Pri dieťati narodenom z manželstva sa na príslušný matričný úrad dostaví otec dieťaťa,
ktorý predloží tieto doklady:

Pri dieťati narodenom slobodnej matke sa na matričný úrad dostaví matka dieťaťa, ktorá
predloží tieto doklady:

rodný list
platný občiansky preukaz
Pri dieťati narodenom rozvedenej matke sa na matričný úrad dostaví matka dieťaťa,
ktorá predloží tieto doklady:
-
rodný list
právoplatný rozsudok o rozvode manželstva
platný občiansky preukaz
sobášny list , ak bolo dieťa narodené do 300 dní od dátumu právoplatnosti rozvodu manželstva
Pri dieťati narodenom vdove sa na matričný úrad dostaví matka dieťaťa, ktorá predloží
tieto doklady:

rodný list
úmrtný list manžela
platný občiansky preukaz
sobášny list, ak bolo dieťa narodené do 300 dní od dátumu úmrtia manžela
Pri dobrovoľnom určovaní otcovstva na matričnom úrade sa spolu s matkou dieťaťa
dostaví aj otec dieťaťa, ktorý predloží tieto doklady:

platný občiansky preukaz
Neplnoletí rodičia môžu určovať otcovstvo len na príslušnom súde .

With a child born in a marriage the child’s father shall appear at the appropriate
registration office and submit the following documents:
- marriage certificate
- valid identity cards of both child’s parents
With a child born to a single mother the child’s mother shall appear at the appropriate
registration office and submit the following documents:
- birth certificate
- valid identity card
With a child born to a divorced mother the child’s mother shall appear at the appropriate
registration office and submit the following documents:
- birth certificate
- legally valid judgement on divorce
- valid identity card
- marriage certificate if the child is born within the period of 300 days from the legal
validity of the divorce
With a child born to a widow the child’s mother shall appear at the appropriate
registration office and submit the following documents:
- birth certificate
- husband’s death certificate
- valid identity card
- marriage certificate if the child is born within the period of 300 days from
the husband’s death
At voluntary determining of paternity the child’s father shall appear with the mother at
the registration office and submit the following documents:
- birth certificate
- valid identity card
Underage parents may only determine paternity at the appropriate court.

- gültiger Personalausweis
Bei einem einer geschiedenen Mutter geborenen Kind erscheint beim Standesamt die
Mutter des Kindes, die die folgenden Dokumente vorlegt:
- Geburtsurkunde
- rechtsgültiges Urteil über die Scheidung der Ehe
- gültiger Personalausweis
- Heiratsurkunde, falls das Kind innerhalb von 300 Tagen ab dem Datum der Erlangung
der Rechtskraft der Scheidung der Ehe geboren ist.
Bei einem einer Wittve geborenen Kind erscheint beim Standesamt die Mutter des
Kindes, die die folgenden Dokumente vorlegt:
- Geburtsurkunde
- Todesurkunde des Ehegatten
- gültiger Personalausweis
- Heiratsurkunde, falls das Kind innerhalb von 300 Tagen ab dem Datum des Todes des
Ehegatten geboren ist.
Bei freiwilliger Bestimmung der Vaterschaft erscheint beim Standesamt zusammen mit
der Mutter des Kindes auch der Vater, der die folgenden Dokumente vorlegt:
- Geburtsurkunde
- gültiger Personalausweis
Minderjährige Eltern können die Vaterschaft nur vor zuständigem Gericht bestimmen.
