and performing in Canada.

Formed in 1971, The New Chamber Winds consist of
five musicians associated with The University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Music and with the London
(Ontario) Symphony Orchestra. Despite the ensemble's
young life, they have already developed an extensive
repertoire of classic and romantic works, but maintain
a special interest in Twentieth Century music. Their
many recent engagements include the Stratford Festival, Hart House Concefts, Brampton Llbrary Concerts,
and perforrnances at the National Federation of Symphony Orchestras' Conference, Althouse College and
the University of Western Ontario.
