Pork with chorizo, string beans and olives Ingredients 30M 4PAX Difficulty 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 onion, chopped 450 g of pork, sliced 1 teaspoon of thyme 1 chorizo, sliced 400 g of tomato, chopped Rock salt (to taste) Freshly ground black pepper (to taste) 200 g of string beans, cut in half 1/2 cup of black olives 1/2 cup of basil leaves Preparation 1 Heat a non-stick frying pan over a high flame. Add the olive oil, pork and chorizo and cook for 3 minutes or until golden. Remove the pork and chorizo and set aside. 2 Lower the heat, add the onion and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Return the pork and chorizo to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the string beans and olives and cook for another 3 minutes or until soft. Add the basil and serve. BE RESPONSIBLE. DRINK IN MODERATION.
