Regional Sales Manager – Wholesale Asia

In order to reinforce our team and develop ambitious projects, we are seeking a:
Regional Sales Manager – Wholesale Asia
who will report to the Head of Global Sales, Wholesale Timepieces.
Your responsibilities:









Define business development and sales objectives for the geographic area in line with HW strategy.
Liaise with the local Brand Managers to implement the commercial action plan.
Manage the distribution network and ensure the brand is well represented.
Identify business leads and opportunities in the market.
Travel through the market and visit clients.
Organize product training for retailers.
Transform prospects into sales and meet business objectives.
Produce weekly sales and activity reports.
Gather market trends and competition data.
Your profile:








University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Max. 3-5 years’ experience as (Junior) Regional Sales Manager within the fine watchmaking industry.
Account management experience in Asia, in particular in China.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Results-driven and customer-focused professional.
Natural leader with excellent communication skills.
IT proficient, at ease with data analysis and reporting tools.
Fluent in English and French, other languages a plus.
Activity rate: 100%
