This elegant villa is located along the northern coast of Tuscany, in the centre of Forte
dei Marmi, an idyllic place near the Versilia Riviera, surrounded by pine woods and the
white marble ridges of the Alpi Apuane mountains. The area has idyllic beaches and
clear blue sea waters, as well as renowned hotels and a vibrant social and cultural life.
Forte dei Marmi is the perfect starting point to explore the beauty of Tuscany and
Liguria, with day excursions to Florence or Le Cinque Terre. Guests are sure to
experience a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday in this villa near the centre of town and
near the sea.
The luxury Italian villa for rent has been partly renovated recently. It is tastefully
decorated and has a large, spacious living room and two dining rooms all with direct
access to balconies overlooking the garden. Furnishings are in traditional Italian style,
with wood flooring and excellent craftsmanship. There is a well equipped kitchen which
makes meal preparations easy and pleasurable.
Eight people can be accommodated in four beautiful double rooms, two with en suite
bathrooms, and two sharing a large bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, providing privacy and serenity, and
adding to the charm of the villa.
