Allgemeines
General
Da pro Training nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von
Plätzen zur Verfügung steht, erfolgt die Berücksichtigung nach Anmeldungseingang.
As the number of participants per training is limited,
persons intending to participate will be accepted
according to registration time.
Bei zu großen Teilnehmerzahlen wird ein weiteres
Training zu einem späterem Zeitpunkt durchgeführt.
Die betroffenen Teilnehmer werden entsprechend
benachrichtigt.
When the number of persons wishing to participate
exceeds capacity, a further training will be held at a
later date. The participants concerned will be notified
accordingly.
Die Trainings beinhalten einen theoretischen und
einen praktischen Teil.
The trainings include a theoretical as well as a
practical part.

Procedure
Eine Anmeldung bedeutet nicht automatisch die
Teilnahme an einem Training, da das Platzangebot
begrenzt ist.
A registration does not automatically ensure the
participation in a training. It depends on the available
space.
Die Einladung zum gewünschten Training erfolgt in
der Regel 4 Wochen vorher.
The invitation to the desired training will be sent out 4
weeks in advance.
Absage
Cancellation
Im Fall einer Absage des Trainings kommt die Robert
Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH nicht für
entstandene Kosten wie z. B. Reisekosten des
Teilnehmers auf.
In the event of a cancellation, Robert Bosch
Automotive Steering GmbH will not take over any
related costs e.g. travel expenses.

Für Diagnosetrainings werden von dem/der
Teilnehmenden PC-Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt.
For participants of diagnostic trainings computer skills
are required.
Sondertrainings für neu in den Markt eingeführte
Produkte werden durch eine Serviceinformation
rechtzeitig mitgeteilt.
Specialized trainings for products recently introduced
to the market will be announced in time by a Service
Bulletin.
Trainings für ausländische Servicepartner und deren
Untervertreter können nach Rücksprache auch vor
Ort gegen Erstattung der anfallenden Reisekosten
durchgeführt werden. Die Trainings werden in
deutscher oder englischer Sprache durchgeführt.
Weitere Sondertrainings können nach Absprache
durchgeführt werden.
On consultation trainings for foreign Service Partners
and their subagents can alternatively be held abroad
against payment of the travel expenses. The trainings
are being conducted in German or English language.
Further special trainings can be conducted after
consultation.
