Planer und Bauherren können jetzt bei Renovierung
und Sanierung von Fassaden jederzeit auch keramische Platten berücksichtigen. Mit der neuen, preislich
attraktiven Produktserie TERRART® - LIGHT bietet
NBK Keramik nicht nur Fassadenplatten aus Terrakotta an, die in Material, Form, Oberfläche, Farben
und Abmessungen jeden Vergleich mit „üblichen“,
großformatigen Fassadenelementen standhalten, diese lassen sich auch noch durch ein neuartiges Montagesystem schneller und kostengünstiger montieren.
Mit max. 1.500 mm in der Länge, max. 400 mm in der
Höhe und einem schlanken Flächengewicht von ca.
33 kg/m² können jetzt viele Altbauten ein neues,
attraktives „Gesicht“ erhalten. Mit wenigen Löchern
und Dübeln lassen sich die Haltekonsolen auf fast
jeder Fassade befestigen. Nach der Dämmung lässt
sich nun mit dem innovativen „clip- and-hold“ System
die TERRART® - LIGHT Fassade, Element für Element, schnell, zügig und sicher anbringen. Das System lässt jederzeit auch Teilsanierungen zu, so dass
sich Moderne und Tradition harmonisch vereinen.
Die Außenwirkung bestätigt den Anspruch und die
Qualität, die sich die NBK Keramik in der Tradition als
führender Hersteller von Fassadensystemen verpflichtet weiß. Maßgeblichen Anteil hieran haben
auch die Oberfläche und die Farben, die in den gängigen Naturtönen zur Verfügung stehen, Was zudem so

Planners and building owners can now consider
ceramic tiles whenever renovating and reconstructing
façades. With the new, attractively priced
TERRART®-LIGHT product range, not only does
NBK Ceramic offer façade tiles in terracotta which
stand up in any comparison with “standard” largeformat façade elements in terms of material, form,
surface, colour and dimensions, but these can also be
installed more quickly and cost-effectively thanks to a
new type of installation system.
At a maximum of 1,500 mm in length, maximum 400
mm in height and a low weight per unit area of
approximately 33 kg/m², many old buildings can now
obtain a new, attractive “face”. With just a few holes
and dowels, the mounting brackets can be affixed to
almost any façade. After insulation, the TERRART®LIGHT façade can now be attached quickly, efficiently
and securely, element by element, with the innovative
“clip-and-hold” system. The system enables partial
renovations to take place at any time, bringing modernity and tradition into harmony. The exterior effect
confirms the high standards and the quality which
NBK Ceramic is committed to achieve in its tradition
as a leading manufacturer of façade systems. The
surface and colours, which are available in the established natural tones, also have a significant part to play
in this. This façade is not only aesthetically pleasing
but also meets the requirements regarding energy
efficiency, durability and low costs.

jedes beliebige Längenmaß bis max. 900 mm anpassen.
Höhe:
150 - 400 mm
Das Höhenmaß lässt sich individuell im gewünschten
Höhenraster herstellen.
Dicke:
24 mm
Hohlkammern, nach Fertigungsvorgabe.
Für die Ecklösung bietet sich die auf Gehrung
geschnittene Platte.
Farben / Oberflächen:
Standardfarben laut Farbkatalog. Oberfläche natur.
Flächengewicht:

Nach Anbringen der Tragkonsolen werden T-Profile exakt ausgerichtet und an den vorgestanzten Konsolen verschraubt. Nach Isolieren der Tragwand
werden die unteren Plattenhalter mittels Edelstahlstift fixiert und die erste Platte auf diese unteren Halter aufgestellt. Bei Andrücken der Platte kann der
nächste Plattenhalter befestigt werden. Wenn notwendig, können auch einzelne Platten aus einer geschlossenen Fassade herausgelöst und ausgetauscht
werden.
Once the supporting brackets have been mounted, the T-profiles are precisely aligned and screwed onto the pre-punched brackets. Once the bearing wall
has been insulated, the lower tile holders are secured using stainless steel pins and the first tile positioned on this lower holder. The next tile holder can be
secured when pressing the tile. Individual tiles can, where required, also be removed from a closed façade and replaced.
