has still to be played.
We play the current WFDF-Rules with the following exceptions/additions:
- no 'time-rule' between points
- if a timeout is called in the last five minutes, it is not a turnover unless the team
has no timeout left. Play on after a check. If itÕs called in the point cap, it's a turn.
- Both teams shall have the same number of women on the line (always 2, if possi
ble). If it is not possible to play with 2 girls all the time, the offence can choose
(Coed-Rule).
