Hintergrund Inbetriebnahme RUN-Mode RUN-Mode RUN-Mode 1 Schaltfunktion wählen; [Lon]: hellschaltend, bei Lichtempfang schaltet Ausgang (Q). [don]: dunkelschaltend, bei Lichtunterbrechung schaltet Ausgang (Q). Tastbereich liegt zwischen den geteachten Werten. Objekte, die näher oder weiter entfernt sind, werden ausgeblendet (detektier t). Bei Bedarf External Teach (ET) über Steuerleitung PNP: Steuerleitung ET auf L+, NPN: Steuerleitung ET auf M. 2f Feineinstellung: Geteachte Tastweite kann über Select-Taste manuell korrigiert werden. Funktionskontrolle: Objektwechsel simulieren, Funktion an den Ausgängen und am Display überprüfen (s. Diagramm: x=Tastweite, y=% der Tastweite). Bei Fehlfunktion Teach-in wiederholen. Wartung SICK-Lichttaster sind wartungsfrei. Wir empfehlen, in regelmäßigen Abständen - die optischen Grenzflächen zu reinigen, - Verschraubungen und Steckverbindungen zu überprüfen.
