The RHTC Twin-Pillar horizontal band saws have been designed to give
a low cost compact and rugged machines. The bow is constructed
in heavy gauge steel and mounted two chromed and grinding pillars
offer a strong rigid saw frame, providing a high degree of accuracy
when cutting. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank
incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies
coolant to both guide assemblies. Powered by a 2 HP motor via five
step pulley speed system and a totally enclosed reduction gearbox.
These models can cope with most types of material. Blade guides with
rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade specially
for these models with 2 degrees blade. Thermal overload and no-volt
release are standard feature and the machines automatically switch
off at the end of the cut and saw frame is lifted hydraulically up to the
adjusted level. Bi-Metal saw blade and 1,2 meter in feed roller table are
supplied as standard.

Die Horizontal-Doppelsäulenbandsägemaschinen von RHTC sind
als kostensparende, kompakte und robuste Maschinen entworfen.
Der Bügel ist in schwerem Stahl ausgeführt und zwei aufgebaute
verchromte Schleifsäulen sorgen für einen starken, rigiden Sägerahmen,
der bei dem Abschneiden eine hohe Genauigkeit bietet. Die Maschinen
sind mit einem ausbaubaren, mit einer untergetauchten elektrischen
Kühlmittelpumpe versehenen Kühlmittelbehälter ausgestattet, wodurch
die beiden Führungsanlagen mit Kühlmittel versorgt werden. Sie werden
über ein fünfstufiges Umlenkrollensystem von einem 2-PS-Motor und
einem vollständig geschlossenen Untersetzungsgetriebe angetrieben.
Diese Modelle sind den meisten Materialtypen gewachsen. Blattführungen mit Rollen und Hartmetallpolstern geben dem Blatt eine
präzise Unterstützung. Die Maschinen sind mit einem thermischen
Überlastauslöser und einem Nullspannungsauslöser versehen und
werden bei Schnittabschluss automatisch ausgeschaltet. Bei Schnittabschluss wird der Sägerahmen hydraulisch bis zur angepassten Höhe
angehoben. Bi-Metall-Sägeblätter und 1,2 Meter Anlegetisch sind
gelieferter Standard.
