Een frequent en inspannend trainingsprogramma moet eerst door uw huisarts worden goedgekeurd. Dit is vooral belangrijk voor mensen die 35 jaar of ouder zijn of mensen die lichamelijke problemen hebben. Powerpeak is in geen geval verantwoordelijk voor persoonlijk letsel of lichamelijke klachten die zijn ontstaan door gebruik van dit apparaat en kunnen derhalve niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Algemeen 1. Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door voordat u het apparaat gaat gebruiken. Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing om deze indien nodig te kunnen raadplegen. 2. Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend zoals in deze gebruiksaanwijzing staat beschreven. 3. Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik door kinderen of personen met verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens, of die gebrek aan ervaring of kennis hebben, tenzij iemand die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid toezicht op hen houdt of hen heeft uitgelegd hoe het apparaat dient te worden gebruikt. 4. Houd kinderen en huisdieren uit de buurt van het apparaat. Het enthousiasme van kinderen kan leiden tot onjuist gebruik van het apparaat. Indien kinderen toestemming krijgen dit apparaat te gebruiken, dan dient men de kinderen te controleren en instructies te geven over het juiste gebruik van het apparaat. Onder geen geval is het apparaat te gebruiken als speelgoed. 5. Laat kinderen nooit met het verpakkingsmateriaal spelen, er bestaat verstikkingsgevaar. 6. Zorg dat het apparaat juist is geïnstalleerd voordat het in gebruik wordt genomen. Wees er zeker van dat alle schroeven, bouten en moeren op de juiste wijze zijn geplaatst en vastgedraaid. Gebruik alleen onderdelen die door Powerpeak worden aanbevolen en zijn meegeleverd. 7. Controleer regelmatig of het apparaat intact is. Gebruik het apparaat niet indien het beschadigt of kapot is. 8. Gebruik het apparaat altijd op een gladde en schone ondergrond. Gebruik het apparaat nooit buiten. Plaats indien nodig een rubberen mat onder het apparaat, om de kans op het beschadigen aan uw vloer te verkleinen. 9. Zorg dat zich geen scherpe objecten in de buurt van het apparaat bevinden. Zorg voor minimaal 0,5 meter vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. 10. Draag altijd veilige en gemakkelijke kleding als u gebruik maakt van het apparaat. Draag bij voorkeur sportschoenen of aerobicsschoenen. 11. Indien u zich niet goed voelt of andere klachten krijgt, dient u onmiddellijk met de oefening te stoppen. U dient tevens te stoppen als u pijn in of druk op uw gewrichten voelt. Duizeligheid geeft aan dat u te intensief met het apparaat bezig bent geweest. Als u zich duizelig voelt, ga dan op de grond liggen en kom niet eerder overeind totdat u zich weer beter voelt. 12. Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van vuur en hete oppervlakken. 13. Het apparaat dient eerst stil te staan, alvorens u het apparaat verlaat. 14. Zorg dat nooit meer dan één gebruiker met het apparaat bezig is. 15. Berg het apparaat binnenshuis op. 16. Dit apparaat is alleen bestemd voor huishoudelijk gebruik, NIET voor bedrijfsmatig gebruik. 17. Het maximaal toelaatbare gewicht op dit apparaat is 125 KG. Deze worden niet afzonderlijk geleverd! MONTAGE Om uzelf bekend te maken met de onderdelen van het apparaat, raden wij u aan alvorens tot montage over te gaan, eerst de overzichtstekening en de onderdelenlijst nauwkeurig te bestuderen. Leg alle montagematerialen overzichtelijk op de grond en verwijder alle verpakkingsmaterialen. Gebruik de aanwezige gereedschappen voor het monteren. Controleer voordat u begint met de montage of alle benodigde onderdelen aanwezig zijn (op het hierboven vermelde instructievel vindt u een explosietekening met alle losse onderdelen (gemarkeerd met nummers) waaruit het product bestaat). Stap 1: het monteren van de voorste en achterste stabilisator A: Plaats de bout (33) in de voet achterkant (32), het hoofdframe, boogring (3) 2 stuks, draai aan met dopmoer (2) 2 stuks. B: Herhaal de stap, de voet voorkant (5) wordt op dezelfde manier gemonteerd. Stap 2: montage ondersteuningsbuis & plastic afdekking voorkant A: Plaats op ondersteuningsbuis (10) op de plastic afdekking voorkant (9) en sluit daarna de sensor A1&A2 en spanningsregelingsdraad aan zoals getoond in FIG.2, B: Installeer de ondersteuningsbuis (10) op het hoofdframe met boogring (3) en bout (7). C: Draai de balansbouten aan op het hoofdframe en laat daarna de plastic afdekking voorkant zakken (9). Let op: Draai de bout (7) en boogring (3) aan na STAP 3. Stap 3: montage stuur A. Plaats het stuur (13) op de bindkap (18) van de ondersteuningsbuis, stel af in een comfortabele hoek en installeer dan de bindkap (18). B. Plaats de knop (19) op de veerring (8) en plaats daarna het stuur (13) op het hoofdframe. Stap 4: montage zadel A. Bevestig het zadel (20) op de zadelpen (21) zoals getoond. B. Plaats de plastic afdekking zadel (27) op de verticale zadelpen (25). Lijn de gaten uit op de gewenste hoogte en zet vervolgens vast met de vergrendelknop (29). C. Schuif de zadelpen (21) in de verticale zadelpen (25) en lijn de gaten op de gewenste positie uit en zet vervolgens vast met vergrendelknop (24) en sluitring (23). Stap 5: montage pedalen Vestig de pedalen aan de crankarmen zoals getoond in FIG.5, A. Zorg ervoor dat het linkerpedaal (1) gemarkeerd met (L) is bevestigd aan de linkercrankarm en linksom wordt vastgedraaid. B. Het rechterpedaal (26) gemarkeerd met (R) wordt aan de rechtercrankarm bevestigd en rechtsom vastgedraaid. Stap 6: Montage computer Sluit de sensor A3&A4 aan zoals getoond in FIG.6. Installeer daarna de computer (17) op de ondersteuningsbuis van het hoofdframe met bout (11). OPMERKING: De draad van de hartslagsensor moet worden aangesloten op de draad van het stuur. Stap 7: Aansluiten voeding Tot slot moet de adapter (30) worden aangesloten op de adapteringang op de onderkant van de achterkant van de kettingkast (u treft hier de volgende markering aan: (“Adapter input“) ONDERHOUD EN GEBRUIK Het apparaat dient regelmatig gecontroleerd te worden om lichamelijk letsel te voorkomen. Kijk regelmatig of bouten en moeren goed zijn aangedraaid, of er beginnende scheuren ontstaan en of er geen scherpe randen e.d. zijn wat tot lichamelijk letsel kan leiden. Defecte onderdelen dienen direct vervangen te worden. Indien dit niet direct mogelijk is, dient het apparaat buiten gebruik gesteld te worden tot reparatie heeft plaatsgevonden. Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek, gebruik geen schurende of oplossende reinigingsmiddelen. Dit product is ontworpen voor gebruik in een schone en droge omgeving. Vermijd opslag in een extreem koude of vochtige plaats, daar dit kan leiden tot corrosie en andere gerelateerde problemen die buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid vallen. Instelmethode Als u de hoogte van de verbindingsbuis instelt, draai de knop op het stuur dan los, trek de knop naar buiten en stel daarna een comfortabele hoogte in. Steek de knop vervolgens in het gat aan de onderkant van het stuur en draai de knop aan. Als de afstand tussen het zadel en het stuur wilt veranderen, draai de knop onder het zadel los en verplaats het zadel vooruit of achteruit naar een comfortabele positie, richt op een gat, en draai de knop aan. Als u de hoek van het stuur wilt aanpassen, draai de knop op de bindkap van de ondersteuningsbuis los en stel de hoek van het stuur naar wens in. Draai de knop daarna aan. De knop voor de spanningsregeling kan worden gebruikt om de weerstand van de pedalen in te stellen. Een hoge weerstand maakt het moeilijker om te trappen, een lage weerstand maakt het eenvoudiger. Stel de spanning voor het beste resultaat in terwijl de fiets in gebruik is. COMPUTER Programma selecteren en waarden instellen 1. Gebruik de toetsen OMHOOG en OMLAAG om het gewenste trainingsprogramma te selecteren en druk op ENTER om het gekozen programma te bevestigen. 2. In de handmatige modus kunt u de toetsen OMHOOG en OMLAAG gebruiken om de TIJD, AFSTAND, CALORIEEN en HARTSLAG van uw training in te stellen. 3. Druk op START/ STOP om uw training te starten. 4. Als u het doel hebt bereikt, dan zal de computer een pieptoon laten klinken en daarna stoppen. 5. Als u meer dan één doel heeft ingesteld en graag het volgende doel wilt bereiken, druk dan op START/ STOP om het trainingsprogramma voort te zetten. SLAAPMODUS: Het display zal in de slaapmodus (LCD uit) gaan wanneer er voor 4 minuten geen toetsen worden ingedrukt en er geen signalen binnenkomen. Functies en eigenschappen: 1. TIME: Toont de verstreken trainingstijd in minuten en seconden. Uw computer zal automatisch tellen van 0:00 tot 99:59 met een interval van één seconde. U kunt uw computer ook programmeren om af te tellen vanaf een ingestelde waarde van 0:00 tot 99:00 met behulp van de toetsen OMHOOG en OMLAAG. Als u doorgaat met trainen nadat de tijd 0:00 heeft bereikt, dan zal de computer beginnen te piepen en zichzelf resetten naar de oorspronkelijk ingestelde tijd zodat u weet dat uw training voltooid is. 2. WATT: De hoeveelheid energie die de computer die de computer krijgt van uw training. 3. SPEED: Toont uw trainingssnelheid in KM/MIJL per uur. 4. RPM: Uw pedaalcadans. 5. DISTANCE: Toont de totale afstand die is afgelegd tijdens elke training tot een maximum van 99,9KM/MIJL. 6. CALORIES: Uw computer geeft tijdens de training te allen tijde een schatting van het totaal aantal calorieën dat is verbrand. 7. PULSE: Uw computer toont tijdens de training uw hartslag in slagen per minuut. 8. AGE: De leeftijd kan op de computer worden ingesteld van 10 tot 99 jaar. Als u geen leeftijd instelt, dan zal deze standaard op 35 jaar worden ingesteld. 9. TARGET HEART RATE (hartslagdoel): De hartslag die u in stand moet houden wordt ook wel uw Target Heart Rate genoemd en wordt uitgedrukt in slagen per minuut. 10. De toets PULSE RECOVERY: Houd tijdens het starten de handvaten vast of zorg ervoor dat de borstzender is bevestigd en druk daarna op de toets PULSE RECOVERY. De weergave van alle functies behalve TIJD wordt gestopt. De tijd begint af te tellen van 0:60 naar 00:00. Zodra 00:00 wordt bereikt, zal de computer uw hartslagstatus tonen met de beoordeling F1.0 tot F6.0. F= 1.0 betekent UITMUNTEND 1.0<F<2.0 betekent UITSTEKEND 2.0≦F≦2.9 betekent GOED 3.0≦F≦3.9 betekent ACCEPTABEL 4.0≦F≦5.9 betekent BENEDEN GEMIDDELD F= 6.0 betekent SLECHT 11. TEMPERATURE: Toon de huidige temperatuur. Functie toetsen: De toetsen op de computer hebben de volgende functie: 1. START/STOP: Door de quick start functie te gebruiken, kunt u de computer starten zonder een programma te selecteren. Dit kan alleen in het handmatige programma, de tijd start automatisch vanaf nul. Als u wil stoppen met trainen, druk op se STOP knop. Als u vervolgens verder wilt gaan, druk dan nogmaals op deze knop. 2. OMHOOG: Druk tijdens de instelmodus op de toets om de instelwaarde (tijd, afstand, calorieën, leeftijd, gewicht, hoogte, etc.) te verhogen of om het geslacht te selecteren. De toets kan in de klokmodus worden gebruikt voor het instellen van de klok en het alarm. 3. OMLAAG: Druk tijdens de instelmodus op de toets om de instelwaarde (tijd, afstand, calorieën, leeftijd, gewicht, hoogte, etc.) te verlagen of om het geslacht te selecteren. De toets kan in de klokmodus worden gebruikt voor het instellen van de klok en het alarm. Opmerking: u kunt in de instelmodus de toetsen OMHOOG en OMLAAG samen langer dan 2 seconden ingedrukt houden om de waarde die wordt ingesteld te resetten naar nul of de standaardwaarde. 4. ENTER/RESET: a. Druk op deze toets om de huidige data in te voeren. b. Houd deze toets in de niet-snelheidsmodus langer dan 2 seconden ingedrukt om de computer opnieuw op te starten. c. Gebruik de enterknop om de klok in te stellen. 5. BODY FAT: Druk op deze toets om uw persoonlijke gegevens in te voeren voor het meten van uw lichaamsvetverhouding. 6. PULSE RECOVERY: Druk op deze toets om de hartslagherstelfunctie te activeren. Introductie & bediening programma’s: Handmatig programma: Manual (Handmatig) P1 is een handmatig programma. U kunt de oefening starten door op START/STOP te drukken. Het standaardweerstandniveau is 5. U kunt zelf het weerstandniveau, de tijd van de training, het aantal calorieën en de afstand instellen (door tijdens de training op de toetsen OMHOOG/OMLAAG te drukken). Bediening: 1. Druk op OMHOOG/OMLAAG om het handmatige programma MANUAL (P1) te selecteren. 2. Druk op ENTER om het handmatige programma MANUAL te openen. 3. De TIJD knippert en u kunt op OMHOOG of OMLAAG drukken om de gewenste trainingstijd in te stellen. Druk op ENTER om de gewenste tijd te bevestigen. 4. De AFSTAND zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de afstand die u wilt afleggen in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste afstand op ENTER. 5. De CALORIEEN knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om het gewenste aantal calorieën dat u wilt verbranden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van het aantal calorieën op ENTER. 6. De HARTSLAG zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de hartslag die u tijdens de training in stand wilt houden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste hartslag op ENTER. 7. Druk op START/STOP om het trainingsprogramma te starten. Voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s: Trappen, Heuvel, Golvend, Vallei, Vet verbranden, Helling, Berg, Intervallen, Willekeurig, Plateau, Fartlek, Klif PROGRAMMA 2 tot PROGRAMMA 13 zijn de voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s. U kunt trainingen met verschillende belastingniveaus en met verschillende intervallen uitvoeren, zoals de profielen aangeven. U kunt bovendien zelf het weerstandniveau, de tijd, het aantal calorieën en de afstand instellen (tijdens de training met behulp van OMHOOG/OMLAAG). Bediening: 1. Gebruik OMHOOG/OMLAAG om een van de bovenstaande programma’s P2 tot P13 te selecteren. 2. Druk op ENTER om het gewenste trainingsprogramma te openen. 3. De TIJD knippert en u kunt op OMHOOG of OMLAAG drukken om de gewenste trainingstijd in te stellen. Druk op ENTER om de gewenste tijd te bevestigen. 4. De AFSTAND zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de afstand die u wilt afleggen in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste afstand op ENTER. 5. De CALORIEEN knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om het gewenste aantal calorieën dat u wilt verbranden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van het aantal calorieën op ENTER. 6. De HARTSLAG zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de hartslag die u tijdens de training in stand wilt houden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste hartslag op ENTER. 7. Druk op START/STOP om het trainingsprogramma te starten. Persoonlijk programma: User 1, User 2 Programma 14 en 15 zijn persoonlijke programma’s. U kunt hier zelf de waarden in de volgorde TIJD, AFSTAND, CALORIEEN en weerstandniveau instellen in 10 kolommen. De waarden en profielen worden na het instellen opgeslagen in het geheugen. U kunt ook het belastingniveau van elke kolom aanpassen door op OMHOOG/OMLAAG te drukken, dit past niet het weerstandniveau aan, dat is opgeslagen in het geheugen. Bediening: 1. Gebruik OMHOOG/OMLAAG om een van de persoonlijke programma’s P14 of P15 te selecteren. 2. Druk op ENTER om het trainingsprogramma te openen. 3. De eerste kolom knippert, gebruik OMHOOG/OMLAAG om uw persoonlijk trainingsprofiel in te stellen. Druk daarna op ENTER om de eerste kolom te bevestigen. Het standaardbelastingniveau is 1. 4. De tweede kolom knippert, gebruik OMHOOG/OMLAAG om uw persoonlijk trainingsprofiel in te stellen. Druk daarna op ENTER om de tweede kolom te bevestigen. 5. Volg de stappen 3 en 4 om uw persoonlijk trainingsprogramma in te stellen. Druk op ENTER om uw gewenste profiel te bevestigen. 6. De TIJD knippert en u kunt op OMHOOG of OMLAAG drukken om de gewenste trainingstijd in te stellen. Druk op ENTER om de gewenste tijd te bevestigen. 7. De AFSTAND zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de afstand die u wilt afleggen in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste afstand op ENTER. 8. De CALORIEEN knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om het gewenste aantal calorieën dat u wilt verbranden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van het aantal calorieën op ENTER. 9. De HARTSLAG zal daarna knipperen, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om de hartslag die u tijdens de training in stand wilt houden in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van de gewenste hartslag op ENTER. 10. Druk op START/STOP om het trainingsprogramma te starten. Lichaamsvetprogramma: Body Fat Programma 16 is een speciaal programma dat is ontworpen om uw lichaamsvetverhouding te berekenen en u vervolgens een specifiek belastingprofiel te bieden. Er zijn 3 verschillende lichaamstypen die worden ingedeeld op basis van het berekende vetpercentage. Type 1: LICHAAMSVETPERCENTAGE > 20 Type 2: 27 ≧ LICHAAMSVETPERCENTAGE ≧ 20 Type 3: LICHAAMSVETPERCENTAGE < 20 De computer toont de testresultaten van VET, PERCENTAGE, BMI en BMR. Bediening: 1. Gebruik OMHOOG/OMLAAG om het lichaamsvetprogramma BODY FAT (P24) te selecteren. 2. Druk op ENTER om het trainingsprogramma te openen. 3. De LENGTE knippert op het display, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om uw lengte in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van uw lengte op ENTER. De standaardlengte is 170cm of 5’07” (5 voet 7 inch). 4. Het GEWICHT knippert, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om uw gewicht in te stellen. Druk op ENTER om uw gewicht te bevestigen. Het standaardgewicht is 70kgs of 155lbs. 5. Het GESLACHT knippert op het display, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om uw geslacht te selecteren. Het cijfer 1 betekent man en het cijfer 0 betekent vrouw. Druk ter bevestiging van uw geslacht op ENTER. Het standaardgeslacht is 1 (MAN). 6. De LEEFTIJD knippert, druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG om uw leeftijd in te stellen. Druk ter bevestiging van uw leeftijd op ENTER. De standaardleeftijd is 35. 7. Druk op START/STOP om te starten met de meting van uw lichaamsvet. Als het display een E toont, zorg er dan voor dat u de handvaten goed vastpakt met uw handen of dat de borstriem goed contact maakt met uw lichaam. Druk daarna nogmaals op START/STOP om te starten met het meten van uw lichaamsvet. 8. Nadat het meten is voltooid, zal de computer de waarden van BMR, BMI en het VETPERCENTAGE tonen op het LCD-display. Daarnaast zal de computer uw eigen trainingsprofiel voor uw lichaamstype tonen. Druk op START/STOP om het trainingsprogramma te starten. Bediening: 1. Slaapmodus: De computer schakelt naar de slaapmodus wanneer er geen signaal wordt ontvangen en er voor 4 minuten geen toetsen zijn ingedrukt. U kunt op een willekeurige toets drukken om de computer te wekken. 2. BMI (Body Mass Index): BMI is een meting van lichaamsvet op basis van lengte en gewicht die van toepassing is voor zowel volwassen mannen als vrouwen. 3. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate): Uw BMR geeft een weergave van het aantal calorieën dat uw lichaam nodig heeft om te werken. De BMR houdt geen rekening met activiteit, maar is simpelweg een weergave van de benodigde energie voor een normale hartslag, ademhaling en lichaamstemperatuur. Het meet het lichaam in rust, niet tijdens de slaap, op kamertemperatuur. Foutmeldingen: E1 (FOUT 1): Normale staat: Als de monitor tijdens een training voor meer dan 4 seconden geen signaal van de reductiemotor krijgt en dit drie opeenvolgende keren gebeurt, dan zal het LCD de foutmelding E1 tonen. Ingeschakeld: De reductiemotor keert automatisch terug naar het nulpunt wanneer er voor meer dan 4 seconden geen signaal van de reductiemotor kan worden gedetecteerd. De aandrijving van de motor wordt onmiddellijk uitgeschakeld en het LCD-display toont de foutmelding E1. Alle andere karakters en meldingen op het LCD worden in dit geval ook uitgeschakeld. E2 (FOUT 2): Als de monitor gegevens uit het geheugen wil lezen en het ID van de gegevens onjuist is of het geheugen is beschadigd, dan zal het display direct na het inschakelen de foutmelding E2 tonen. E3 (FOUT 3): Als de computer 4 seconden na het opstarten detecteert dat de motor niet het nulpunt heeft verlaten, dan zal het LCD-display de foutmelding E3 tonen. Een onjuiste of te zware training kan tot schade aan de gezondheid leiden. Vermijd overbelasting van uw lichaam. Train niet als u zich moe of uitgeput voelt. Start uw trainingsprogramma langzaam als u niet gewend bent aan lichamelijke inspanning. Stop de training onmiddellijk als u pijn voelt of enige andere problemen zich voordoen. Probeer tijdens te training zoveel mogelijk uw ademhaling te reguleren zodat u rustig en gelijkmatig ademt. Om blessures te vermijden, is het belangrijk om goed op te warmen voor de training en af te koelen na de training. Gebruik de oefeningen die beschreven zijn in deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Zorg ervoor dat u tijdens de training genoeg drinkt. Denk eraan dat u door de lichamelijke belasting meer dan de aanbevolen hoeveelheid van 2 liter per dag zult moeten drinken. Draag gemakkelijk zittende kleding terwijl u het apparaat gebruikt en draag bij voorkeur sport- of aerobicschoenen. Vermijd wijde kledingstukken, deze kunnen immers in de bewegende onderdelen van het apparaat vastraken. OPWARMEN/STREKKEN/AFKOELEN Een succesvolle trainingssessie begint met opwarmoefeningen en eindigt met oefeningen om af te koelen en te ontspannen. Deze opwarmoefeningen bereiden uw lichaam voor op de inspanning die gaat volgen. De afkoel- /ontspanningsperiode na de trainingssessie zorgt ervoor dat u geen spierklachten krijgt na de training. Let alstublieft op de volgende punten: Warm elke spiergroep die u in de trainingssessie gaat gebruiken 5-10 minuten op. De rekoefeningen zijn goed uitgevoerd als u een comfortabele spanning voelt in de betreffende spier. Snelheid speelt geen rol tijdens de rekoefeningen. Snelle en plotselinge bewegingen moeten vermeden worden. Nekoefeningen (1) Buig uw hoofd naar rechts en voel de spanning in uw nek. Laat uw hoofd langzaam zakken tot op uw borst en draai dan uw hoofd naar links. U voelt weer de comfortabele spanning in uw nek. Oefeningen voor het schoudergebied (2) Hef de linker- en rechterschouder afwisselend op of hef ze beide tegelijk op. Rekoefeningen voor de armen (3) Strek afwisselend uw linker- en rechterarm in de richting van het plafond. Voel de spanning in uw linker en rechterzijde. Herhaal deze oefening meerdere keren. Oefeningen voor de dijen (4) Ondersteun uzelf door uw hand op de muur te plaatsen. Reik naar beneden achter u en trek uw linker- of rechtervoet op, zo dicht mogelijk tegen uw billen. Voel een comfortabele spanning in de voorkant van uw dijbeen. Houd deze positie 30 seconden vast en herhaal deze oefening 2 keer voor elk been. Binnenkant dijbeen (5) Ga op de vloer zitten en plaats uw voeten zodanig dat uw knieën naar buiten gericht zijn. Trek uw voeten zo dicht mogelijk naar uw lichaam toe. Druk hierna uw knieën voorzichtig naar beneden. Houd deze positie indien mogelijk 30-40 seconden aan. Tenen aanraken (6) Buig uw lichaam langzaam naar voren en probeer uw voeten met uw handen aan te raken. Reik zo ver mogelijk naar uw tenen. Houd deze positie indien mogelijk 20-30 seconden aan. Knie oefeningen (7) Ga op de vloer zitten en strek uw rechterbeen. Buig uw linkerbeen en plaats uw voet op uw rechterdijbeen. Probeer nu uw rechter voet aan te raken met uw rechter arm. Houd deze positie indien mogelijk 20-30 seconden aan. Oefeningen voor kuiten/achillespees (8) Plaats beide handen tegen de muur en steun erop met uw hele lichaamsgewicht. Beweeg dan uw linkerbeen naar achteren en wissel dit af met uw rechterbeen. Houd deze positie indien mogelijk 3040 seconden aan. MONTAGE Um mit den Zubehörteilen und dem Gerät besser vertraut zu werden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich vor der Montage erst die Bauzeichnung genau anzusehen. Legen Sie alle Montagematerialien übersichtlich auf dem Boden auf, und entfernen Sie sämtliche Verpackungen. Verwenden Sie mitgeliefertes Werkzeug für die Montage des Geräts. Überprüfen Sie vor der Montage alle Teile auf Vollständigkeit (oberhalb dieser Bedienungsanleitung finden Sie ein Explosionsdiagramm mit allen Einzelteilen (nummeriert) dieses Geräts. Schritt 1: montage des vorderen und hinteren Stabilisators A: Stecken Sie die Schraube (33) in den hinteren Standfuß (32), in das Hauptgestell und durch 2 gewölbte Unterlegscheiben (3); mit 2 Hutmuttern (2) befestigen. B: Wiederholen Sie die Vorgehensweise für die Montage des vorderen Standfußes (5). Schritt 2: montage des Standrohrs & der vorderen Kunststoffabdeckung A: Stecken Sie das Standrohr (10) in die vordere Kunststoffabdeckung (9) und verbinden Sie dann die Sensoren A1 & A2 und das Kabel der Zugregelung gemäß ABB. 2. B: Installieren Sie das Standrohr (10) mit der gewölbten Unterlegscheibe (3) und der Schraube (7) am Hauptgestell. C: Ziehen Sie die Ausgleichsschrauben am Hauptgestell fest und schieben Sie die Kunststoffabdeckung (9) nach unten. Achtung: Ziehen Sie die Schraube (7) und die gewölbte Unterlegscheibe (3) nach SCHRITT 3 fest. Schritt 3: montage der Pedale und des Sattels A. Setzen Sie den Handgriff (13) auf die Verbindungskappe (18) des Standrohrs und stellen Sie den Winkel entsprechend ein. Installieren Sie dann die Verbindungskappe (18). B. Stecken Sie den Knopf (19) in den Federring (8) und setzen Sie dann den Handgriff (13) auf das Hauptgestell. ` Schritt 4: montage des Sitzes A. Befestigen Sie den Sitz (20) wie dargestellt an der Sitzstütze (21). B. Stecken Sie die Kunststoffabdeckung (27) des Sitzes in die vertikale Sitzstütze (25). Richten Sie an der gewünschten Position die Löcher aus und sichern Sie die Position mit dem Feststellknopf (29). C. Schieben Sie die Sitzstütze (21) in die vertikale Sitzstütze (25) und richten Sie die Löcher an der gewünschten Position aus und sichern Sie die Position mit dem Feststellknopf (24) und der Unterlegscheibe (23). Schritt 5: montage der Pedale Befestigen Sie die Pedale gemäß ABB. 5 an den Kurbelarmen. A. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die linke Pedale (1) mit der Markierung (L) am linken Kurbelarm befestigt und links herum festgezogen wird. B. Die rechte Pedale (26) mit der Markierung (R) muss am rechten Kurbelarm befestigt und rechts herum festgezogen werden. Schritt 6: montage des computers Verbinden Sie die Sensoren A3 & A4 gemäß ABB. 6. Installieren Sie dann den Computer (17) mit Schraube (11) am Standrohr des Hauptgestells. HINWEIS: Das Pulskabel des Computers muss mit dem Kabel des Handgriffs verbunden werden. Schritt 7: anschluss an die Stromversorgung Verbinden Sie zum Schluss den Adapter (30) mit dem Eingang an der hinteren Unterseite der Kettenabdeckung (mit der Aufschrift: „Adapter input“). WARTUNG UND BENUTZUNG Das Gerät muss regelmäßig überprüft werden, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Das bedeutet, dass regelmäßig geprüft werden muss, ob Schrauben und Muttern gut festgezogen sind, oder ob Haarrisse oder scharfe Kanten u.ä. vorhanden sind die zu körperlichen Verletzungen führen könnten. Fehlerhafte Einzelteile müssen sofort ersetzt werden. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, darf das Gerät in unrepariertem Zustand nicht mehr verwendet werden. Reinigen Sie ausschließlich mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel. Dieses Produkt ist zur Verwendung in sauberen, trockenen Konditionen geeignet. Vermeiden Sie es, dass Gerät in extrem kalter oder feuchter Umgebung zu benutzen, da dies zu Korrosion und damit verbundenen Problemen, die sich außerhalb unserer Kontrolle befinden, führen kann. Einstellungen Um die Höhe des Verbindungsrohrs zu verstellen, lösen Sie bitte den Knopf am Handgriff und ziehen diesen heraus. Stellen Sie die Höhe entsprechend ein, stecken Sie den Knopf wieder in das Loch des unteren Handgriffs und ziehen Sie den Knopf fest. Um den Abstand zwischen dem Sitz und dem Handgriff einzustellen, lösen Sie bitte den Knopf unter der Sitzstütze und verschieben Sie den Sitz nach vorn oder hinten zum Einstellen der gewünschten Position. Wählen Sie für die Einstellung ein Loch aus. Ziehen Sie dann den Knopf wieder fest. Um den Winkel des Handgriffs einzustellen, lösen Sie bitte den Knopf auf der Verbindungskappe des Standrohrs und stellen Sie den Handgriff entsprechend ein. Ziehen Sie dann den Knopf wieder fest. Stellen Sie mit der Zugregelung den Widerstand der Pedale ein. Bei einem höheren Widerstand ist es schwieriger, in die Pedale zu treten, bei niedrigerem Widerstand geht es leichter. Am besten stellen Sie den Wiederstand während der Nutzung des Geräts ein. COMPUTER Programm auswählen und Werte einstellen 1. Verwenden Sie die Tasten HOCH und RUNTER, um einen Programm-Modus auszuwählen und drücken Sie ENTER zum Bestätigen. 2. Im manuellen Modus können Sie mit den Tasten HOCH und RUNTER die ZEIT, die STRECKE, die KALORIEN und die PULSFREQUENZ einstellen. 3. Drücken Sie die Taste START/ STOP, um das Training zu starten. 4. Wenn Sie das Ziel erreicht haben, ertönt ein Piepton und das Gerät hält an. 5. Falls Sie mehr als ein Ziel festgelegt haben und das nächste Ziel erreichen möchten, drücken Sie die Taste START/STOP, um weiter zu trainieren. STANDBY-MODUS: Der Monitor aktiviert den STANDBY-Modus (LCD aus), wenn innerhalb von 4 Minuten kein Signal empfangen bzw. keine Taste gedrückt wird. WATT: Die mechanische Leistung, die der Computer von Ihrem Training empfängt. SPEED: Anzeige der Geschwindigkeit in KM/MEILE pro Stunde. DISTANCE: Anzeige der Gesamtstrecke während einer Trainingseinheit von bis zu 99,9 KM/MEILEN. CALORIES: Der Computer kann während des Trainings jederzeit die Anzahl der verbrannten Kalorien einschätzen. PULSE: Anzeige Ihres Puls während des Trainings in Schlägen pro Minute. RPM: Anzeige der Trittfrequenz. AGE: Sie können an dem Computer ein Alter zwischen 10 und 99 Jahren einstellen. Ruhemodus: Der Computer aktiviert den Ruhemodus, wenn 4 Minuten lang keine Eingabe erfolgt oder keine Taste gedrückt wird. Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste, um den Ruhemodus zu beenden. 2. BMI (Body Mass Index): Der BMI ist ein Wert zur Ermittlung des Körperfettanteils basierend auf Größe und Gewicht und kann sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen angewendet werden. 3. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate): Ihr Grundumsatz zeigt die Menge an Kalorien an, die Ihr Körper für die Aufrechterhaltung der Körperfunktionen benötigt. Aktivitäten werden darin nicht berücksichtigt; es handelt sich lediglich um die Energie, die Ihr Körper benötigt, um den Herzschlag, die Atmung und die normale Körpertemperatur beizubehalten. Die Messung erfolgt im Ruhezustand (nicht während des Schlafs) bei Raumtemperatur. Fehlermeldungen: E1 (ERROR 1): Normaler Status: Wenn der Monitor während des Trainings länger als 4 Sekunden und 3 Mal hintereinander kein Signal vom Antriebsmotor erhält, dann erscheint im LCD die Anzeige E. Im eingeschalteten Zustand: Der Antriebsmotor kehrt automatisch zur Nullstellung zurück, wenn das Signal des Motors länger als 4 Sekunden nicht erkannt werden kann. Der Antrieb wird umgehend abgeschaltet und im Display erscheint die Anzeige E1. Alle anderen digitalen Funktionsanzeigen sind leer und die Ausgangssignale werden ebenfalls deaktiviert. E2 (ERROR 2): Falls beim Lesen gespeicherter Daten z.B. der ID-Code falsch ist oder der Speicherchip beschädigt ist, dann erscheint beim Einschalten umgehend die Anzeige E2. Die Aufwärmübungen bereiten Ihren Körper auf die folgenden Beanspruchungen vor. Die Abwärm-/Entspannungsphase nach dem Training sorgt dafür, dass Sie keine Muskelbeschwerden bekommen und Muskelkater vermieden wird. Achten Sie auf folgende Punkte: Wärmen Sie jede Muskelgruppe für etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten sorgfältig auf, die Sie im darauf folgenden Training beanspruchen. Die Stretchingübungen sind richtig ausgeführt, wenn Sie in dem entsprechenden Muskel eine angenehme Spannung spüren. Geschwindigkeit spielt bei den Stretchingübungen keine Rolle. Schnelle und ruckartige Bewegungen sind zu vermeiden. Übungen für den Nacken (1) Drehen Sie Ihren Kopf nach rechts, und fühlen Sie die Spannung in Ihrem Nacken. Heben Sie das Kinn zur Decke, und öffnen Sie dabei den Mund. Drehen Sie Ihren Kopf nach rechts, und senken Sie ihn schließlich bis zur Brust. Dies können Sie mehrmals wiederholen. Übungen für die Schulterpartie (2) Ziehen Sie abwechselnd die linke und die rechte Schulter hoch oder beide Schultern gleichzeitig. Streckübungen mit den Armen (3) Strecken Sie abwechselnd den linken und den rechten Arm Richtung Decke. Fühlen Sie die Spannung in Ihrer rechten und linken Seite. Wiederholen Sie diese Übung mehrmals. Übungen für die Oberschenkel (4) Stützen Sie eine Hand an der Wand ab, reichen Sie zu Ihrem Fuß nach hinten, und Ziehen Sie den rechten bzw. linken Fuß so nah wie möglich an Ihr Gesäß. Wiederholen Sie diese Übung 15 mal pro Bein. Innenseite Oberschenkel und Beine strecken (5) Setzen Sie sich auf den Boden, und legen Sie Ihre Füße so aneinander, dass Ihre Knien nach außen zeigen. Ziehen Sie Ihre Füße so nah wie möglich an Ihre Leisten. Drücken Sie die Knie nun vorsichtig nach unten. Wiederholen Sie diese Übung, wenn möglich, 15 mal. Zehen berühren (6) Beugen Sie Ihren Rumpf langsam nach vorne, und versuchen Sie, mit den Händen die Füße zu berühren. Reichen Sie so weit wie möglich zu Ihren Zehen hinunter, und wiederholen Sie das 15 mal. Übungen für die Kniesehnen (7) Setzen Sie sich auf den Boden, und strecken Sie Ihr rechtes Bein aus. Winkeln Sie Ihr linkes Bein, und legen Sie Ihren Fuß an den rechten Oberschenkel an. Versuchen Sie nun, mit dem rechten Arm Ihren rechten Fuß zu erreichen. Wiederholen Sie die Übung für jedes Bein 15 mal. Übungen für die Waden / Achillessehne (8) Legen Sie beide Hände an die Wand, und stützen Sie sich mit Ihrem ganzen Körper ab. Insert the knob (19) on the spring washer (8) and then put the handlebar (13) on the main frame. Step 4: assembling seat A. Fix the Seat (20) to the seat post (21) as shown. B. Insert the seat plastic cover (27) to the vertical Seat post (25). At the desired position, align holes and fix in place with the Locking Knob (29). C. Slide the seat post (21) into the vertical seat post (25) and, at the desired position, aligns holes and fix in place with the Locking Knob (24) and Washer (23). Step 5: assembling pedals Attach the pedals to the crank arms as shown in FIG.5, A. Be sure the left pedal (1) marked (L) is attached to the left crank arm and tightened to the left. B. The right pedal (26) marked (R) is attached to the right crank arm and tightened to the right. ASSEMBLAGE Afin de vous familiariser avec les différentes pièces de l'appareil, nous vous conseillons d'examiner avec soin la photo d'ensemble et la liste des pièces avant de commencer l'assemblage. Placez toutes les pièces sur le sol et retirez tous les emballages. Utilisez les outils fournis pour l'assemblage. Avant l'assemblage, vérifiez si toutes les parties nécessaires sont disponibles (au-dessus de cette feuille d'instruction, vous trouverez un schéma en vue explosée avec toutes les pièces (marquée avec des nombres) dont cet objet est constitué. Étape 1: Assemblage de l'avant et l'arrière du stabilisateur A: Insérez le boulon (33) dans le stabilisateur arrière (32), le cadre principal, la rondelle arc (3) é pièces, serrez avec deux écrous à dôme (2). B: Répétez cette étape, le stabilisateur (5) s'assemble de la même manière. Étape 2: assemblage du tube de support et de la protection avant en plastique A: Mettez le tube de support (10) sur la protection avant en plastique (9), puis connectez les capteurs A1 et A2 et les fils de contrôle de tension comme indiqué sur l'illustration 2. B: Installez le tube de support (10) sur le cadre principal avec la rondelle arc (3) et un boulon (7). C: Verrouillez les boulons d'équilibrage sur le cadre principal, puis abaissez la protection en plastique avant (9). Attention: Serrez la vis (7) et la rondelle arc (3) après l'étape 3 Étape 3: installation du guidon A. Installez le guidon (13) sur la capuche de lien (18) du tube de support et ajustez à un angle confortable, et installez la capuche de lien (18). B. Insérez la molette (19) sur la bague à ressort (8) et installez le guidon (13) sur le cadre principal. Étape 4: assemblage du siège A. Fixez le siège (20) sur la tige du siège (21) comme indiqué. B. Insérez la protection en plastique du siège (27) sur la tige verticale du siège (25). Sur la position désirée, alignez les trous et fixez en place avec la molette de verrouillage (29). C. Faites coulisser la tige du siège (25) et, dans la position de votre choix, alignez les trous et fixez en place avec la molette de verrouillage (24) et une rondelle (23). Étape 5: assemblage des pédales Attachez les pédales sur les bras de la manivelle comme indiqué sur l'illustration 5, A. Assurez-vous que la pédale gauche (1) est attachée sur la manivelle de gauche et tournez à gauche. B. Assurez-vous que la pédale droite (26) marquée (R) est attachée sur la manivelle de droite et tournez à droite. Étape 6: assemblage du moniteur Connectez le capteur A3 et A4 comme indiqué sur l'illustration 6, puis installez le moniteur (7) dans le tube de support sur la cadre principal avec un boulon (11). REMARQUE: Le fil de pulsation du moniteur doit être connecté au capteur de pouls sur le guidon. Étape 7: Connexion de l’alimentation Finalement un point essentiel, connectez l'adaptateur sur le côté inférieur de la protection de chaine (vous verrez une marque) : (“Adapter input“) ENTRETIEN ET UTILISATION L’appareil doit être contrôlé régulièrement afin de prévenir des blessures corporelles. Cela signifie également qu’une vérification régulière doit avoir lieu afin de s’assurer que les boulons et les écrous sont bien vissés et de pouvoir constater des débuts d’usure, des bords coupants et d’autres choses de ce genre susceptibles pouvant entraîner des blessures corporelles. Méthode de réglage Lorsque vous réglez la hauteur du tube de connexion, desserrez la molette sur le guidon et tirez, puis ajustez à la hauteur qui vous convient, et insérez la molette dans la barre d'exercice et serrez la molette. Functions and Features: TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your computer will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals. You many also program your computer to count down from a set value by using the UP and DOWN keys from 0:00 to 99:00. If you continue exercising once the time has reached 0:00, the computer will begin beeping, and reset itself to the original time set, letting you know your workout is done. WATT: The amount of mechanical power the computer is receiving from your exercise. SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in KM/MILE per hour. RPM: Your pedal cadence. DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a maximum of 99.9KM/MILE. CALORIES: Your computer will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout. PULSE: Your computer displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your workout. AGE: Your computer is age-programmable from 10 to 99 years. If you do not set an age, this function will always default to age 35. TARGET HEART RATE (TARGET PULSE): The heart rate you should maintain is called your Target Hear Rate in beats per minute. PULSE RECOVERY key: During the START stage, hold the grips or have the chest transmitter attached and press press PULSE RECOVERY key. All function displays will stop except for TIME. Time starts counting from 0:60 to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade F1.0 to F6.0. Users can exercise with different level of loading in different intervals as the profiles show. Users may exercise in any desirous of resistance level (Adjusting by UP/DOWN keys during the workout) with a period of time or a number of calories or a certain distance Operations: 1. Use UP/DOWN keys to select one of the above programs from P2 to P13. 2. Press the ENTER key to enter your workout program. 3. The TIME will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to setting your exercise TIME. Press ENTER key to confirm your desired TIME. 4. The DISTANCE will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to setting your target DISTANCE. Press ENTER key to confirm your desired DISTANCE. 5. Body Fat Program: Body Fat Program 16 is a special program design to calculate users’ body fat ratio and to offer a specific loading profile for users. There are 3 body types divided according to the FAT% calculated. Type1: BODY FAT% > 20 Type2: 27 ≧ BODY FAT% ≧ 20 Type3: BODY FAT % < 20 The computer will show the test results of FAT PERCENT, BMI and BMR. Operations: 9. Use UP/DOWN keys to select the BODY FAT (P24) program. 10. Press the ENTER key to enter your workout program. 11. The HEIGHT will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to set your HEIGHT. Press ENTER key to confirm your HEIGHT. The default HEIGHT is 170cm or 5’07” (5feet 7 inches). 12. The WEIGHT will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to set your WEIGHT. Press ENTER key to confirm your WEIGHT. The default WEIGHT is 70kgs or 155lbs. 13. The GENDER will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to select your sex. Number 1 means man and number 0 means female. Press ENTER key to confirm your Gender. The default sex is 1 (MAN). 14. The AGE will flash and you can press UP or DOWN keys to set your AGE. Press ENTER key to confirm your AGE. The default AGE is 35. 15. Press the START/STOP key to begin body fat measurement. If the window show E on the window, please make sure your hands are attached well on the grips or the chest belt is touch well on your body. Then press the START/STOP key again to begin body fat measurement. 16. After finished your measurement, the computer will show the values of BMR, BMI and FAT PERCENT on the LCD display. Furthermore, the computer will show your own exercise profile for your body type. Press START/STOP key to begin exercise. Operation guide: 4. Sleep Mode: The computer will enter the sleep mode when there is no signal input and no keys be pressed after 4 minutes. You can press any key to wake up the computer. 5. BMI (Body Mass Index): BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. 6. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate): Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) shows the number of calories your body needs to operate. This doesn’t account for any activity, it’s simply the energy needed to sustain a heartbeat, breathing and normal body temperature. It measures the body at rest, not sleep, at room temperature. Error Message: E1 (ERROR 1): Normal state: During workout, when the monitor does not get the count signal from the gear motor more than 4 seconds and check under successive 3 times then the LCD will show E1. Power on state: The gear motor will return to zero automatically, when the signal of motor cannot be detected for more than 4 seconds then the gear motor’s driver will be cut off immediately and show the E1 on the LCD display. All the other digital and function mark are blank, and the output signals are cut off also. E2 (ERROR 2): When the monitor read the memory data, if the I.D. code is not correct or the memory IC damages then the monitor will show E2 immediately at power on. Veuillez prêter attention aux points suivants: Échauffez soigneusement chaque groupe de muscles que vous utiliserez lors de votre session d'exercice, pendant environ 5 à 10 minutes. Si vous ressentez une tension confortable dans le muscle correspondant, cela signifie que les exercices d'étirement ont été effectués correctement. La vitesse ne joue aucun rôle dans les exercices d'étirement. Les mouvements rapides ou heurtés sont à éviter. Exercices pour la tête (1) Tournez la tête vers la droite jusqu'à percevoir la tension dans votre nuque. Levez alors le menton vers le haut et ouvrez la bouche. Tournez la tête vers la droite et abaissez-la ensuite jusqu'à la poitrine. Vous pouvez répéter cet exercice plusieurs fois de suite. Exercices pour les épaules (2) Relevez alternativement l'épaule droite et l'épaule gauche. Exercices d’étirement pour les bras (3) Etirez alternativement le bras gauche et le bras droit en direction vers le haut. Sentez la tension qui s'installe du cote gauche et du côté droit. Répétez plusieurs fois cet exercice. Exercices pour les cuisses (4) Appuyez-vous de la main gauche contre un mur, pliez la jambe droite vers l'arrière et tirez le pied vers le haut avec la main droite. Essayez de rapprocher votre pied vers le haut avec la main droite. Essayez de rapprocher votre pied le plus près possible de vos fesses. Répétez cet exercice 15 fois de suite. Puis changez de jambe. Extension de l’intérieur de la cuisse et de la jambe (5) Asseyez-vous sur le sol et placez vos pieds de telle sorte que vos genoux regardent vers l'extérieur. Rapprochez vos pieds le plus près possible de votre entrejambe. Pressez prudemment vos genoux vers le bas. Répétez plusieurs fois cet exercice, 15 fois si possible. Toucher ses orteils (6) Pilez le torse lentement vers l'avant et essayez de toucher vos pieds avec vos mains. Essayez de descendre le plus bas possible vers vos orteils et répétez cet exercice 15 fois. Exercices pour les tendons des genoux (7) Asseyez-vous sur le sol et étirez votre jambe droite, Pilez votre jambe gauche et déposez votre pied sur votre cuisse droite. Essayez alors d'atteindre votre pied droit avec votre main droite. Répétez cet exercice 15 fois de suite. Puis changez de jambe.
