Zwaluw Repox® is an permanently elastic solvent free 2-component
wood repair system for small and large repairs based on epoxy resin.
Zwaluw Repox® comes with a COT report LAB12-0117-RAP and
complies with the regulation according the COT quality description
04.20 Wood Repair Compound.

For small and large repairs
Zwaluw Repox® does not need any pretreatment with a primer. The
intended treatment area must be dry, clean and free from oil. Remove
loose parts and old peeling paint. Remove weathered, damaged and
rotten parts of the wood with a chisel or router leaving the healthy wood
exposed. The place where the repair will meet the healthy wood should
be sharp angled. Never let the wood taper off. Zwaluw Repox® is
applicable at surrounding temperatures of +2°C. By keeping the
cartridge at a temperature of +15°C the drying process will not be
delayed.

Indoor and outdoor use
Zwaluw Repox® can be sanded after 4 till 6 hours and paintable after 6
hours with water based and synthetic based paints. If you require a
sanding time of 15 minutes and a paintability of 30 minutes Den Braven
does recommend to apply the Zwaluw Repox® fast. It is recommended
to test compatibility with paint prior to application.
Anwendungsgebiet
Zwaluw Repox® has been specially developed for repairing defects or
rotten wood constructions of both new and existing wood. Suitable for
all types of repairs of minimum 10 mm up to 20 cm and volumes up to
approx. 1.5 liters. Applicable to doors, window frames, stairs and sheet
material such as chipboard, blockboard and plywood. Also good usable
as repair compound for furniture. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Reinigung
Uncured material and tools can be cleaned by using Zwaluw Cleaner.
Cured material can only be mechanically removed. Hands can be
cleaned with Zwaluw Wipes.
