Ever since 1994, Miko Pac has had an ISO 9001 and later an ISO
9001:2000 quality certification. This certificate now covers all Miko Pac
production units. Furthermore, all our facilities conform to a BRC-IOP
certified hygiene management system.
Al sinds 1994 beschikt Miko Pac over een ISO 9001 en later
ISO 9001:2000 kwaliteitscertifiëring. Dit certificaat dekt nu
alle Miko Pac productievestigingen. Hiernaast heeft het
volledige productieapparaat een BRC-IOP gecertificeerd
hygiënemanagement systeem.
Quality is at the top of the list of priorities for our company. For
example, every production team has their own independent quality
officer, we have an in-house laboratory which we use not only to
measure and test the physical qualities of our products, but also
to constantly monitor the air cleanliness of our production facilities.
Moreover, our products are also examined repeatedly by our
external, independent partners.
Even when everything goes well, we regularly inquire with our
customers regarding the quality of our products. In this way we keep
the pulse of our customers’ satisfaction level and we maintain the
alertness of our employees at a high level.

Kwaliteit staat dan ook bovenaan de prioriteiten van onze
onderneming. We monitoren continue de luchtzuiverheid
van onze productie. Elke productieploeg heeft een onafhankelijke kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en we beschikken
over een laboratorium om fysieke kwaliteiten van onze
producten te meten en te testen. Met externe, objectieve
partners voeren we bovendien talloze onderzoeken uit op
onze producten.
Op regelmatige basis bevragen we ook actief onze klanten
over onze kwaliteit. Zo houden we de vinger aan de pols
van onze klantentevredenheid en houden we ook als alles
goed gaat, onze medewerkers alert.

Depuis 1994, Miko Pac a obtenue la certification qualité ISO 9001 et
plus tard ISO 9001:2000. Ce certificat couvre maintenant toutes les
unités de production de Miko Pac. De plus, toutes nos facilités sont

groupes alimentaires internationaux, nous enregistrons sans cesse
de très bons résultats.
Auch während der periodischen Revisionen von unseren Kunden, oft
internationale Nahrungsmittelunternehmen, kommen wir jedes Mal
sehr gut an.
La qualité se trouve au sommet de la liste de priorités de notre
entreprise. Ainsi chaque équipe de production a son propre
responsable qualité indépendant. Nous disposons d’un laboratoire
non seulement pour mesurer et tester les qualités physiques de
nos produits mais également pour suivre constamment la pureté
de l’air dans les endroits de production. En outre nos produits sont
fréquemment examinés par des partenaires externes et objectifs.

Produktion. Mit externen, objektiven Partnern machen wir außerdem
unzählige Untersuchungen über und mit unseren Produkten.

Notre département thermoformage produit des emballages innovateurs pour de différentes applications. Nous fabriquons des solutions
sur mesure pour des plats cuisinés, mais également des emballages standard pour l’industrie de la viande et de légumes.
Unsere Thermoformabteilung stellt innovierende Verpackungen her
für allerlei Verwendungen. Wir produzieren maßgearbeitete Lösungen
für Fertiggerichte, aber auch Standardverpackungen für die Fleischund Gemüseindustrie.

IML (In-Mould Labelling) is a process where we bring a premade label into the mould before the injection, so that the final product is a
packaging with an integrated label, which furthermore is 100% recyclable. In this way, an attractive IML-packaging becomes a selling
point for your product.
IML (In-Mould Labelling) staat voor een procédé waarbij
we een voorgedrukt etiket mee in de matrijs brengen
voor het injecteren, zodat het eindproduct een verpakking
is met een geïntegreerd label dat bovendien 100 %
recycleerbaar is. Een aantrekkelijke IML-verpakking wordt
zo mee een verkoopsargument voor uw product.

IML (In-Mould Labelling) est un procédé où nous introduisons une
étiquette pré-imprimée dans la matrice avant l’injection, de sorte
que le produit final présente un emballage avec une étiquette
intégrée qui, en outre, est 100 % recyclable. Un emballage attrayant
devient ainsi un argument de vente pour votre produit.

A modern society is unthinkable without plastic. No other material
combines the qualities of plastic with regards to weight, robustness
and hygiene. The durability of the material also has a flipside: it is
almost indestructible.
We at Miko Pac consider it our duty to keep our ecological footprint
as small as possible.
That’s why we constantly follow the latest developments in the field
of raw materials and processing methods. Furthermore, we recycle
almost all of our production excess, so that Miko Pac generates almost no waste.
What’s more, we work actively towards lessening our environmental
impact:
• Make use of different packaging references, for large or small - the
warmth generated by the air pressure machines is used to heat the
production halls, the storage facilities and the offices. This amounts
to a saving of over 20.000 litres of fuel each year.
• We install solar cells on the roof of our new storage facility in order
to produce clean energy in a durable manner. We also invest in
commercial “green” energy.
• Together with our customers we work on programs aiming to
minimize our ecological footprint, for example by reducing wall
thickness, adding non-fossil raw materials, bolstering the conserving
qualities of our packaging products, taking part in compensation
programs etc.
• We are committed to permanently search for improvements in this
field.
In het moderne leven is kunststof niet meer weg te denken.
Geen enkel ander materiaal combineert de eigenschappen
van kunststof wat betreft gewicht, stootvastheid en
hygiëne. De duurzaamheid van dit materiaal heeft ook een
keerzijde, het is vrijwel onverwoestbaar…
Wij bij Miko Pac vinden het daarom onze plicht om onze
ecologische voetafdruk zo klein mogelijk te houden.
Wij zien er daarom voortdurend op toe op de hoogte te zijn
van de laatste ontwikkelingen op vlak van grondstoffen en
productiemethoden.
Bovendien recycleren we bijna al onze productieresten,
zodat Miko Pac bijna geen afval produceert.
Daarnaast werken we actief om onze milieu-impact
minimaal te houden:
• De warmte geproduceerd door de luchtdrukmachines,
wordt gebruikt om de productieruimtes, opslagruimte
en kantoren te verwarmen tijdens de winter. Dit is een
besparing van meer dan 20,000 liter brandstof per jaar.
• We voorzien zonnecellen op het dak van ons nieuwe
magazijn om energie op duurzame wijze te winnen. Ook
investeren we in commerciële groene stroom.
• Samen met onze klanten werken we programma’s
uit om aan eco-footprint vermindering te doen.
Vermindering van wanddikte, toevoeging van
niet-fossiele grondstoffen, vergroting van de
bewarende eigenschappen van onze verpakkingen,
compensatieprogramma’s, …
• We zijn permanent op zoek naar verbetering en zullen
dit ook blijven doen.

Une société moderne sans matière plastique n’est plus imaginable.
Aucune autre matière combine les caractéristiques de la matière
plastique en ce qui concerne le poids, la résistance au choc et
l’hygiène. La durabilité de ce matériel a aussi un inconvénient, il est
pour ainsi dire indestructible …
Chez Miko Pac nous pensons que c’est notre devoir de limiter le
plus possible notre impact écologique.
Nous veillons constamment à être au courant des derniers
développements dans le domaine des matières premières et
méthodes de production. En outre nous recyclons presque tous nos
restes de production de sorte que Miko Pac ne produit presque pas
de déchets.
De plus nous faisons notre mieux pour minimaliser notre impact
environnemental:
• La chaleur produite par les machines à air comprimé, est
réutilisée pour chauffer les halles de production, le dépôt de
stockage et les bureaux pendant l’hiver. Ceci représente une
épargne de plus de 20,000 litres de carburant par an.
• Nous prévoyons des piles solaires sur le toit de notre nouveau
magasin pour pouvoir gagner de l’énergie de façon durable.
Nous investissons également dans de l’électricité écologique.
• Ensemble avec nos clients, nous mettons au point un programme
pour réduire notre empreinte écologique. Des murs moins épais,
l’addition de matière première non-fossile, l’ augmentation
des caractéristiques de conservation de nos emballages, des
programmes de compensation, …
• Nous sommes en permanence à la recherche d’amélioration et
nous continuerons à le faire.

von Kunststoff bezüglich Gewicht, Schlagfestigkeit und Hygiene. Die
Dauerhaftigkeit dieses Materials hat auch eine Schattenseite, es ist
nahezu unverwüstlich, …
Bei Miko Pac finden wir es darum unsere Pflicht unseren
ökologischen Fußabdruck so klein wie möglich zu halten.
Wir versuchen darum immer auf der Höhe zu sein von den
letzten Entwicklungen aus dem Bereich der Rohstoffe und
Produktionsmethoden.
Außerdem verwenden wir fast alle unsere Produktionsresten
wieder, so dass wir bei Miko Pac fast keinen Abfall produzieren.
Wir arbeiten auch aktiv daran um unseren Milieueffekt zu
minimalisieren.
• Die wärme produziert durch unsere Luftdruckmaschinen wird
benutzt um die Produktionsräume, Lager und Büros zu heizen
im Winter. Dies ist eine Ersparung von mehr als 20.000 Liter
Brennstoff pro Jahr.
• Das Dach vom neuen Lager wird ausgestattet mit Solarzellen um
Energie zu gewinnen auf einer dauerhaften Weise. Wir investieren
ebenfalls in Grünem Strom.
• Zusammen mit unseren Kunden arbeiten wir an Projekten zur
Reduzierung unseres ökologischen Fußabdrucks. Verringerung
der Wandstärke, Zufügung von nicht-fossilen Rohstoffen,
Vergrößerung der Bewahreigenschaften unserer Verpackungen,
Ausgleichprogramme, …
• Wir sind ständig auf der Suche nach Verbesserung und werden
dies auch weiter tun.
